Premda vozači više ne strahuju od korozije, kao što je to nekada bio slučaj, hrđa se još uvijek može pojaviti na automobilima.

Jamstva na prohrđavanje kod novih automobila proizvođači danas u pravilu daju na šest, deset ili čak 12 godina, odnosno tri ili pet godina za lak, ali time nisu riješeni svi problemi vlasnika, navodi Revija HAK.

Za početak, treba znati što je točno pokriveno ovim jamstvom, jer se to ne odnosi na svaku pojavu hrđe na vozilu. Zato je posebno važno za svaku marku i model konkretno provjeriti koliko je trajanje spomenutog jamstva i na što se ono točno odnosi. Primjerice, formulacija koju vole koristiti mnogi proizvođači kaže da se pod prohrđavanjem podrazumijevaju perforacije u karoseriji koje su s unutrašnje probile na vanjsku stranu te su prouzročene pogreškama u proizvodnji ili korištenim materijalima. Površinska hrđa, pak, nerijetko se stavlja u isti koš s bojom pa u tom slučaju treba računati s jamstvom od tri ili pet, a ne od 10 ili 12 godina.

Osim toga, neki od njih propisuju i što se točno smatra karoserijom, pa pritom popisuju vrata i poklopce motora i prtljažnika, dok ne priznaju dijelove poput branika ili šarki. 

Iskusni autolimar Drago Novačić​ iz auto kuće 'Subaru Lončarić' objasnio je za HAK sve detalje koji muče vlasnike ili kupce automobila. Otkrio je, između ostalog, može li se prevenirati nastanak korozije, na koje dijelove vozila treba posebno pripaziti, je li isplativa zaštita bitumenom i kako izgleda popravak dijelova koji su već nagrizeni prvim tragovima korozije.

Naglasio je važnost rane preventive. Obvezno je temeljito pranje vozila, uključujući i podvozje. Nadalje, bilo bi dobro dva puta godišnje odraditi poliranje karoserije ili premaz s voskom, kako zbog UV zračenja ljeti, tako i zbog naslaga soli i kamenčića zimi.

Osim pranja, koje je najvažnije, u slučaju pojavljivanja korozije sva manja oštećenja treba sanirati što je prije moguće. Hrđu treba očistiti i područje premazati kvalitetnim antikorozinom, a sljedeći potezi zatim su dvokomponentni epoksi temelj i premaz bojom.

Hrđa se, inače, najčešće pojavljuje po rubovima, odnosno na mjestima spojeva dvaju limova, dakle na pragovima, rubovima blatobrana ili haube, rubovima vrata… Nastanak korozije, osim toga, mogu pokrenuti čak i najmanja oštećenja koja su nastala, primjerice, od udarca kamenčića, a posebno je važno znati i podatak da je, ako je automobil bio oštećen i popravljan, veća vjerojatnost da će se na njemu početi pojavljivati prvi tragovi korozije, navodi Revija HAK.

Što se tiče podvozja, i tu je čistoća pola posla. Nakupine blata sadrže vlagu i mogu prouzročiti koroziju. Na podvozju stradaju mostovi, krakovi i spojevi karoserije.

Zbog svega toga, ističe stručnjak, nakon nekih deset godina gotovo je svaki automobil dobar kandidat za temeljito pranje i čišćenje te eventualnu zaštitu bitumenom.

Kod težih je slučajeva potrebno mjestimično pjeskarenje, kod nešto lakših pomaže čišćenje četkom, kao i premaz antikorozinom te zaštita bitumenom, a iznutra voskom.

Rabljene automobile prije kupnje bi trebao temeljito pregledati stručan autolimar, upozorava Novačić za HAK.

Premda vozači više ne strahuju od korozije, kao što je to nekada bio slučaj, hrđa se još uvijek može pojaviti na automobilima.

Jamstva na prohrđavanje kod novih automobila proizvođači danas u pravilu daju na šest, deset ili čak 12 godina, odnosno tri ili pet godina za lak, ali time nisu riješeni svi problemi vlasnika, navodi Revija HAK.

Za početak, treba znati što je točno pokriveno ovim jamstvom, jer se to ne odnosi na svaku pojavu hrđe na vozilu. Zato je posebno važno za svaku marku i model konkretno provjeriti koliko je trajanje spomenutog jamstva i na što se ono točno odnosi. Primjerice, formulacija koju vole koristiti mnogi proizvođači kaže da se pod prohrđavanjem podrazumijevaju perforacije u karoseriji koje su s unutrašnje probile na vanjsku stranu te su prouzročene pogreškama u proizvodnji ili korištenim materijalima. Površinska hrđa, pak, nerijetko se stavlja u isti koš s bojom pa u tom slučaju treba računati s jamstvom od tri ili pet, a ne od 10 ili 12 godina.

Osim toga, neki od njih propisuju i što se točno smatra karoserijom, pa pritom popisuju vrata i poklopce motora i prtljažnika, dok ne priznaju dijelove poput branika ili šarki. 

Iskusni autolimar Drago Novačić​ iz auto kuće 'Subaru Lončarić' objasnio je za HAK sve detalje koji muče vlasnike ili kupce automobila. Otkrio je, između ostalog, može li se prevenirati nastanak korozije, na koje dijelove vozila treba posebno pripaziti, je li isplativa zaštita bitumenom i kako izgleda popravak dijelova koji su već nagrizeni prvim tragovima korozije.

Naglasio je važnost rane preventive. Obvezno je temeljito pranje vozila, uključujući i podvozje. Nadalje, bilo bi dobro dva puta godišnje odraditi poliranje karoserije ili premaz s voskom, kako zbog UV zračenja ljeti, tako i zbog naslaga soli i kamenčića zimi.

Osim pranja, koje je najvažnije, u slučaju pojavljivanja korozije sva manja oštećenja treba sanirati što je prije moguće. Hrđu treba očistiti i područje premazati kvalitetnim antikorozinom, a sljedeći potezi zatim su dvokomponentni epoksi temelj i premaz bojom.

Hrđa se, inače, najčešće pojavljuje po rubovima, odnosno na mjestima spojeva dvaju limova, dakle na pragovima, rubovima blatobrana ili haube, rubovima vrata… Nastanak korozije, osim toga, mogu pokrenuti čak i najmanja oštećenja koja su nastala, primjerice, od udarca kamenčića, a posebno je važno znati i podatak da je, ako je automobil bio oštećen i popravljan, veća vjerojatnost da će se na njemu početi pojavljivati prvi tragovi korozije, navodi Revija HAK.

Što se tiče podvozja, i tu je čistoća pola posla. Nakupine blata sadrže vlagu i mogu prouzročiti koroziju. Na podvozju stradaju mostovi, krakovi i spojevi karoserije.

Zbog svega toga, ističe stručnjak, nakon nekih deset godina gotovo je svaki automobil dobar kandidat za temeljito pranje i čišćenje te eventualnu zaštitu bitumenom.

Kod težih je slučajeva potrebno mjestimično pjeskarenje, kod nešto lakših pomaže čišćenje četkom, kao i premaz antikorozinom te zaštita bitumenom, a iznutra voskom.

Rabljene automobile prije kupnje bi trebao temeljito pregledati stručan autolimar, upozorava Novačić za HAK.

Premda vozači više ne strahuju od korozije, kao što je to nekada bio slučaj, hrđa se još uvijek može pojaviti na automobilima.

Jamstva na prohrđavanje kod novih automobila proizvođači danas u pravilu daju na šest, deset ili čak 12 godina, odnosno tri ili pet godina za lak, ali time nisu riješeni svi problemi vlasnika, navodi Revija HAK.

Za početak, treba znati što je točno pokriveno ovim jamstvom, jer se to ne odnosi na svaku pojavu hrđe na vozilu. Zato je posebno važno za svaku marku i model konkretno provjeriti koliko je trajanje spomenutog jamstva i na što se ono točno odnosi. Primjerice, formulacija koju vole koristiti mnogi proizvođači kaže da se pod prohrđavanjem podrazumijevaju perforacije u karoseriji koje su s unutrašnje probile na vanjsku stranu te su prouzročene p...
