Mnoga istraživanja pokazuju da nedostatak energije, depresija nestaju za samo nekoliko tjedana ako u organizmu imamo odgovarajuću razinu magnezija, a primjerice čak 60 posto američke populacije nema dovoljno ovoga ključnog nutrijenta.

Nedostatak magnezija može jako loše djelovati na vaše zdravlje i okidač je za mnoge bolesti.

No, zašto nam nedostaje magnezija? Njegova je dostupnost smanjena jer ga nedostaje čak i u zemlji, odnosno obradivim površinama; a i kod kuhanja i konzumiranja procesirane hrane dolazi do smanjenja ovoga vrijednog nutrijenta.

Preporučena dnevna doza magnezija je od 400 do 600 mg dnevno, no nažalost većina ljudi konzumira samo 150 mg dnevno. Nedostatak magnezija u organizmu može drastično povećati rizik od srčanih bolesti, dijabetesa – tip 2, visokog krvnog tlaka, osteoporoze te nedostatka energije.

Nigari, derivat morske soli, potpuno je prirodan i ekološki čist proizvod, koji se dobiva iz morskih dubina. Sadrži više od 95 posto magnezijeva klorida, a poznat je po brojnim dobrobitima za ljudski organizam.

Jako je važan za zdravlje mozga i živčanog sustava kao i za zdravlje zuba i kostiju. Pomaže uspostaviti mineralnu ravnotežu kod artroze, sprječava zamor mišića i njihovo grčenje. Također je potreban za pravilan rad i funkcioniranje srca, sprječava povišeni kolesterol, poboljšava probavu, daje energiju te ublažava posljedice stresa.

Magnezij klorid se može konzumirati u obliku rasola kao prirodni izvor magnezija. U tu se svrhu otapa oko 30g magnezij klorida u litri vode te se takav rasol uzima oko 1dl dnevno, a može se upotrijebiti i za pripremu slanih kupki za opuštanje.

No, zašto nam nedostaje magnezija? Njegova je dostupnost smanjena jer ga nedostaje čak i u zemlji, odnosno obradivim površinama; a i kod kuhanja i konzumiranja procesirane hrane dolazi do smanjenja ovoga vrijednog nutrijenta.

Preporučena dnevna doza magnezija je od 400 do 600 mg dnevno, no nažalost većina ljudi konzumira samo 150 mg dnevno. Nedostatak magnezija u organizmu može drastično povećati rizik od srčanih bolesti, dijabetesa – tip 2, visokog krvnog tlaka, osteoporoze te nedostatka energije.

Nigari, derivat morske soli, potpuno je prirodan i ekološki čist proizvod, koji se dobiva iz morskih dubina. Sadrži više od 95 posto magnezijeva klorida, a poznat je po brojnim dobrobitima za ljudski organizam.

Jako je važan za zdravlje mozga i živčanog sustava kao i za zdravlje zuba i kostiju. Pomaže uspostaviti mineralnu ravnotežu kod artroze, sprječava zamor mišića i njihovo grčenje. Također je potreban za pravilan rad i funkcioniranje srca, sprječava povišeni kolesterol, poboljšava probavu, daje energiju te ublažava posljedice stresa.

Magnezij klorid se može konzumirati u obliku rasola kao prirodni izvor magnezija. U tu se svrhu otapa oko 30g magnezij klorida u litri vode te se takav rasol uzima oko 1dl dnevno, a može se upotrijebiti i za pripremu slanih kupki za opuštanje.
