Zaključak objavljen Lancetu ukazuje da se rizik za moždani udar povećava kod ljudi koji rade dulje od standardnih 'od devet do pet'.

Stručnjaci kažu da radnici s prekovremenim satima moraju češće kontrolirati krvni tlak.

Radni tjedan obično traje od 35 do 40 sati. Ljudi koji rade 48 sati tjedno imaju 10 posto veći rizik za moždani udar. Onima koji rade 54 sata rizik je, primjerice, 27 posto veći.

Doktor Mika Kivimaki s londonskog sveučilišta kaže da poveznica između prekovremenog i moždanog udara nije posve utvrđena.

Pretpostavke idu od toga da dodatni rad donosi i dodatni stres, a ako se radi o uredskom radu onda i dodatne sate sjedenja koje je loše po zdravlje.

Doktor Mika Kivimaki s londonskog sveučilišta kaže da poveznica između prekovremenog i moždanog udara nije posve utvrđena.

Pretpostavke idu od toga da dodatni rad donosi i dodatni stres, a ako se radi o uredskom radu onda i dodatne sate sjedenja koje je loše po zdravlje.
