Hrvatske vode i Mjesni odbor Zavojana, prema riječima Mira Majstrovića, prvog čovjeka Mjesnog odbora, krenuli su u obnovu stoljetnje Lokve na području Kasabe.

Mnogim stanovnicima ovog mjesta Lokva budi posebna sjećanja jer su tu naučili plivati.

Zub vremena načeo je stari bunar, zidovi su se počeli urušavati i sve je bilo zaraslo u draču. No, ovih dana Lokva ponovno poprima stari sjaj, isti onaj koji ju je krasio tijekom ljetnih mjeseci prije 30- ak godina kad su se mnogi ispod Mijovila dolazili tu kupati.

- Kad je sagrađena Lokva? Mislim za vrijeme Turaka, jer se područje na kojem se nalazi zove Kasaba, a iznad je bila kula Cukarinovića bega. Znači, gotovo svi stanovnici Zavojana do početka Domovinskog rata tu su naučili plivati, zbog toga ona ima posebnu emotivnu važnost. Promjera je oko 7-8 metara, a dubine 4 metra. Pored nje se nalazi stari bunar, odnosno živa voda, po koju su nekad s konjima dolazili stanovnici Mijaca i Kozičkih Poljica - kazao nam je Majstrović.

Hrvatske vode i Mjesni odbor Zavojana, prema riječima Mira Majstrovića, prvog čovjeka Mjesnog odbora, krenuli su u obnovu stoljetnje Lokve na području Kasabe.

Mnogim stanovnicima ovog mjesta Lokva budi posebna sjećanja jer su tu naučili plivati.

Zub vremena načeo je stari bunar, zidovi su se počeli urušavati i sve je bilo zaraslo u draču. No, ovih dana Lokva ponovno poprima stari sjaj, isti onaj koji ju je krasio tijekom ljetnih mjeseci prije 30- ak godina kad su se mnogi ispod Mijovila dolazili tu kupati.

- Kad je sagrađena Lokva? Mislim za vrijeme Turaka, jer se područje na kojem se nalazi zove Kasaba, a iznad je bila kula Cukarinovića bega. Znači, gotovo svi stanovnici Zavojana do početka Domovinskog rata tu su naučili plivati, zbog toga ona ima posebnu emotivnu važnost. Promjera je oko 7-8 metara, a dubine 4 metra. Pored nje se nalazi stari bunar, odnosno živa voda, po koju su nekad s konjima dolazili stanovnici Mijaca i Kozičkih Poljica - kazao nam je Majstrović.

Obnavlja se stoljetna Lokva, jedino kupalište mnogih Zavojančana: zub vremena načeo je bunar, zidovi su se počeli urušavati i sve je zaraslo u draču

Hrvatske vode i Mjesni odbor Zavojana, prema riječima Mira Majstrovića, prvog čovjeka Mjesnog odbora, krenuli su u obnovu stoljetnje Lokve na području Kasabe.

Mnogim stanovnicima ovog mjesta Lokva budi posebna sjećanja jer su tu naučili plivati.

Zub vremena načeo je stari bunar, zidovi su se počeli urušavati i sve je bilo zaraslo u draču. No, ovih dana Lokva ponovno poprima stari sjaj, isti onaj koji ju je krasio tijekom ljetnih mjeseci prije 30- ak godina kad su se mnogi ispod Mijovila dolazili tu kupati.

- Kad je sagrađena Lokva? Mislim za vrijeme Turaka, jer se područje na kojem se nalazi zove Kasaba, a iznad je bila kula Cukarinovića bega. Znači, gotovo svi stanovnici Zavojana do početka Domovinskog rata tu su naučili plivati, zbog toga ona ima posebnu emotivnu važnost. Promj...
