Na povratku s Berlinalea, gdje je predstavio film “Through The Graves The Wind Is Blowing”, za koji je bio koscenarist i odigrao glavnu ulogu, uhvatili smo Ivana Perića da nam otkrije koliko često (ne) gleda televiziju.

Prati li kontuinuirano gledanje TV-a tijekom čestih putovanja na festivale i/li lokacije za snimanje?

- Nemam kod kuće klasičnu linearnu televiziju s programima. Klasični TV vidim jedino kada dođem u kafić ili kod nekoga u goste pa primijetim da se vrte programi. Tada mi često oko bježi na TV jer sam se odvikao gledati kod kuće. Mislim da je gledanje TV-a stvar navike i dnevnog ritma. Zbog prirode mog posla nemam uvijek isti dnevni ritam pa mi je teško pratiti TV svaki dan u isto vrijeme. Odvikao sam se od klasičnog gledanja TV-a.

Što najviše voliš gledati kod kuće?

- Smatram da filmovi trebaju biti rađeni da se gledaju na velikom platnu. Gledanje filmova nije samo upijanje informacija što se događa na TV-u, nego doživljaj koji treba iskusiti. TV doživljavam više kao informativno i brzo zabavno sredstvo. Iako ima odličnih filmova i na TV-u, smatram da se oni u punini mogu doživjeti tek na velikom platnu. TV može biti zanimljiv kada urednik programa izvuče neki zaboravljeni film pa ga se rado podsjetiš. Sjećam se kao dječak kad sam gledao TV ako bi propustio određenu seriju ili film, propustio si ga zauvijek. Nije bilo mogućnosti premotavanja ili ponovnog streamanja. Više volim gledati filmove nego serije. Za gledanje serija potrebno je puno vremena i za mene nemaju toliki naboj kao filmovi. Drugačiji je način na koji se rade. Iako živimo u zlatnom dobu serija, i filmski glumci često glume u njima, smatram da će film uvijek biti bolji. Od serija koje volim pogledati su “Stranger Things” i “Only Murders in the Building”.

Čega bi da ima više na TV-u, a čega manje?

- Svakako filmskih klasika i art filmova. TV je dobar zato što gledateljima pripremi određeni sadržaj koji možda sami nikada ne bi gledali. Nekako je drugačiji osjećaj kad na TV-u vidiš film koji ti je drag, a nisi ga sam pustio na streamingu. Iako se TV gleda individualno mislim da kad gledamo film na TV-u podsvjesno znamo da puno drugih ljudi u tom trenutku gledaju isti film zajedno s nama i to možda obogaćuje doživljaj gledanja TV-a. Svakako bi trebalo biti više emisija o filmu u kojoj bi autori i filmski kritičari govorili o određenom filmu koji taj TV program prikazuje. Mislim da bi to obogatilo iskustvo gledatelja, dalo im novu perspektivu i možda probudilo interes za slične filmove. Manje reklama, pogotovo u sred filmova.

Mogućnost premotavanja

Isto pitanje za streaming servise?

- Volio bih da je još više starijih filmova i nezavisne kinematografije. Mislim da bi trebalo napraviti streaming servis samo za klasike i streaming servis samo za nezavisne filmove. Ovako mi izgleda da ima svega u istom košu. Koliko god pojedini streaming servisi nastoje biti zastupljeni s klasicima i čak sami biti producenti određenih kultnih redatelja npr. “Irac” Martina Scorsesea. Također imaju puno instant filmova koji kao da su napravljeni samo da se nešto vrti. Danas ima više streaming servisa i konkurencija su jedni drugom. Bilo bi dobro da su konkurencija i kvalitetom sadržaja ne samo količinom. Zanimljivo je da na dosta daljinskih upravljača postoji tipka Netflix. Klasični linearni TV i streaming mediji kao da postaju jedno, pogotovo jer TV programi nude mogućnost premotavanja i snimanja.

Kako komentiraš zastupljenost hrvatskih filmova na Netflixu?

- U zadnje vrijeme ima sve više hrvatskih filmova na Netflixu, što je svakako odlično. Svaka vidljivost hrvatskog filma je super jer imamo što pokazati svijetu, pogotovo zadnjih godina. Današnja mlađa publika više gleda Netflix nego klasični TV i smatram da je to dobar način da hrvatski filmovi dođu do njih, ako već ne idu u kino.

Kako si zadovoljan zastupljenošću hrvatskih filmova i terminima njihova prikazivanja na HRT-u?

- Svjestan sam činjenice da su većini gledatelja primamljiviji hollywoodski blockbusteri nego hrvatski filmovi. Mislim da je tako u većini europskih kinematografija. Također smatram da bi urednici programa trebali birati najbolje hrvatske filmove i stavljati ih u “prime” termine jer sigurno ima gledatelja koji bi ih željeli vidjeti. I samim time bi se utjecalo s vremenom na njihovu gledanost i popularnost.

Oscari su ove nedjelje. Gledaš?

- Pratim svakako. Mislim da ove godine ima jako kvalitetnih filmova i bit će zanimljivo vidjeti tko će dobiti Oscara kao i pratiti samu ceremoniju. Mislim da je ovo godina Cilliana Murphyja.

Na povratku s Berlinalea, gdje je predstavio film “Through The Graves The Wind Is Blowing”, za koji je bio koscenarist i odigrao glavnu ulogu, uhvatili smo Ivana Perića da nam otkrije koliko često (ne) gleda televiziju.

Prati li kontuinuirano gledanje TV-a tijekom čestih putovanja na festivale i/li lokacije za snimanje?

- Nemam kod kuće klasičnu linearnu televiziju s programima. Klasični TV vidim jedino kada dođem u kafić ili kod nekoga u goste pa primijetim da se vrte programi. Tada mi često oko bježi na TV jer sam se odvikao gledati kod kuće. Mislim da je gledanje TV-a stvar navike i dnevnog ritma. Zbog prirode mog posla nemam uvijek isti dnevni ritam pa mi je teško pratiti TV svaki dan u isto vrijeme. Odvikao sam se od klasičnog gledanja TV-a.

Što najviše voliš gledati kod kuće?

- Smatram da filmovi trebaju biti rađeni da se gledaju na velikom platnu. Gledanje filmova nije samo upijanje informacija što se događa na TV-u, nego doživljaj koji treba iskusiti. TV doživljavam više kao informativno i brzo zabavno sredstvo. Iako ima odličnih filmova i na TV-u, smatram da se oni u punini mogu doživjeti tek na velikom platnu. TV može biti zanimljiv kada urednik programa izvuče neki zaboravljeni film pa ga se rado podsjetiš. Sjećam se kao dječak kad sam gledao TV ako bi propustio određenu seriju ili film, propustio si ga zauvijek. Nije bilo mogućnosti premotavanja ili ponovnog streamanja. Više volim gledati filmove nego serije. Za gledanje serija potrebno je puno vremena i za mene nemaju toliki naboj kao filmovi. Drugačiji je način na koji se rade. Iako živimo u zlatnom dobu serija, i filmski glumci često glume u njima, smatram da će film uvijek biti bolji. Od serija koje volim pogledati su “Stranger Things” i “Only Murders in the Building”.

Čega bi da ima više na TV-u, a čega manje?

- Svakako filmskih klasika i art filmova. TV je dobar zato što gledateljima pripremi određeni sadržaj koji možda sami nikada ne bi gledali. Nekako je drugačiji osjećaj kad na TV-u vidiš film koji ti je drag, a nisi ga sam pustio na streamingu. Iako se TV gleda individualno mislim da kad gledamo film na TV-u podsvjesno znamo da puno drugih ljudi u tom trenutku gledaju isti film zajedno s nama i to možda obogaćuje doživljaj gledanja TV-a. Svakako bi trebalo biti više emisija o filmu u kojoj bi autori i filmski kritičari govorili o određenom filmu koji taj TV program prikazuje. Mislim da bi to obogatilo iskustvo gledatelja, dalo im novu perspektivu i možda probudilo interes za slične filmove. Manje reklama, pogotovo u sred filmova.

Mogućnost premotavanja

Isto pitanje za streaming servise?

- Volio bih da je još više starijih filmova i nezavisne kinematografije. Mislim da bi trebalo napraviti streaming servis samo za klasike i streaming servis samo za nezavisne filmove. Ovako mi izgleda da ima svega u istom košu. Koliko god pojedini streaming servisi nastoje biti zastupljeni s klasicima i čak sami biti producenti određenih kultnih redatelja npr. “Irac” Martina Scorsesea. Također imaju puno instant filmova koji kao da su napravljeni samo da se nešto vrti. Danas ima više streaming servisa i konkurencija su jedni drugom. Bilo bi dobro da su konkurencija i kvalitetom sadržaja ne samo količinom. Zanimljivo je da na dosta daljinskih upravljača postoji tipka Netflix. Klasični linearni TV i streaming mediji kao da postaju jedno, pogotovo jer TV programi nude mogućnost premotavanja i snimanja.

Kako komentiraš zastupljenost hrvatskih filmova na Netflixu?

- U zadnje vrijeme ima sve više hrvatskih filmova na Netflixu, što je svakako odlično. Svaka vidljivost hrvatskog filma je super jer imamo što pokazati svijetu, pogotovo zadnjih godina. Današnja mlađa publika više gleda Netflix nego klasični TV i smatram da je to dobar način da hrvatski filmovi dođu do njih, ako već ne idu u kino.

Kako si zadovoljan zastupljenošću hrvatskih filmova i terminima njihova prikazivanja na HRT-u?

- Svjestan sam činjenice da su većini gledatelja primamljiviji hollywoodski blockbusteri nego hrvatski filmovi. Mislim da je tako u većini europskih kinematografija. Također smatram da bi urednici programa trebali birati najbolje hrvatske filmove i stavljati ih u “prime” termine jer sigurno ima gledatelja koji bi ih željeli vidjeti. I samim time bi se utjecalo s vremenom na njihovu gledanost i popularnost.

Oscari su ove nedjelje. Gledaš?

- Pratim svakako. Mislim da ove godine ima jako kvalitetnih filmova i bit će zanimljivo vidjeti tko će dobiti Oscara kao i pratiti samu ceremoniju. Mislim da je ovo godina Cilliana Murphyja.
