Kao kod kose (one koje imaju ravnu žele kovrčavu, i obrnuto), tako je i kod guza. One s velikim bi htjele manju, one s malim više zaobljeniju. Nikad na zelenu granu… :) No, činjenica je da ima još nekoliko tipova stražnjica. Barem ako se to pita njujorškog plastičnog kirurga Matthewa Schulmana kroz čije je 'čarobne' ruke prošlo više od 50.000 žena (iz više od 35 zemalja svijeta).

Kaže kako oblik naše stražnjice ovisi o položaju kukova i veličini mišića gluteusa, posebno o količini masnih naslaga koje imamo na guzi, prenosi Živim.hr.

1. Kockasta

Schulman tvrdi kako je ovo najčešći oblik, posebno kod mlađih žena. Kod kockaste guze, bokovi i kukovi su iste širine. Ovdje dobro pristaju gaćice visokog struka.

2. V oblik

Ovakva guza se viđa na ženama koje imaju uže bokove i šira ramena. Linija između zdjelice i kukova se nalazi iznutra i tvori slovo `V` na stražnjici, čineći je većom nego što zaista je. Ženama s ovakvim tipom guze najbolje stoje uske bokserice i klasične gaćice.

3. A oblik

Žene sa širim bokovima najčešće imaju i širu guzu koja izgleda poput slova A. Riječ je o kruškolikoj građi, a ženama s ovim tipom stražnjice najbolje pristaju gaćice bez šavova.

4. Okrugla

Ovaka tip guze imaju Jennifer Lopez i Kim Kardashian, kaže doktor. Dodaje da ona ne mora biti velika, već okrugla sa svih strana. Mišići na ovoj guzi su dosta snažni, a masne naslage su pravilno raspoređene.

5. Obrnuto srce

Ovaj tip guze je ravniji na vrhu i puniji na dnu guzova. Stražnjica i bokovi su relativno okrugli, međutim više je volumena na vanjskom, donjem dijelu guze. Ovo je, kaže kirurg, oblik koji najčešće imaju modeli za donje rublje i kupaće kostime.

Kao kod kose (one koje imaju ravnu žele kovrčavu, i obrnuto), tako je i kod guza. One s velikim bi htjele manju, one s malim više zaobljeniju. Nikad na zelenu granu… :) No, činjenica je da ima još nekoliko tipova stražnjica. Barem ako se to pita njujorškog plastičnog kirurga Matthewa Schulmana kroz čije je 'čarobne' ruke prošlo više od 50.000 žena (iz više od 35 zemalja svijeta).

Kaže kako oblik naše stražnjice ovisi o položaju kukova i veličini mišića gluteusa, posebno o količini masnih naslaga koje imamo na guzi, prenosi Živim.hr.

1. Kockasta

Schulman tvrdi kako je ovo najčešći oblik, posebno kod mlađih žena. Kod kockaste guze, bokovi i kukovi su iste širine. Ovdje dobro pristaju gaćice visokog struka.

2. V oblik

Ovakva guza se viđa na ženama koje imaju uže bokove i šira ramena. Linija između zdjelice i kukova se nalazi iznutra i tvori slovo `V` na stražnjici, čineći je većom nego što zaista je. Ženama s ovakvim tipom guze najbolje stoje uske bokserice i klasične gaćice.

3. A oblik

Žene sa širim bokovima najčešće imaju i širu guzu koja izgleda poput slova A. Riječ je o kruškolikoj građi, a ženama s ovim tipom stražnjice najbolje pristaju gaćice bez šavova.

4. Okrugla

Ovaka tip guze imaju Jennifer Lopez i Kim Kardashian, kaže doktor. Dodaje da ona ne mora biti velika, već okrugla sa svih strana. Mišići na ovoj guzi su dosta snažni, a masne naslage su pravilno raspoređene.

5. Obrnuto srce

Ovaj tip guze je ravniji na vrhu i puniji na dnu guzova. Stražnjica i bokovi su relativno okrugli, međutim više je volumena na vanjskom, donjem dijelu guze. Ovo je, kaže kirurg, oblik koji najčešće imaju modeli za donje rublje i kupaće kostime.
