Dacia ima reputaciju proizvođača jeftinih automobila, a odgovor na pitanje zašto su vozila ove marke cjenovno pristupačnija od konkurencije potražio je švicarski Blick od člana Razvojnog odjela kompanije Marca Strussa.
Njegova objašnjenja pokazuju da se u uštedama može biti kreativan, pa čak i inovativan. Za početak, proizvodnja se već u startu odvija jeftino u dva pogona u matičnoj zemlji, Rumunjskoj, uz pomoć jeftine radne snage.
Mala je vjerojatnost da će Dacia graditi tvornice u Austriji ili Velikoj Britaniji. Uz to, kao filijala kompanije Renault, u čijem je vlasništvu, Dacia se može osloniti na njihovu tehnologiju i koristiti pogonske sustave i druge sklopove iz portfelja francuske grupe.
Osnova Dustera još se bazira na istoj tehnologiji kao i treća generacija modela Renault Clio, lansiranog 2005. godine.
Modeli marke Dacia nisu samo jeftini, nego i imaju solidne rezultate kada je riječ o sigurnosti (prije svega, misli se na korektne rezultate na “crash” testovima, iako su sustavi aktivne sigurnosti i dalje skromni pa zbog toga njihovi automobili dobivaju manje zvjezdica na EuroNCAP testovima) i izgledaju dobro u usporedbi s drugim jeftinim automobilima.
U čemu je, dakle, tajna Rumunja? Pogledajmo na primjeru novog Joggera. Mala masa vozila je jedan od ključnih odgovora. Lagani automobili znače manje sirovina i manje motore. I jedno i drugo pojeftinjuje proizvodnju, a time i vozilo. Boja za štitnik podvozja već je ugrađena u plastiku tijekom proizvodnje.
Dakle, ne mora se posebno bojiti. To štedi jedan radni korak i čini štitnik podvozja izdržljivijim. Krhotine od kamena ili druge ogrebotine nisu vidljive i ne mogu oštetiti lak koji bi se tada morao ponovo bojiti.
Osim toga, umjesto plastičnih bočnih zaštita na Joggerovim vratima su naljepnice, što je, kažu u rumunjskom proizvođaču, višestruko motivirana odluka. Jeftinije su, a i plastične obloge u ovom cjenovnom rangu izgledale bi zaista jeftino i ubrzo bi djelovale istrošeno.
Dalje, prednji dio do B-stupa Joggera posuđen je od modela Sandero Stepway, što opet smanjuje troškove.
Zatim, ako pogledate malo bolje, Jogger otraga nema ispušne cijevi, čak ni one lažne. Završetak ispušnog sustava je negdje na sredini automobila, što, pogađate, također štedi materijal i novac. Zadnja svjetla su postavljena vertikalno, a nijedna lampica nije na vratima prtljažnika. Tako su vrata oslobođena ovih električnih instalacija, ali je i njihov otvor veći za ubacivanje prtljaga.
Dacia nije razvila nova sjedišta za treći red u Joggeru već nastavlja koristiti ona iz prethodnika, modela Lodgy. Ova sjedišta su teška samo deset kilograma.
Šine za pomicanje sjedišta izostavljene su zbog troškova i težine. I dok kupci moraju živjeti bez električnih vrata prtljažnika ili kliznih zadnjih sjedišta, krovni nosač dostupan je gotovo besplatno.
Naime, krovni nosači su dizajnirani na način da se uzdužne šipke mogu okrenuti poprečno u samo nekoliko jednostavnih koraka i transformirati iz čisto estetskog u funkcionalni krovni nosač, što kupcima štedi novac jer ne moraju nabavljati posebne nosače.

Dacia ima reputaciju proizvođača jeftinih automobila, a odgovor na pitanje zašto su vozila ove marke cjenovno pristupačnija od konkurencije potražio je švicarski Blick od člana Razvojnog odjela kompanije Marca Strussa.
Njegova objašnjenja pokazuju da se u uštedama može biti kreativan, pa čak i inovativan. Za početak, proizvodnja se već u startu odvija jeftino u dva pogona u matičnoj zemlji, Rumunjskoj, uz pomoć jeftine radne snage.
Mala je vjerojatnost da će Dacia graditi tvornice u Austriji ili Velikoj Britaniji. Uz to, kao filijala kompanije Renault, u čijem je vlasništvu, Dacia se može osloniti na njihovu tehnologiju i koristiti pogonske sustave i druge sklopove iz portfelja francuske grupe.
Osnova Dustera još se bazira na istoj tehnologiji kao i treća generacija modela Renault Clio, lansiranog 2005. godine.
Modeli marke Dacia nisu samo jeftini, nego i imaju solidne rezultate kada je riječ o sigurnosti (prije svega, misli se na korektne rezultate na “crash” testovima, iako su sustavi aktivne sigurnosti i dalje skromni pa zbog toga njihovi automobili dobivaju manje zvjezdica na EuroNCAP testovima) i izgledaju dobro u usporedbi s drugim jeftinim automobilima.
U čemu je, dakle, tajna Rumunja? Pogledajmo na primjeru novog Joggera. Mala masa vozila je jedan od ključnih odgovora. Lagani automobili znače manje sirovina i manje motore. I jedno i drugo pojeftinjuje proizvodnju, a time i vozilo. Boja za štitnik podvozja već je ugrađena u plastiku tijekom proizvodnje.
Dakle, ne mora se posebno bojiti. To štedi jedan radni korak i čini štitnik podvozja izdržljivijim. Krhotine od kamena ili druge ogrebotine nisu vidljive i ne mogu oštetiti lak koji bi se tada morao ponovo bojiti.
Osim toga, umjesto plastičnih bočnih zaštita na Joggerovim vratima su naljepnice, što je, kažu u rumunjskom proizvođaču, višestruko motivirana odluka. Jeftinije su, a i plastične obloge u ovom cjenovnom rangu izgledale bi zaista jeftino i ubrzo bi djelovale istrošeno.
Dalje, prednji dio do B-stupa Joggera posuđen je od modela Sandero Stepway, što opet smanjuje troškove.
Zatim, ako pogledate malo bolje, Jogger otraga nema ispušne cijevi, čak ni one lažne. Završetak ispušnog sustava je negdje na sredini automobila, što, pogađate, također štedi materijal i novac. Zadnja svjetla su postavljena vertikalno, a nijedna lampica nije na vratima prtljažnika. Tako su vrata oslobođena ovih električnih instalacija, ali je i njihov otvor veći za ubacivanje prtljaga.
Dacia nije razvila nova sjedišta za treći red u Joggeru već nastavlja koristiti ona iz prethodnika, modela Lodgy. Ova sjedišta su teška samo deset kilograma.
Šine za pomicanje sjedišta izostavljene su zbog troškova i težine. I dok kupci moraju živjeti bez električnih vrata prtljažnika ili kliznih zadnjih sjedišta, krovni nosač dostupan je gotovo besplatno.
Naime, krovni nosači su dizajnirani na način da se uzdužne šipke mogu okrenuti poprečno u samo nekoliko jednostavnih koraka i transformirati iz čisto estetskog u funkcionalni krovni nosač, što kupcima štedi novac jer ne moraju nabavljati posebne nosače.
