Gotovo je, gotovo. Romantični hit-serijal za mlade iz bestselerskog pera spisateljice Anne Todd došao je do petog i posljednjeg poglavlja – “Poslije svega: Finale” (“After Everything”). Od 2019. naovamo, svake godine je izlazio po jedan “Poslije svega”, pa su nakon originala periodički stizali nastavci podnaslovljeni “Sudar”, “Pad”, “Zauvijek sretni” (“After We Collided”, “After We Fell”, “After Ever Happy”) i sada “Finale”.

Voljeli ili ne serijal lošnjikave glume s krajnje toksičnom ljubavnom vezom, “After” je postao popularan i u Hrvatskoj, gdje je samo prva dva filma vidjelo oko 100 tisuća kinoposjetitelj(ic)a. Prva pretpremijerna kinoprojekcija “Finala” bila je većinski ispunjena. U publici opet 99 posto ženske populacije. Preostali postotak činili su ovaj kritičar i jedan momak koji je, evidentno nevoljko, pristao da ga cura odvede u kino, valjda uz obećanje da će ona s njim poći na “Pravednika 3” ili “Plaćenike 4”.

Mlade djevojke pronašle su novog srcolomca u Hardinu (Hero Fiennes Tiffin; nećak velikog britanskog glumca Ralpha Fiennesa). On je zgodan, tetoviran i načitan, ali i patološki ljubomoran, arogantan, sebičan i neodgovoran mladić. Hardinova veza s Tessom (Josephine Langford; Katherineina sestra) spada među najnezdravije u novijoj filmskoj povijesti, usporediva s “toxic” odnosima iz serijala “Pedeset nijansi sive” i “365 dana”.

Veza je počela tako da je Hardin prohodao s Tessom iz oklade. Pritom se iskreno zaljubio i počeo malko mijenjati iznutra, ali ona je pošizila kad je doznala za to i uslijedilo je natezanje hoće li mu oprostiti ili ne. Od prvog do četvrtog filma veza je bila puna melodramsko-sapuničastih uspona i padova, i naizgled zauvijek krahirala nakon Tessina saznanja da je Hardinov prvi roman, naslovljen “Poslije svega”, utemeljen na njihovu odnosu i objavljen bez njezina znanja.

Peti “After” kreće odatle: Tessa ne želi imati posla s Hardinom koji slomljena srca tvrdi da je “Poslije svega”, ustvari, “priča o tome da se ljudi mogu promijeniti” i tim tragom odlučuje postati bolja osoba, istjerati vlastite demone i iskupiti se za grijehe prošlosti. Jedan od grijeha jest i njegov odnos s Nathalie (Mimi Keene iz popularne serije “Sex Education”).

Naime, u flešbeku doznajemo da se Hardin, u zamjenu da povrati očev sat, okladio (opet oklada!) s prijateljem kako može završiti u krevetu s Nathalie i to je potkrijepio snimkom seksa koju je frend proslijedio drugima, video je postao viralan i zamalo uništio njezin život.

Nathalie sada živi u Lisabonu, kamo dolazi Hardin i tijekom leta fantazira o vođenju ljubavi na deset tisuća metara sa superseksi stjuardesom (Laura Dutra). Ona oprašta što ju je povrijedio i možda bi i završila s njim da nije još uvijek zaljubljen u Tessu bez koje je “totalno izgubljen”.

Uz njegova oca Christiana (Stephen Moyer), Nathalie će nesebično pomoći Hardinu da se prestane samosažaljevati i utapati tugu u čašama viskija, te da razbije spisateljsku blokadu i napiše drugi roman, ovaj put nadahnut njihovom pričom. Ipak, Hardin napokon uči na greškama pa će pitati Nathalie za dopuštenje da objavi roman.

Na greškama djelomično uči i “After Everything” pa je nešto zreliji i mrvu bolji filmić u odnosu na par izrazito loših prethodnika, ali nedovoljno da se iskupi za serijal, makar Tessa priznaje “Mi smo tempirana bomba” pa joj se (barem) pola prašta. “Mi smo neizbježni”, smatra, pak, Hardin, uz dodatak “Ljubav nikad ne zakazuje”.

Ako ništa, interesantno je, pa i razmjerno subverzivno, da je priča isključivo usmjerena na Hardina dok je Tessa mahom svedena na flešbekove, odnosno da opstoji u Hardinovim erotskim sjećanjima, prožetim ljubljenjem, razodijevanjem i stenjanjem, iako je naglašeno kako “Bez nje ne postoji ‘Poslije svega’!”. Tessa se pojavljuje tek u zbrzanom finalu “Finala”, taman da njezina toksična romansa s Hardinom može otići u povijest.

‘Trebao bi te glumiti Harry Styles‘

Ima jedan zgodan "meta" trenutak "Finalu". "Čujem da snimaju film", kaže netko kad čuje da je Hardin napisao "Poslije svega" i doda "Trebao bi te glumiti Harry Styles". Fiennes doista nalikuje na Stylesa i obratno.

Gotovo je, gotovo. Romantični hit-serijal za mlade iz bestselerskog pera spisateljice Anne Todd došao je do petog i posljednjeg poglavlja – “Poslije svega: Finale” (“After Everything”). Od 2019. naovamo, svake godine je izlazio po jedan “Poslije svega”, pa su nakon originala periodički stizali nastavci podnaslovljeni “Sudar”, “Pad”, “Zauvijek sretni” (“After We Collided”, “After We Fell”, “After Ever Happy”) i sada “Finale”.

Voljeli ili ne serijal lošnjikave glume s krajnje toksičnom ljubavnom vezom, “After” je postao popularan i u Hrvatskoj, gdje je samo prva dva filma vidjelo oko 100 tisuća kinoposjetitelj(ic)a. Prva pretpremijerna kinoprojekcija “Finala” bila je većinski ispunjena. U publici opet 99 posto ženske populacije. Preostali postotak činili su ovaj kritičar i jedan momak koji je, evidentno nevoljko, pristao da ga cura odvede u kino, valjda uz obećanje da će ona s njim poći na “Pravednika 3” ili “Plaćenike 4”.

Mlade djevojke pronašle su novog srcolomca u Hardinu (Hero Fiennes Tiffin; nećak velikog britanskog glumca Ralpha Fiennesa). On je zgodan, tetoviran i načitan, ali i patološki ljubomoran, arogantan, sebičan i neodgovoran mladić. Hardinova veza s Tessom (Josephine Langford; Katherineina sestra) spada među najnezdravije u novijoj filmskoj povijesti, usporediva s “toxic” odnosima iz serijala “Pedeset nijansi sive” i “365 dana”.

Veza je počela tako da je Hardin prohodao s Tessom iz oklade. Pritom se iskreno zaljubio i počeo malko mijenjati iznutra, ali ona je pošizila kad je doznala za to i uslijedilo je natezanje hoće li mu oprostiti ili ne. Od prvog do četvrtog filma veza je bila puna melodramsko-sapuničastih uspona i padova, i naizgled zauvijek krahirala nakon Tessina saznanja da je Hardinov prvi roman, naslovljen “Poslije svega”, utemeljen na njihovu odnosu i objavljen bez njezina znanja.

Peti “After” kreće odatle: Tessa ne želi imati posla s Hardinom koji slomljena srca tvrdi da je “Poslije svega”, ustvari, “priča o tome da se ljudi mogu promijeniti” i tim tragom odlučuje postati bolja osoba, istjerati vlastite demone i iskupiti se za grijehe prošlosti. Jedan od grijeha jest i njegov odnos s Nathalie (Mimi Keene iz popularne serije “Sex Education”).

Naime, u flešbeku doznajemo da se Hardin, u zamjenu da povrati očev sat, okladio (opet oklada!) s prijateljem kako može završiti u krevetu s Nathalie i to je potkrijepio snimkom seksa koju je frend proslijedio drugima, video je postao viralan i zamalo uništio njezin život.

Nathalie sada živi u Lisabonu, kamo dolazi Hardin i tijekom leta fantazira o vođenju ljubavi na deset tisuća metara sa superseksi stjuardesom (Laura Dutra). Ona oprašta što ju je povrijedio i možda bi i završila s njim da nije još uvijek zaljubljen u Tessu bez koje je “totalno izgubljen”.

Uz njegova oca Christiana (Stephen Moyer), Nathalie će nesebično pomoći Hardinu da se prestane samosažaljevati i utapati tugu u čašama viskija, te da razbije spisateljsku blokadu i napiše drugi roman, ovaj put nadahnut njihovom pričom. Ipak, Hardin napokon uči na greškama pa će pitati Nathalie za dopuštenje da objavi roman.

Na greškama djelomično uči i “After Everything” pa je nešto zreliji i mrvu bolji filmić u odnosu na par izrazito loših prethodnika, ali nedovoljno da se iskupi za serijal, makar Tessa priznaje “Mi smo tempirana bomba” pa joj se (barem) pola prašta. “Mi smo neizbježni”, smatra, pak, Hardin, uz dodatak “Ljubav nikad ne zakazuje”.

Ako ništa, interesantno je, pa i razmjerno subverzivno, da je priča isključivo usmjerena na Hardina dok je Tessa mahom svedena na flešbekove, odnosno da opstoji u Hardinovim erotskim sjećanjima, prožetim ljubljenjem, razodijevanjem i stenjanjem, iako je naglašeno kako “Bez nje ne postoji ‘Poslije svega’!”. Tessa se pojavljuje tek u zbrzanom finalu “Finala”, taman da njezina toksična romansa s Hardinom može otići u povijest.
