Svako ulaganje u poboljšanje DC-1 na prolazu kroz Sinj od strane Hrvatskih cesta treba pozdraviti jer je dobrodošlo, makar se tim točkastim zahvatima ne postiže najvažniji cilj, smanjenje zagušenja prometa.

Čepovi će prestati tek kada se cjelovito riješi kompletna dionica DC-1 od Karakašice i Suhača do Brnaza.

A to će se moći riješiti tek kada se iz najužeg dijela grada makne lokalni tranzitni promet na koji kao najvećeg uzročnika gužvi nedvojbeno upućuju brojači dnevnog prometa.

Ti brojači kažu da je prosječni ljetni dnevni promet 2018. godine na DC-1 u Kijevu bio 2029 vozila, u Sinju 7948 vozila, u Brnazama 12.789 vozila i Dicmu 13.409 vozila.

Gužvu kroz Sinj, kako se vidi, ne proizvode vozilima u tranzitu iz unutrašnjosti zemlje prema Splitu i obratno, čemu svjedoči podatak o prosječnom dnevnom prometu u Kijevu.

Ta brojka od dvije tisuće vozila kod Jakina gumna naraste na gotovo 8 tisuća. Ta razlika od 6 tisuća vozila je dotok uglavnom iz općine Hrvace i sinjskih prigradskih naselja Suhač, Karakašica, Lučane, Čitluk i Jasensko.

Od tih 8 tisuća vozila dio ostaje u alkarskom gradu, a ostali nastavljaju prema Splitu. Njima se pridružuje dio Sinjana te dio vozila koja stižu u Sinj iz smjera Otoka (prosječni dnevni promet 4650 vozila) i Hana (500 vozila). Brojač na DC-1 u Brnazama evidentira prosječni dnevni promet od 12.789 vozila.

O kakvom se intenzitetu prometa radi kazuje usporedni podatak da je prosječni ljetni dnevni promet na zapadnom ulazu u Omiš 17.880 vozila. Zbog svega toga u Hrvatskim cestama odlučili su cjelovito sagledati promet u alkarskom gradu.

U tom su kontekstu s Građevinskim fakultetom u Zagrebu ugovorili izradu prostorno-prometne građevinske studije cestovne mreže na širem području grada Sinja.

Ta studija, čija je izrada već odmakla, kao mogućnost za važno poboljšanje u smanjenju prometnih čepova kolnikom DC-1 na prolazu kroz Sinj navodi micanje lokalnog tranzita, posebno vozila koja stižu iz smjera Otoka i Glavica i idu prema Splitu.

Da bi se to postiglo, kao najprihvatljivije rješenje navodi se gradnja cestovne premosnice koja bi zaobišla centar grada i spojila se na DC-1 u Brnazama te jedna kraća koja bi preko Bazane povezala izlaz iz centra grada s početkom Brnaza.

Za te prometnice u prostornim planovima uglavnom su osigurani zaštićeni koridori.

Još samo da se izgrade. A to će, u najboljem slučaju, biti za 4,5 ili više godina.

Svako ulaganje u poboljšanje DC-1 na prolazu kroz Sinj od strane Hrvatskih cesta treba pozdraviti jer je dobrodošlo, makar se tim točkastim zahvatima ne postiže najvažniji cilj, smanjenje zagušenja prometa.

Čepovi će prestati tek kada se cjelovito riješi kompletna dionica DC-1 od Karakašice i Suhača do Brnaza.

A to će se moći riješiti tek kada se iz najužeg dijela grada makne lokalni tranzitni promet na koji kao najvećeg uzročnika gužvi nedvojbeno upućuju brojači dnevnog prometa.

Ti brojači kažu da je prosječni ljetni dnevni promet 2018. godine na DC-1 u Kijevu bio 2029 vozila, u Sinju 7948 vozila, u Brnazama 12.789 vozila i Dicmu 13.409 vozila.

Gužvu kroz Sinj, kako se vidi, ne proizvode vozilima u tranzitu iz unutrašnjosti zemlje prema Splitu i obratno, čemu svjedoči podatak o prosječnom dnevnom prometu u Kijevu.

Ta brojka od dvije tisuće vozila kod Jakina gumna naraste na gotovo 8 tisuća. Ta razlika od 6 tisuća vozila je dotok uglavnom iz općine Hrvace i sinjskih prigradskih naselja Suhač, Karakašica, Lučane, Čitluk i Jasensko.

Od tih 8 tisuća vozila dio ostaje u alkarskom gradu, a ostali nastavljaju prema Splitu. Njima se pridružuje dio Sinjana te dio vozila koja stižu u Sinj iz smjera Otoka (prosječni dnevni promet 4650 vozila) i Hana (500 vozila). Brojač na DC-1 u Brnazama evidentira prosječni dnevni promet od 12.789 vozila.

O kakvom se intenzitetu prometa radi kazuje usporedni podatak da je prosječni ljetni dnevni promet na zapadnom ulazu u Omiš 17.880 vozila. Zbog svega toga u Hrvatskim cestama odlučili su cjelovito sagledati promet u alkarskom gradu.

U tom su kontekstu s Građevinskim fakultetom u Zagrebu ugovorili izradu prostorno-prometne građevinske studije cestovne mreže na širem području grada Sinja.

Ta studija, čija je izrada već odmakla, kao mogućnost za važno poboljšanje u smanjenju prometnih čepova kolnikom DC-1 na prolazu kroz Sinj navodi micanje lokalnog tranzita, posebno vozila koja stižu iz smjera Otoka i Glavica i idu prema Splitu.

Da bi se to postiglo, kao najprihvatljivije rješenje navodi se gradnja cestovne premosnice koja bi zaobišla centar grada i spojila se na DC-1 u Brnazama te jedna kraća koja bi preko Bazane povezala izlaz iz centra grada s početkom Brnaza.

Za te prometnice u prostornim planovima uglavnom su osigurani zaštićeni koridori.

Još samo da se izgrade. A to će, u najboljem slučaju, biti za 4,5 ili više godina.

U izradi prometna studija: ‘čepovi‘ u Sinju nestat će rješenjem dionice Karakašica - Brnaze

Svako ulaganje u poboljšanje DC-1 na prolazu kroz Sinj od strane Hrvatskih cesta treba pozdraviti jer je dobrodošlo, makar se tim točkastim zahvatima ne postiže najvažniji cilj, smanjenje zagušenja prometa.

Čepovi će prestati tek kada se cjelovito riješi kompletna dionica DC-1 od Karakašice i Suhača do Brnaza.

A to će se moći riješiti tek kada se iz najužeg dijela grada makne lokalni tranzitni promet na koji kao najvećeg uzročnika gužvi nedvojbeno upućuju brojači dnevnog prometa.

Ti brojači kažu da je prosječni ljetni dnevni promet 2018. godine na DC-1 u Kijevu bio 2029 vozila, u Sinju 7948 vozila, u Brnazama 12.789 vozila i Dicmu 13.409 vozila.

Gužvu kroz Sinj, kako se vidi, ne proizvode vozilima u tranzitu iz unutrašnjosti zemlje prema Splitu i obratno, čemu svjedoč...
