Bibich La sin 2011., 98 kn
Autohtona sorta Skradinskog vinogorja i Sjeverne Dalmacije, stilski podosta slična Pinotu Crnom. Karakterizira ga miris crvenog i crnog voća, začini, ljubičica, zemljani tonovi. Elegantno vino koje traži času više. Autor mu je kultni dalmatinski vinar Alen Bibich, koji je i ovdje prepoznao potencijal. To je budućnost Dalmacije.
Gracin Babić 2010., 175 kn
Dolazi s najboljih položaja primoštenskog vinogorja, s položaja Bucavac, poznatog po “kamenoj primoštenskoj čipki”. Proizvodi ga Leo Gracin, osoba najzaslužnija za renesansu naše možda najpotentnije autohtone sorte. Na nosu ima aromu kupine, višnje Maraske, crnog ribizla, uz začinske note duhana i kože. U ustima slanost, te izvrstan balans između svježine i punoće.

Stina Plavac Mali Majstor 2011., 140 kn
Plavac mali s najboljih južnih padina otoka Brača, pokraj Murvice. Vino bogatog ekstrakta s obiljem crvenog i crnog voća, izraženim, ali i uglađenim taninima, te odlično ukomponiranim utjecajem drva. Impresionira omjer svježine i snage, tanina i kiselina. S potencijalom odležavanja od 10 i više godina. Ako imate, skrijte koju bocu.
Plenković Zlatan Plavac grand cru 2010., 199 kn
Kultni Zlatan Grand Cru s južnih hvarskih plaža. Stiže na tržiste iz godine teške za vinare. Nikad nije bio tako elegantan, a opet slojevit i kompleksan. Krase ga bobičasto voće i herbalne note, šljiva, mediteranska makija. Ima i odlično ukomponirano drvo. Izvrstan i slastan plavac.
Duboković & Barbić Medvid 2010., 499 kn
Medvid, proizveden od grožđa s hvarskoga položaja Medvid Bod, također se svrstava u skupinu kultnih hrvatskih vina. Slojevit je, gust, ekstraktan, uz notu voćnosti, herbalnosti, začine, zrele tanine. Riječ je o bogatom mediteranskom vinu koje traži gutljaj, bocu više.
Miloš Stagnum 2003., 400 kn
I skoro 12 godina poslije, ovaj Stagnum vinara Frane Miloša iz izvrsne i tople 2003., još je uvijek beba. Jedan od najboljih plavaca ikada, traje i trajat će. Na nosu u tercijalnim notama, a opet voćan, u ustima mineralan i bogat. Veliki Plavac, veliki vinar, veliko vino.

Bibich La sin 2011., 98 kn
Autohtona sorta Skradinskog vinogorja i Sjeverne Dalmacije, stilski podosta slična Pinotu Crnom. Karakterizira ga miris crvenog i crnog voća, začini, ljubičica, zemljani tonovi. Elegantno vino koje traži času više. Autor mu je kultni dalmatinski vinar Alen Bibich, koji je i ovdje prepoznao potencijal. To je budućnost Dalmacije.
Gracin Babić 2010., 175 kn
Dolazi s najboljih položaja primoštenskog vinogorja, s položaja Bucavac, poznatog po “kamenoj primoštenskoj čipki”. Proizvodi ga Leo Gracin, osoba najzaslužnija za renesansu naše možda najpotentnije autohtone sorte. Na nosu ima aromu kupine, višnje Maraske, crnog ribizla, uz začinske note duhana i kože. U ustima slanost, te izvrstan balans između svježine i punoće.

S novog vinogorja Komarna dolazi ovaj izvrstan Plavac mali, donoseći voćnost, mediteransko bilje, svježinu u ustima. Još je mlado vino, s izvrsnim potencijalom odležavanja, uzimajući u obzir mlade vinograde. Vinogorje koje će u bliskoj budućnosti dati velike Plavce.
Stina Plavac Mali Majstor 2011., 140 kn
Plavac mali s najboljih južnih padina otoka Brača, pokraj Murvice. Vino bogatog ekstrakta s obiljem crvenog i crnog voća, izraženim, ali i uglađenim taninima, te odlično ukomponiranim utjecajem drva. Impresionira omjer svježine i snage, tanina i kiselina. S potencijalom odležavanja od 10 i više godina. Ako imate, skrijte koju bocu.
Plenković Zlatan Plavac grand cru 2010., 199 kn
Kultni Zlatan Grand Cru s južnih hvarskih plaža. Stiže na tržiste iz godine teške za vinare. Nikad nije bio tako elegantan, a opet slojevit i kompleksan. Krase ga bobičasto voće i herbalne note, šljiva, mediteranska makija. Ima i odlično ukomponirano drvo. Izvrstan i slastan plavac.
Duboković & Barbić Medvid 2010., 499 kn
Medvid, proizveden od grožđa s hvarskoga položaja Medvid Bod, također se svrstava u skupinu kultnih hrvatskih vina. Slojevit je, gust, ekstraktan, uz notu voćnosti, herbalnosti, začine, zrele tanine. Riječ je o bogatom mediteranskom vinu koje traži gutljaj, bocu više.
Miloš Stagnum 2003., 400 kn
I skoro 12 godina poslije, ovaj Stagnum vinara Frane Miloša iz izvrsne i tople 2003., još je uvijek beba. Jedan od najboljih plavaca ikada, traje i trajat će. Na nosu u tercijalnim notama, a opet voćan, u ustima mineralan i bogat. Veliki Plavac, veliki vinar, veliko vino.
