Poznati hrvatski redatelj, scenarist i producent Rajko Grlić na portalu Telegram objavio je otvoreno pismo u kojem kritizira rad ministrice kulture i medija Nine Obuljen Koržinek. 

Njegovo pismo prenosimo u cijelosti: 

- Poštovana gospođo ministrice,

1. Rujna 2021. poslao sam Vam otvoreno pismo koje, samo da Vas podsjetim, započinje ovako:

“Obraćam Vam se kao jedan od, svakim danom sve malobrojnijih, hrvatskih filmskih režisera koji su život proveli snimajući filmove na filmskoj traci. Onoj od celuloida na kojoj emulzija ima ograničen vijek trajanja. Prvo odlazi boja, zatim oštrina, da bi na kraju otišla i čitava slika. Kad se to dogodi, filmovi zauvijek nestaju. Njih se ne može restaurirati, obnoviti, vratiti u život. Oni su mrtvi.

Prije četiri godine u predgovoru „Nacionalnog programa promicanja audiovizualnog stvaralaštva 2017.-2021.” napisali ste i kao ministrica kulture potpisali: “Posebnu pažnju u nadolazećem razdoblju potrebno je posvetiti očuvanju, restauraciji, digitalizaciji, dostupnosti i promociji hrvatske audiovizualne baštine kao izuzetno vrijednog kulturnog nasljeđa i neizostavnog segmenta hrvatskog kulturnog identiteta.”

U te četiri godine u Hrvatskoj je restaurirano i digitalizirano osam (8) dugometražnih igranih filmova. U tom istom periodu Kinoteka Sjeverne Makedonije u Skopju restaurirala je i digitalizirala čitave opuse svojih istaknutih autora, ukupno trideset i dva (32) dugometražna igrana filma, a Jugoslovenska kinoteka u Beogradu dvadeset i osam (28) dugometražnih igranih filmova kojima je, svakom od njih, napravila svečanu premijeru slaveći njegov povratak među žive…”.

Odgovorili ste mi e-mailom, suhim činovničkim jezikom i mnoštvom beznačajnih brojki, no o pitanju kada će napokon započeti restauracija filmova, u Vašem odgovoru nije bilo ni riječi. Zato sam Vam uputio još jedno javno pismo ponavljajući isto pitanje. Na to se niste ni udostojili odgovoriti. Vrijeme prolazi, ništa se s filmovima ne događa, i evo, šaljem Vam i treće pismo upozorenja.

Ovaj put Vas samo želim podsjetiti, kao osobu koja tvrdi: “Mi smo pokazali da smo Vlada koja reagira brzo i učinkovito na probleme”, da je od mog prvog pisma prošlo više od pola godine, a da u tom periodu opet nije restauriran niti jedan jedini centimetar niti jednog hrvatskog igranog filma.

Znam da je to sitnica prema nebrizi, da ne upotrijebim neku goru riječ, koju Vaša vlada iskazuje prema restauriranju mog rodnog grada, ali ne mogu a da Vas još jednom ne pitam: Zašto? Zašto dozvoljavate da filmovi nestaju, da Hrvatska bude jedina europska zemlja bez samostalne institucije zvane “Kinoteka”? Da li je to neki mudro smišljen stranački plan o brisanju prošlosti ili samo prizemna činovnička nebriga? Ukratko, zašto sjedite u fotelji ministrice kulture ako Vas to ne zanima, ako o tome ne vodite brigu? - zapitao se filmski stručnjak.

Poznati hrvatski redatelj, scenarist i producent Rajko Grlić na portalu Telegram objavio je otvoreno pismo u kojem kritizira rad ministrice kulture i medija Nine Obuljen Koržinek. 

Njegovo pismo prenosimo u cijelosti: 

- Poštovana gospođo ministrice,

1. Rujna 2021. poslao sam Vam otvoreno pismo koje, samo da Vas podsjetim, započinje ovako:

“Obraćam Vam se kao jedan od, svakim danom sve malobrojnijih, hrvatskih filmskih režisera koji su život proveli snimajući filmove na filmskoj traci. Onoj od celuloida na kojoj emulzija ima ograničen vijek trajanja. Prvo odlazi boja, zatim oštrina, da bi na kraju otišla i čitava slika. Kad se to dogodi, filmovi zauvijek nestaju. Njih se ne može restaurirati, obnoviti, vratiti u život. Oni su mrtvi.

Prije četiri godine u predgovoru „Nacionalnog programa promicanja audiovizualnog stvaralaštva 2017.-2021.” napisali ste i kao ministrica kulture potpisali: “Posebnu pažnju u nadolazećem razdoblju potrebno je posvetiti očuvanju, restauraciji, digitalizaciji, dostupnosti i promociji hrvatske audiovizualne baštine kao izuzetno vrijednog kulturnog nasljeđa i neizostavnog segmenta hrvatskog kulturnog identiteta.”

U te četiri godine u Hrvatskoj je restaurirano i digitalizirano osam (8) dugometražnih igranih filmova. U tom istom periodu Kinoteka Sjeverne Makedonije u Skopju restaurirala je i digitalizirala čitave opuse svojih istaknutih autora, ukupno trideset i dva (32) dugometražna igrana filma, a Jugoslovenska kinoteka u Beogradu dvadeset i osam (28) dugometražnih igranih filmova kojima je, svakom od njih, napravila svečanu premijeru slaveći njegov povratak među žive…”.

Odgovorili ste mi e-mailom, suhim činovničkim jezikom i mnoštvom beznačajnih brojki, no o pitanju kada će napokon započeti restauracija filmova, u Vašem odgovoru nije bilo ni riječi. Zato sam Vam uputio još jedno javno pismo ponavljajući isto pitanje. Na to se niste ni udostojili odgovoriti. Vrijeme prolazi, ništa se s filmovima ne događa, i evo, šaljem Vam i treće pismo upozorenja.

Ovaj put Vas samo želim podsjetiti, kao osobu koja tvrdi: “Mi smo pokazali da smo Vlada koja reagira brzo i učinkovito na probleme”, da je od mog prvog pisma prošlo više od pola godine, a da u tom periodu opet nije restauriran niti jedan jedini centimetar niti jednog hrvatskog igranog filma.

Znam da je to sitnica prema nebrizi, da ne upotrijebim neku goru riječ, koju Vaša vlada iskazuje prema restauriranju mog rodnog grada, ali ne mogu a da Vas još jednom ne pitam: Zašto? Poznati hrvatski redatelj, scenarist i producent Rajko Grlić na portalu Telegram objavio je otvoreno pismo u kojem kritizira rad ministrice kulture i medija Nine Obuljen Koržinek. 

Njegovo pismo prenosimo u cijelosti: 

- Poštovana gospođo ministrice,

1. Rujna 2021. poslao sam Vam otvoreno pismo koje, samo da Vas podsjetim, započinje ovako:

“Obraćam Vam se kao jedan od, svakim danom sve malobrojnijih, hrvatskih filmskih režisera koji su život proveli snimajući filmove na filmskoj traci. Onoj od celuloida na kojoj emulzija ima ograničen vijek trajanja. Prvo odlazi boja, zatim oštrina, da bi na kraju otišla i čitava slika. Kad se to dogodi, filmovi zauvijek nestaju. Njih se ne može restaurirati, obnoviti, vratiti u život. Oni su mrtvi.
