Apsurd našeg cestovnog prometa je da su tuneli opremljeni radarskim kamerama, koje bilježe način vožnje i brzinu vozila, ali te snimke služe samo za regulaciju i nadzor prometa, a ne i za sankcioniranje prometnih prekršaja (!) – prevelika brzina, premali razmak, krivo prestrojavanje, korištenje mobitela, nevezivanje sigurnosnim pojasom…

A upravo je to najvažnije, jer je mala izvjesnost kažnjavanja, odnosno svjesnost vozača da bez rizika kažnjavanja mogu kršiti prometne propise razlog lošeg stanja sigurnosti cestovnog prometa i poražavajuće činjenice da je razmjerna smrtnost na našim cestama 60 posto veća od EU prosjeka te stanje gore jedino u Rumunjskoj i Bugarskoj, piše Autoportal.

Kako se to konačno ne shvati na primjeru benzinskih crpki, koje već više od 20 godina posluju samoposlužno, a ipak svi disciplinirano plaćaju utočeno gorivo. Razlog? Sve je pokriveno kamerama! Ne trebaju nikakvi dodatni savjeti, edukacija, peticije, sigurnosne kampanje… Nikome ne pada na pamet otići, ne plativši. A zamislite kako bi bilo da se ukinu kamere, a oslonimo se samo na obavijesti, edukacije i savjete da se gorivo treba platiti. Uh…

Da je tunel tunel Pećine u Rijeci, na cesti D404, bio opremljen s dvije radarske kamere, 20-godišnjak, koji je upravljajući Mini Cooperom skrenuo na suprotni trak i sudario se s Volkswagen Amarokom, pričem su poginule dvije osobe iz Mini Coopera, a oba vozača teško ozlijeđena, sigurno ne bi vozio prebrzo (to potvrđuju deformacije i oštećenja vozila te teške posljedice), odnosno možda koristio mobitel. Istraga će pokazati je li usto bio alkoholiziran i/ili pod utjecajem drugih zabranjenih supstanci). Nesreća se ne bi dogodila ili posljedice ne bi bile tragične.

A da imamo odredbu Mladi vozač, 20-godišnjak ne bi smio voziti automobil snažniji od 100 KS, usto bi imao privremenu, a ne trajnu vozačku dozvolu te bi se u prometu ponašao obazrivije.

Zbog toga ova tragična nesreća diže glas do neba da se konačno uvedu ove mjere (o tome smo stoput pisali i govorili):

1. Povećati izvjesnost kažnjavanja, prvenstveno tunela, raskrižja i svih opasnih mjesta na cestama i autocestama radarskim kamerama koje bilježe najteže prometne prekršaje: prekoračenje brzine, prolaske kroz crveno svjetlo, nepropisno pretjecanje, korištenje mobitela, nevezivanje…

2. Uvesti odredbu ‘Mladi vozač’ za osobe do navršene 24. godine, za koje bi vrijedilo ograničenje snage vozila od 70 kW (95 KS) do 21. godine i 85 kW (116 KS) do 24. godine, samo za privatne vožnje u privatnim vozilima (ne i za gospodarski promet) i “privremene vozačke dozvole”, uz definiranje uvjeta (sigurnog ponašanja u prometu) za dobivanje trajne vozačke dozvole.

Ove bi mjere istodobno olakšale rad i rasteretile policiju, koja bi djelovanje mogla i trebala usmjeriti na kritične uvjete (lokacije, uvjete na cesti i vrijeme).

Apsurd našeg cestovnog prometa je da su tuneli opremljeni radarskim kamerama, koje bilježe način vožnje i brzinu vozila, ali te snimke služe samo za regulaciju i nadzor prometa, a ne i za sankcioniranje prometnih prekršaja (!) – prevelika brzina, premali razmak, krivo prestrojavanje, korištenje mobitela, nevezivanje sigurnosnim pojasom…

A upravo je to najvažnije, jer je mala izvjesnost kažnjavanja, odnosno svjesnost vozača da bez rizika kažnjavanja mogu kršiti prometne propise razlog lošeg stanja sigurnosti cestovnog prometa i poražavajuće činjenice da je razmjerna smrtnost na našim cestama 60 posto veća od EU prosjeka te stanje gore jedino u Rumunjskoj i Bugarskoj, piše Autoportal.

Kako se to konačno ne shvati na primjeru benzinskih crpki, koje već više od 20 godina posluju samoposlužno, a ipak svi disciplinirano plaćaju utočeno gorivo. Razlog? Sve je pokriveno kamerama! Ne trebaju nikakvi dodatni savjeti, edukacija, peticije, sigurnosne kampanje… Nikome ne pada na pamet otići, ne plativši. A zamislite kako bi bilo da se ukinu kamere, a oslonimo se samo na obavijesti, edukacije i savjete da se gorivo treba platiti. Uh…

Da je tunel tunel Pećine u Rijeci, na cesti D404, bio opremljen s dvije radarske kamere, 20-godišnjak, koji je upravljajući Mini Cooperom skrenuo na suprotni trak i sudario se s Volkswagen Amarokom, pričem su poginule dvije osobe iz Mini Coopera, a oba vozača teško ozlijeđena, sigurno ne bi vozio prebrzo (to potvrđuju deformacije i oštećenja vozila te teške posljedice), odnosno možda koristio mobitel. Istraga će pokazati je li usto bio alkoholiziran i/ili pod utjecajem drugih zabranjenih supstanci). Nesreća se ne bi dogodila ili posljedice ne bi bile tragične.

A da imamo odredbu Mladi vozač, 20-godišnjak ne bi smio voziti automobil snažniji od 100 KS, usto bi imao privremenu, a ne trajnu vozačku dozvolu te bi se u prometu ponašao obazrivije.

Zbog toga ova tragična nesreća diže glas do neba da se konačno uvedu ove mjere (o tome smo stoput pisali i govorili):

1. Povećati izvjesnost kažnjavanja, prvenstveno tunela, raskrižja i svih opasnih mjesta na cestama i autocestama radarskim kamerama koje bilježe najteže prometne prekršaje: prekoračenje brzine, prolaske kroz crveno svjetlo, nepropisno pretjecanje, korištenje mobitela, nevezivanje…

2. Uvesti odredbu ‘Mladi vozač’ za osobe do navršene 24. godine, za koje bi vrijedilo ograničenje snage vozila od 70 kW (95 KS) do 21. godine i 85 kW (116 KS) do 24. godine, samo za privatne vožnje u privatnim vozilima (ne i za gospodarski promet) i “privremene vozačke dozvole”, uz definiranje uvjeta (sigurnog ponašanja u prometu) za dobivanje trajne vozačke dozvole.

Ove bi mjere istodobno olakšale rad i rasteretile policiju, koja bi djelovanje mogla i trebala usmjeriti na kritične uvjete (lokacije, uvjete na cesti i vrijeme).

Tragična nesreća u riječkom tunelu Pećine ukazuje na nužnost ove dvije mjere

Apsurd našeg cestovnog prometa je da su tuneli opremljeni radarskim kamerama, koje bilježe način vožnje i brzinu vozila, ali te snimke služe samo za regulaciju i nadzor prometa, a ne i za sankcioniranje prometnih prekršaja (!) – prevelika brzina, premali razmak, krivo prestrojavanje, korištenje mobitela, nevezivanje sigurnosnim pojasom…

A upravo je to najvažnije, jer je mala izvjesnost kažnjavanja, odnosno svjesnost vozača da bez rizika kažnjavanja mogu kršiti prometne propise razlog lošeg stanja sigurnosti cestovnog prometa i poražavajuće činjenice da je razmjerna smrtnost na našim cestama 60 posto veća od EU prosjeka te stanje gore jedino u Rumunjskoj i Bugarskoj, piše Autoportal.

Kako se to konačno ne shvati na primjeru benzinskih crpki, koje već više od 20 godina posluju samoposlužno, a ipak svi disciplinirano plaćaju utočeno gorivo. Razlog? Sve je pokriveno kamerama! Ne trebaju nikakvi dodatni savjeti, edukacija, peticije, sigurnosne kampanje… Nikome ne pada na pamet otići, ne plativši. A zamislite kako bi bilo da se ukinu kamere, a oslonimo se samo na obavijesti, edukacije i savjete da se gorivo treba platiti. Uh…

Da je tunel tunel Pećine u Rijeci, na cesti D404, bio opremljen s dvije radarske kamere, 20-godišnjak, koji je upravljajući Mini Cooperom skrenuo na suprotni trak i sudario se s Volkswagen Amarokom, pričem su poginule dvije osobe iz Mini Coopera, a oba vozača teško ozlijeđena, sigurno ne bi vozio prebrzo (to potvrđuju deformacije i oštećenja vozila te teške posljedice), odnosno možda koristio mobitel. Istraga će pokazati je li usto bio alkoholiziran i/ili pod utjecajem drugih zabranjenih supstanci). Nesreća se ne bi dogodila ili posljedice ne bi bile tragične.
