Ako ste vlasnik dizelskog vozila, važno je razumjeti dizelske filtre krutih čestica (Diesel Particulate Filter). DPF namijenjen je dizelskim motorima, a postao je standardna komponenta od 2009. godine, kako bi vozila ispunila Euro 5 standard, iako se na određenim vozilima koristila i godinama ranije, piše Auto Klub.

Neodržavanje DPF-a može dovesti do značajnih (i skupih) posljedica po vozilo. U nastavku saznajte što je DPF, koji su simptomi "začepljenog" DPF-a, kako ga pravilno održavati i koliko košta njegova zamjena.

DPF je vrsta uređaja čija je zadaća naknadna obrada ispušnih plinova, točnije "zarobljavanje" čestica poput čađe i pepela. Izrađen je od keramičkog materijala oblikovanog u strukturu saća. Kako bi se smanjile emisije dizelskih vozila, DPF hvata i zadržava ispušnu čađu koja potom povremeno izgara kako bi se filter regenerirao. Procesom regeneracije sagorijeva višak čađe nataložene u filtru, što sprječava ispuštanje štetnih plinova u obliku crnog dima u atmosferu.

Čest uzrok začepljenja DPF-a su kratka putovanja pri malim brzinama, jer vozila koja imaju takav režim rada ne ispunjavaju zahtjeve da se filter sam očisti. Drugi uzrok su loša servisiranja.

Životni vijek DPF-a varira ovisno o njegovoj primjeni. Uz to, začepljenje može biti uzrokovano korištenjem pogrešne vrste ulja, izmjenama performansi vozila, korištenjem goriva niske kvalitete, ali i čestom vožnjom automobila na niskoj razini goriva.

Kako možete znati je li vaš DPF blokiran? U tom slučaju, na vašoj nadzornoj ploči pojavit će se narančasto svjetlo u obliku greške, koje varira ovisno do proizvođača vozila. Kad ono zasvijetli, vaš filter je najvjerojatnije blokiran i potrebno je čišćenje. S obzirom na to da DPF filtrira dvije vrste čestica (čađa i pepeo), postoje dvije vrste čišćenja.

Regeneracija čisti čađu pretvarajući ugljik u ugljični monoksid, dok se pepeo čisti uklanjanjem filtra i čišćenjem u stroju s komprimiranim zrakom. Drugi znakovi začepljenja su gubitak performansi vozila (pad snage i slabije ubrzanje), i prijelaz motora u siguran način rada.

Ključ održavanja DPF-a je osigurati da se može sam regenerirati u slučaju da se napuni čađom. Održavanje filtera krutih čestica najviše znači održavanje motora, jer u sam filter nije potrebno ništa ulijevati. Postoje dvije vrste regeneracije: aktivno i pasivno. Do pasivne regeneracije dolazi kada se vozilo normalno vozi pod opterećenjem, a vozač nije ni svjestan da se događa.

Ponekad pasivna regeneracije ne može uvijek održavati DPF čistim, stoga će filter morati proći aktivnu regeneraciju. Aktivna regeneracija odvija se kada motor vozila ne stvara potrebnu toplinu za pretvaranje čađe u ugljični dioksid. Na nekim vozilima prilikom aktivne regeneracije pale se lampice na nadzornoj ploči.

Zamjena DPF-a može biti skupa, a najviše ovisi o godištu automobila. Novi DPF za osobna vozila košta nekoliko stotina eura. Zamjenski filter slabije kvalitete može se pronaći za oko 430-450 eura, a tome treba pridodati i troškove ugradnje. Kao odgovor na visoke cijene novih filtera, pojavio se niz servisnih usluga regeneracije filtera.

Jedna od opcija je spajanje automobila na dijagnostičko računalo i postavljanje motora u određen način rada. Takva usluga u prosjeku košta oko četiri stotine kuna, a njena efikasnost je srednja. Druga opcija je kemijsko čišćenje kojom se pomoću senzora tlaka razgrađuje čađa. Ovo je efikasnija opcija, a košta oko tisuću kuna.

Postoji i treća opcija koja uključuje uklanjanje DPF-a iz automobila i primjenu elektroničkog emulatora koja zavarava računalo vozila.

Međutim, ova opcija je protuzakonita i ima pravne posljedice. Automobil koji ima izrezan filter ne ispunjava uvjete tehničke homologacije te, sukladno zakonu, mora biti uklonjeno iz prometa. Jer se sve više vozača odlučuje za ovu opciju, sve se češće razgovara o strožim propisima i efikasnijim metodama provjere DPF-a.

Na koncu, prema Svjetskoj zdravstvenoj organizaciji zagađenje česticama utječe na više ljudi nego bilo koji drugi zagađivač, a tri od četiri stanovnika europskih gradova izložena su nesigurnim razinama čestica, prema Europskoj agenciji za okoliš.

Ako ste vlasnik dizelskog vozila, važno je razumjeti dizelske filtre krutih čestica (Diesel Particulate Filter). DPF namijenjen je dizelskim motorima, a postao je standardna komponenta od 2009. godine, kako bi vozila ispunila Euro 5 standard, iako se na određenim vozilima koristila i godinama ranije, piše Auto Klub.

Neodržavanje DPF-a može dovesti do značajnih (i skupih) posljedica po vozilo. U nastavku saznajte što je DPF, koji su simptomi "začepljenog" DPF-a, kako ga pravilno održavati i koliko košta njegova zamjena.

DPF je vrsta uređaja čija je zadaća naknadna obrada ispušnih plinova, točnije "zarobljavanje" čestica poput čađe i pepela. Izrađen je od keramičkog materijala oblikovanog u strukturu saća. Kako bi se smanjile emisije dizelskih vozila, DPF hvata i zadržava ispušnu čađu koja potom povremeno izgara kako bi se filter regenerirao. Procesom regeneracije sagorijeva višak čađe nataložene u filtru, što sprječava ispuštanje štetnih plinova u obliku crnog dima u atmosferu.

Čest uzrok začepljenja DPF-a su kratka putovanja pri malim brzinama, jer vozila koja imaju takav režim rada ne ispunjavaju zahtjeve da se filter sam očisti. Drugi uzrok su loša servisiranja.

Životni vijek DPF-a varira ovisno o njegovoj primjeni. Uz to, začepljenje može biti uzrokovano korištenjem pogrešne vrste ulja, izmjenama performansi vozila, korištenjem goriva niske kvalitete, ali i čestom vožnjom automobila na niskoj razini goriva.

Kako možete znati je li vaš DPF blokiran? U tom slučaju, na vašoj nadzornoj ploči pojavit će se narančasto svjetlo u obliku greške, koje varira ovisno do proizvođača vozila. Kad ono zasvijetli, vaš filter je najvjerojatnije blokiran i potrebno je čišćenje. S obzirom na to da DPF filtrira dvije vrste čestica (čađa i pepeo), postoje dvije vrste čišćenja.

Regeneracija čisti čađu pretvarajući ugljik u ugljični monoksid, dok se pepeo čisti uklanjanjem filtra i čišćenjem u stroju s komprimiranim zrakom. Drugi znakovi začepljenja su gubitak performansi vozila (pad snage i slabije ubrzanje), i prijelaz motora u siguran način rada.

Ključ održavanja DPF-a je osigurati da se može sam regenerirati u slučaju da se napuni čađom. Održavanje filtera krutih čestica najviše znači održavanje motora, jer u sam filter nije potrebno ništa ulijevati. Postoje dvije vrste regeneracije: aktivno i pasivno. Do pasivne regeneracije dolazi kada se vozilo normalno vozi pod opterećenjem, a vozač nije ni svjestan da se događa.

Ponekad pasivna regeneracije ne može uvijek održavati DPF čistim, stoga će filter morati proći aktivnu regeneraciju. Aktivna regeneracija odvija se kada motor vozila ne stvara potrebnu toplinu za pretvaranje čađe u ugljični dioksid. Na nekim vozilima prilikom aktivne regeneracije pale se lampice na nadzornoj ploči.

Zamjena DPF-a može biti skupa, a najviše ovisi o godištu automobila. Novi DPF za osobna vozila košta nekoliko stotina eura. Zamjenski filter slabije kvalitete može se pronaći za oko 430-450 eura, a tome treba pridodati i troškove ugradnje. Kao odgovor na visoke cijene novih filtera, pojavio se niz servisnih usluga regeneracije filtera.

Jedna od opcija je spajanje automobila na dijagnostičko računalo i postavljanje motora u određen način rada. Takva usluga u prosjeku košta oko četiri stotine kuna, a njena efikasnost je srednja. Druga opcija je kemijsko čišćenje kojom se pomoću senzora tlaka razgrađuje čađa. Ovo je efikasnija opcija, a košta oko tisuću kuna.

Postoji i treća opcija koja uključuje uklanjanje DPF-a iz automobila i primjenu elektroničkog emulatora koja zavarava računalo vozila.

Međutim, ova opcija je protuzakonita i ima pravne posljedice. Automobil koji ima izrezan filter ne ispunjava uvjete tehničke homologacije te, sukladno zakonu, mora biti uklonjeno iz prometa. Jer se sve više vozača odlučuje za ovu opciju, sve se češće razgovara o strožim propisima i efikasnijim metodama provjere DPF-a.

Na koncu, prema Svjetskoj zdravstvenoj organizaciji zagađenje česticama utječe na više ljudi nego bilo koji drugi zagađivač, a tri od četiri stanovnika europskih gradova izložena su nesigurnim razinama čestica, prema Europskoj agenciji za okoliš.

Ako ste vlasnik dizelskog vozila, važno je razumjeti dizelske filtre krutih čestica (Diesel Particulate Filter). DPF namijenjen je dizelskim motorima, a postao je standardna komponenta od 2009. godine, kako bi vozila ispunila Euro 5 standard, iako se na određenim vozilima koristila i godinama ranije, piše Auto Klub.
