Za uklanjanje dlačica s tijela još su stari Egipćani koristili šećernu pastu, koja je i danas vrlo popularna. Prednost joj je što se izrađuje isključivo od prirodnih sastojaka, a lako je možete napraviti i sami kod kuće. Dlačice se uklanjaju iz korijena, a rezultati mogu trajati i do šest tjedana, piše živim.hr.
Budući da su sastojci prirodni nema straha od uraslih dlačica i iritacije kože. Zbog toga je šećerna pasta dobra i za depiliranje intimnih dijelova tijela. Bol je neusporedivo manja nego kod depilacije voskom, a s vremenom se znatno smanjuje broj dlačica i one postaju sve mekše i rjeđe. Ovaj način depilacije doprinosi zatvaranju folikula dlake i onemogućava njen rast.

Egipatska šećerna pasta preporučuje se i za depilaciju osjetljive kože lica i intimnih dijelova tijela te kod osoba koje imaju proširene vene, psorijazu ili ekceme.
Kako pripremiti šećernu pastu?
Sastojci:
1/4 šalice limunovog soka
1/4 šalice vode
2 šalice šećera
Sve dobro izmješajte i stavite u dublju posudu, pa kuhajte 4–5 minuta. Kada zakipi, maknite s vatre. Smjesa bi trebala izgledati poput karameliziranog šećera. Pustite da se malo ohladi. Možete nanijeti mali dio na unutarnju stranu podlaktice kako biste se uvjerili da smjesa nije previše vruća. Tada započnite s odvajanjem: dio po dio, razvlačeći smjesu prstima sve dok ne poprimi strukturu sličnu žvakaćoj gumi.
Ako vam se čini pregusto dodajte kap do dvije vode. Ukoliko je pasta previše tvrda, razradite ju prstima ili posudu stavite u toplu vodu na nekoliko minuta, a ukoliko je previše mekana, ohladite je u hladnjaku.
Tradicionalna egipatska depilacija šećernom pastom najbolje se izvodi na dlačicama duljine otprilike 3 milimetra, što je njihova dužina oko pet dana nakon brijanja.
Pastu lijepite suprotno od smjera rasta dlake
Prije depilacije, dobro osušite kožu. Mjesto odakle ćete uklanjati dlačice možete posipati s dječjim puderom da ga još isuši. Postupak se izvodi tako da odvojeni dio paste veličine oraha stavite na mjesto s kojeg želite ukloniti dlačice, pritom pazeći da ga lijepite suprotno od smjera rasta dlake! Zatim se zalijepljeni komad paste naglo povuče u smjeru rasta. Nakon depilacije kožu isperite vodom i namažite hranjivom kremom.
Ukoliko vam se ovaj način čini kompliciran možete pastu štapićem nanijeti na željeno područje, prekrijte ga trakom i pritisnite nekoliko puta u smjeru suprotnom od rasta dlačica.
Traku brzo i jako potegnite u smjeru rasta dlačica, a zatim ju možete upotrijebiti na novom dijelu kože. Trake izrežite od čiste stare pamučne plahte ili krpe.
Depilaciju šećernom pastom vjerojatno ćete u početku trebati raditi 2 do 3 puta tjedno, a ako budete uporni kasnije će vam biti dovoljno ponoviti postupak jednom mjesečno jer će se dlačice prorijediti, piše živim.hr.

Za uklanjanje dlačica s tijela još su stari Egipćani koristili šećernu pastu, koja je i danas vrlo popularna. Prednost joj je što se izrađuje isključivo od prirodnih sastojaka, a lako je možete napraviti i sami kod kuće. Dlačice se uklanjaju iz korijena, a rezultati mogu trajati i do šest tjedana, piše živim.hr.
Budući da su sastojci prirodni nema straha od uraslih dlačica i iritacije kože. Zbog toga je šećerna pasta dobra i za depiliranje intimnih dijelova tijela. Bol je neusporedivo manja nego kod depilacije voskom, a s vremenom se znatno smanjuje broj dlačica i one postaju sve mekše i rjeđe. Ovaj način depilacije doprinosi zatvaranju folikula dlake i onemogućava njen rast.

Egipatska šećerna pasta preporučuje se i za depilaciju osjetljive kože lica i intimnih dijelova tijela te kod osoba koje imaju proširene vene, psorijazu ili ekceme.
Kako pripremiti šećernu pastu?
Sastojci:
1/4 šalice limunovog soka
1/4 šalice vode
2 šalice šećera
Sve dobro izmješajte i stavite u dublju posudu, pa kuhajte 4–5 minuta. Kada zakipi, maknite s vatre. Smjesa bi trebala izgledati poput karameliziranog šećera. Pustite da se malo ohladi. Možete nanijeti mali dio na unutarnju stranu podlaktice kako biste se uvjerili da smjesa nije previše vruća. Tada započnite s odvajanjem: dio po dio, razvlačeći smjesu prstima sve dok ne poprimi strukturu sličnu žvakaćoj gumi.
Ako vam se čini pregusto dodajte kap do dvije vode. Ukoliko je pasta previše tvrda, razradite ju prstima ili posudu stavite u toplu vodu na nekoliko minuta, a ukoliko je previše mekana, ohladite je u hladnjaku.
Tradicionalna egipatska depilacija šećernom pastom najbolje se izvodi na dlačicama duljine otprilike 3 milimetra, što je njihova dužina oko pet dana nakon brijanja.
Pastu lijepite suprotno od smjera rasta dlake
Prije depilacije, dobro osušite kožu. Mjesto odakle ćete uklanjati dlačice možete posipati s dječjim puderom da ga još isuši. Postupak se izvodi tako da odvojeni dio paste veličine oraha stavite na mjesto s kojeg želite ukloniti dlačice, pritom pazeći da ga lijepite suprotno od smjera rasta dlake! Zatim se zalijepljeni komad paste naglo povuče u smjeru rasta. Nakon depilacije kožu isperite vodom i namažite hranjivom kremom.
Ukoliko vam se ovaj način čini kompliciran možete pastu štapićem nanijeti na željeno područje, prekrijte ga trakom i pritisnite nekoliko puta u smjeru suprotnom od rasta dlačica.
Traku brzo i jako potegnite u smjeru rasta dlačica, a zatim ju možete upotrijebiti na novom dijelu kože. Trake izrežite od čiste stare pamučne plahte ili krpe.
Depilaciju šećernom pastom vjerojatno ćete u početku trebati raditi 2 do 3 puta tjedno, a ako budete uporni kasnije će vam biti dovoljno ponoviti postupak jednom mjesečno jer će se dlačice prorijediti, piše živim.hr.
