U Imotskoj krajini tijekom prvih desetak dana srpnja odmara se pet posto više stranih gostiju nego u istom lanjskom razdoblju.
U "prijevodu" s tih suhih statističkih podataka kakvima nas svakog ljeta bombardiraju sa svih strana, to znači da na istočnom dijelu Zagore boravi oko 700 turista. Prema podacima Turističke zajednice Imota, u funkciji su 374 kuće za odmor, što je za razliku od prošle godine povećanje za 25 objekata.
I konačno, osim neprikosnovenih Nijemaca koji i dalje čvrsto drže prvo mjesto među stranim gostima Imotske krajine, vrtoglav uspon ove godine bilježe Poljaci. Turisti iz te države otkrili su čari dalmatinskog zaleđa pa nema mjesta gdje se nudi odmor a da u njima nema Poljaka.
Stoga nam nije trebalo puno vremena za pronalazak nekoliko obitelji koje uživaju u Imotskoj krajini, jer smo u vili iskusnog iznajmljivača Zvonka Češljara Cime u Prološcu Donjem zatekli veselu skupinu poljskih turista.
- Ovo su mi drugi gosti iz Poljske. Prije dvije godine ugostili smo jednu obitelj i zaista su uredni i ljubazni gosti. Koliko znam, i u okolnim kućama za odmor na području Prološca, kao i po okolnim općinama, ove je sezone velik broj Poljaka - kaže domaćin.

Pokucali smo gostima na vrata oko 15 sati, po "mrtvom zvizdanu". No, njima visoke temperature koje su se s lipnja prelile i na srpanj nimalo ne smetaju. Ljudima sa sjevera Europe sunca i topline nikada dosta, što i ne čudi kada smo doznali da su u Proložac stigli iz okolice Gdanjska, u blizini obala Baltičkog mora.
- Živjeli, živjeli - na odličnom hrvatskom jeziku pozdravila nas je s čašom domaćeg crnog vina u ruci visoka plavuša Martina, koja će sa suprugom, svojom prijateljicom i njezinim suprugom te troje mališana ostati osam dana u Prološcu.
Na nekoliko pitanja Martina u ime svojih sunarodnjaka odgovara.
– Dolazimo iz grada Starogard Gdanjski koji ima oko 50 tisuća stanovnika i nalazi se na sjeveru Poljske, pedesetak kilometara od baltičke obale. Učiteljica sam engleskog jezika, a moj i prijateljičin suprug rade u prodaji, dok prijateljica radi u gradskoj upravi.
Bili smo u Hrvatskoj prije osam godina. Svidjelo nam se i odlučili smo se vratiti s prijateljima koji su bili u BiH. Htjeli smo biti bliže moru, ali cijene smještaja bile su puno prihvatljivije na području Imotskog. Došli smo s djecom, tako da nam je bilo bitno imati bazen, jer morska voda im je preslana.
Odlučili smo u ožujku da ćemo ići u Hrvatsku. Bili smo nervozni zbog cjelokupne situacije, ali smo se cijepili tako da nemamo nikakvih problema s putovanjima preko granice. Posjetili smo Makarsku, Bašku Vodu, planiramo posjetiti Skywalk na Biokovu, te Promajnu, Brela... Voljeli bismo posjetiti i neki otok, primjerice Hvar – ističe naša sugovornica i dodaje:
– Volimo Proložac, vrlo je mirno, s prekrasnim pogledom. Svi su ljudi susretljivi, hrana je odlična, a selo je jako lijepo. Danas smo išli na kavu u lokalni kafić. Dobrodošlica je bila savršena. Iznenađeni smo gostoprimstvom, vinom, sirom, plodovima ovdašnjeg polja. Hladnjak je pun hrane, nismo trebali kupovati ni kruh.
Svakako ćemo preporučiti našim prijateljima u Poljskoj i barem još jednom doći u ovu vilu koja je savršeno mjesto za naš odmor. Mislim da smo vam ovim sve rekli. Konačno, da smo znali za ovaj lijepi kutak Hrvatske, i prije bismo došli.

U Imotskoj krajini tijekom prvih desetak dana srpnja odmara se pet posto više stranih gostiju nego u istom lanjskom razdoblju.
U "prijevodu" s tih suhih statističkih podataka kakvima nas svakog ljeta bombardiraju sa svih strana, to znači da na istočnom dijelu Zagore boravi oko 700 turista. Prema podacima Turističke zajednice Imota, u funkciji su 374 kuće za odmor, što je za razliku od prošle godine povećanje za 25 objekata.
I konačno, osim neprikosnovenih Nijemaca koji i dalje čvrsto drže prvo mjesto među stranim gostima Imotske krajine, vrtoglav uspon ove godine bilježe Poljaci. Turisti iz te države otkrili su čari dalmatinskog zaleđa pa nema mjesta gdje se nudi odmor a da u njima nema Poljaka.
Stoga nam nije trebalo puno vremena za pronalazak nekoliko obitelji koje uživaju u Imotskoj krajini, jer smo u vili iskusnog iznajmljivača Zvonka Češljara Cime u Prološcu Donjem zatekli veselu skupinu poljskih turista.
- Ovo su mi drugi gosti iz Poljske. Prije dvije godine ugostili smo jednu obitelj i zaista su uredni i ljubazni gosti. Koliko znam, i u okolnim kućama za odmor na području Prološca, kao i po okolnim općinama, ove je sezone velik broj Poljaka - kaže domaćin.

Pokucali smo gostima na vrata oko 15 sati, po "mrtvom zvizdanu". No, njima visoke temperature koje su se s lipnja prelile i na srpanj nimalo ne smetaju. Ljudima sa sjevera Europe sunca i topline nikada dosta, što i ne čudi kada smo doznali da su u Proložac stigli iz okolice Gdanjska, u blizini obala Baltičkog mora.
- Živjeli, živjeli - na odličnom hrvatskom jeziku pozdravila nas je s čašom domaćeg crnog vina u ruci visoka plavuša Martina, koja će sa suprugom, svojom prijateljicom i njezinim suprugom te troje mališana ostati osam dana u Prološcu.
Na nekoliko pitanja Martina u ime svojih sunarodnjaka odgovara.
– Dolazimo iz grada Starogard Gdanjski koji ima oko 50 tisuća stanovnika i nalazi se na sjeveru Poljske, pedesetak kilometara od baltičke obale. Učiteljica sam engleskog jezika, a moj i prijateljičin suprug rade u prodaji, dok prijateljica radi u gradskoj upravi.
Bili smo u Hrvatskoj prije osam godina. Svidjelo nam se i odlučili smo se vratiti s prijateljima koji su bili u BiH. Htjeli smo biti bliže moru, ali cijene smještaja bile su puno prihvatljivije na području Imotskog. Došli smo s djecom, tako da nam je bilo bitno imati bazen, jer morska voda im je preslana.
Odlučili smo u ožujku da ćemo ići u Hrvatsku. Bili smo nervozni zbog cjelokupne situacije, ali smo se cijepili tako da nemamo nikakvih problema s putovanjima preko granice. Posjetili smo Makarsku, Bašku Vodu, planiramo posjetiti Skywalk na Biokovu, te Promajnu, Brela... Voljeli bismo posjetiti i neki otok, primjerice Hvar – ističe naša sugovornica i dodaje:
– Volimo Proložac, vrlo je mirno, s prekrasnim pogledom. Svi su ljudi susretljivi, hrana je odlična, a selo je jako lijepo. Danas smo išli na kavu u lokalni kafić. Dobrodošlica je bila savršena. Iznenađeni smo gostoprimstvom, vinom, sirom, plodovima ovdašnjeg polja. Hladnjak je pun hrane, nismo trebali kupovati ni kruh.
Svakako ćemo preporučiti našim prijateljima u Poljskoj i barem još jednom doći u ovu vilu koja je savršeno mjesto za naš odmor. Mislim da smo vam ovim sve rekli. Konačno, da smo znali za ovaj lijepi kutak Hrvatske, i prije bismo došli.
