Svijet se suočava s kroničnom nestašicom poluvodiča, odnosno mikročipova, zbog koje je zaustavljen dobar dio automobilske industrije. Tankih poluvodičkih pločica koje služe kao nosači elektroničkih sklopova nigdje nema ni za lijek, pa je trenutno posvuda puno veći problem nabaviti automobile, nego ih prodati. 

Naručite li danas novo i samostalno konfigurirano vozilo, u većini autokuća čekat ćete na isporuku tri, četiri, šest, pa i devet mjeseci. To polako već utječe i na povećanje cijena novih automobila, kao vrlo deficitarne robe, ali i na višak radne snage koji se pojavljuje na proizvodnim trakama.

Jedna od najvećih slovenskih tvrtki, 'Revoz' u vlasništvu francuskog Renaulta, otpustit će 350 od ukupno 2.300 radnika koliko ih je u njoj trenutno zaposleno, objavila je jučer uprava kompanije iz Novog Mesta. 'Revoz', inače, proizvodi Renaultove modele Clio i Twingo. Kao razlog smanjenja opsega proizvodnje iz uprave navode upravo probleme oko nabave poluvodiča za opremu automobila na međunarodnom tržištu.

Slovenski pogon Renaulta je prije nešto više od godinu dana, međutim, već pretrpio jedan val otpuštanja: na samom početku pandemije zbog pada potražnje bili su se prisiljeni odreći više od 400 radnika, među kojima je bilo i oko stotinu Hrvata s karlovačkog područja.

Ne zatvara pogone samo Renault: i najveći svjetski proizvođač, Toyota, najavio je da će smanjiti proizvodnju za 40 posto i zbog utjecaja covida-19 na dobavljače dijelova u rujnu zatvoriti čak 14 tvornica u Japanu. Smanjenje proizvodnje zbog nestašice čipova planiraju i Volkswagen, General Motors, Ford, kao i Fiat-Chrysler i PSA (Peugeot-Citroen Grupa).

Nestašica poluvodiča nije samo puka posljedica pandemije, nego i lošeg proizvodnog planiranja većega dijela autoindustrije: većina proizvođača naglo dizanje potražnje nakon popuštanja lockdowna nije dočekala spremna, s dovoljnim zalihama čipova, a u međuvremenu su ih s tržišta razgrabili proizvođači računala i kućne elektronike.

Stabilizacija ponude se ne očekuje sve do polovice iduće godine, tvrde analitičari. Glavninu globalne potražnje za automobilskim čipovima sad pokrivaju samo dvije kompanije, tajvanski TSMC i južnokorejski Samsung Electronics. U Europi se planiraju ojačati vlastiti proizvodni kapaciteti, no ta će priča malo dulje potrajati.

U Hrvatskoj je od siječnja pa do kolovoza ove godine prodaja novih automobila taman bila počela hvatati novi snažan zamah, s prodajom od oko 34 tisuće novih vozila u prvih šest mjeseci, tj. porastom većim od 40 posto u odnosu na 2020.

Kriza poluvodiča sad prijeti sve naglo zaustaviti, premda nisu svi brendovi u autoindustriji u jednako dubokim problemima. Proizvođači koji svoje modele baziraju na standardiziranim paketima opreme bez previše opcija i s proizvodnjom izvan Europe u Hrvatskoj još nemaju većih problema s isporukom, nedavno je objavio Autoklub.

U Srbiji je kriza poluvodiča, međutim, već snažno usporila prodaju i maksimalno suzila izbore. Lageri novih vozila su sve tanji, a rokovi isporuke sve duži, pa autodilerima sve češće prijete i odštete zbog kašnjenja. Od Volkswagenovih vozila još ima za kupiti tek malenih Up-ova i nešto T-crosseva, dok Pola, Golfa, Tiguana i Touarega neće biti prije 2022. godine.

Kronično nedostaje i Mercedesa i Dacijinih vozila, a na raspolaganju zasad ima dovoljno Fordovih modela, kao i nekih serijskih iz Renaultove game – tvrde iz Srpske asocijacije autouvoznika. Najveću krizu ponude novih automobila prognoziraju za studeni, prosinac i početak iduće godine.

Svijet se suočava s kroničnom nestašicom poluvodiča, odnosno mikročipova, zbog koje je zaustavljen dobar dio automobilske industrije. Tankih poluvodičkih pločica koje služe kao nosači elektroničkih sklopova nigdje nema ni za lijek, pa je trenutno posvuda puno veći problem nabaviti automobile, nego ih prodati. 

Naručite li danas novo i samostalno konfigurirano vozilo, u većini autokuća čekat ćete na isporuku tri, četiri, šest, pa i devet mjeseci. To polako već utječe i na povećanje cijena novih automobila, kao vrlo deficitarne robe, ali i na višak radne snage koji se pojavljuje na proizvodnim trakama.

Jedna od najvećih slovenskih tvrtki, 'Revoz' u vlasništvu francuskog Renaulta, otpustit će 350 od ukupno 2.300 radnika koliko ih je u njoj trenutno zaposleno, objavila je jučer uprava kompanije iz Novog Mesta. 'Revoz', inače, proizvodi Renaultove modele Clio i Twingo. Kao razlog smanjenja opsega proizvodnje iz uprave navode upravo probleme oko nabave poluvodiča za opremu automobila na međunarodnom tržištu.

Slovenski pogon Renaulta je prije nešto više od godinu dana, međutim, već pretrpio jedan val otpuštanja: na samom početku pandemije zbog pada potražnje bili su se prisiljeni odreći više od 400 radnika, među kojima je bilo i oko stotinu Hrvata s karlovačkog područja.

Ne zatvara pogone samo Renault: i najveći svjetski proizvođač, Toyota, najavio je da će smanjiti proizvodnju za 40 posto i zbog utjecaja covida-19 na dobavljače dijelova u rujnu zatvoriti čak 14 tvornica u Japanu. Smanjenje proizvodnje zbog nestašice čipova planiraju i Volkswagen, General Motors, Ford, kao i Fiat-Chrysler i PSA (Peugeot-Citroen Grupa).

Nestašica poluvodiča nije samo puka posljedica pandemije, nego i lošeg proizvodnog planiranja većega dijela autoindustrije: većina proizvođača naglo dizanje potražnje nakon popuštanja lockdowna nije dočekala spremna, s dovoljnim zalihama čipova, a u međuvremenu su ih s tržišta razgrabili proizvođači računala i kućne elektronike.

Stabilizacija ponude se ne očekuje sve do polovice iduće godine, tvrde analitičari. Glavninu globalne potražnje za automobilskim čipovima sad pokrivaju samo dvije kompanije, tajvanski TSMC i južnokorejski Samsung Electronics. U Europi se planiraju ojačati vlastiti proizvodni kapaciteti, no ta će priča malo dulje potrajati.

U Hrvatskoj je od siječnja pa do kolovoza ove godine prodaja novih automobila taman bila počela hvatati novi snažan zamah, s prodajom od oko 34 tisuće novih vozila u prvih šest mjeseci, tj. porastom većim od 40 posto u odnosu na 2020.

Kriza poluvodiča sad prijeti sve naglo zaustaviti, premda nisu svi brendovi u autoindustriji u jednako dubokim problemima. Proizvođači koji svoje modele baziraju na standardiziranim paketima opreme bez previše opcija i s proizvodnjom izvan Europe u Hrvatskoj još nemaju većih problema s isporukom, nedavno je objavio Autoklub.

U Srbiji je kriza poluvodiča, međutim, već snažno usporila prodaju i maksimalno suzila izbore. Lageri novih vozila su sve tanji, a rokovi isporuke sve duži, pa autodilerima sve češće prijete i odštete zbog kašnjenja. Od Volkswagenovih vozila još ima za kupiti tek malenih Up-ova i nešto T-crosseva, dok Pola, Golfa, Tiguana i Touarega neće biti prije 2022. godine.

Kronično nedostaje i Mercedesa i Dacijinih vozila, a na raspolaganju zasad ima dovoljno Fordovih modela, kao i nekih serijskih iz Renaultove game – tvrde iz Srpske asocijacije autouvoznika. Najveću krizu ponude novih automobila prognoziraju za studeni, prosinac i početak iduće godine.

Svijet se suočava s kroničnom nestašicom poluvodiča, odnosno mikročipova, zbog koje je zaustavljen dobar dio automobilske industrije. Tankih poluvodičkih pločica koje služe kao nosači elektroničkih sklopova nigdje nema ni za lijek, pa je trenutno posvuda puno veći problem nabaviti automobile, nego ih prodati.
