U Ministarstvu pravosuđa i uprave još uvijek se vodi postupak nadzora zakonitosti rada Gradskog vijeća Grada Trija.

Podsjetimo, gradonačelnik Ivan Bugarin 7. siječnja 2022. godine donio je Odluku o obustavi Odluke o privremenom financiranju Grada Trilja, koju je na 8. sjednici održanoj 30. prosinca 2021. godine usvojilo Gradsko vijeće, nakon što na 7. sjednici nije usvojen Proračun za 2022. godinu.

Osim toga, gradonačelnik je od Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave zatražio proglašenje sjednice Gradskog vijeća Grada Trilja od 30. prosinca 2021. godine nezakonitom i proglašenje ništavnom Odluke o privremenom financiranju Grada Trilja, koja je donesena na navedenoj sjednici, što je sredinom siječnja potvrđeno iz Ministarstva, piše Ferata.hr.

U međuvremenu je gradonačelnik Bugarin donio Odluku o financiranju redovitih i nužnih rashoda i izdataka grada Trilja za razdoblje od 01. siječnja do 31. ožujka 2022. godine ‘tešku’ oko 12 milijuna kuna.

Kako je od zahtjeva gradonačelnika Bugarina prošlo više od mjesec dana, Ministarstvu pravosuđe i uprave ponovno je upućen upit o tijeku postupka.

‘Ističemo kako je postupak nadzora zakonitosti rada Gradskog vijeća Grada Trija u tijeku. Po okončanju nadzora i utvrđenju svih činjenica, tijela Grada Trilja bit će o utvrđenome pravovremeno obaviještena’, odgovorili su za Feratu.hr iz Ministarstva.

Dodajmo kako je Ministarstvo pravosuđa i uprave o svemu zatražilo i očitovanje predsjednice Gradskog vijeća Grada Trilja Žane Majić. Predsjednica Vijeća očitovala se na gradonačelnikove predstavke te je Ministarstvu priložila sve dokaze vezane za sazivanje i održavanje sjednice održane 30. prosinca prošle godine koji, kako navodi, demantiraju gradonačelnikove tvrdnje.

Hoće li Triljani uskoro na prijevremene izbore za Gradsko vijeće, trebali bismo saznati uskoro.

U Ministarstvu pravosuđa i uprave još uvijek se vodi postupak nadzora zakonitosti rada Gradskog vijeća Grada Trija.

Podsjetimo, gradonačelnik Ivan Bugarin 7. siječnja 2022. godine donio je Odluku o obustavi Odluke o privremenom financiranju Grada Trilja, koju je na 8. sjednici održanoj 30. prosinca 2021. godine usvojilo Gradsko vijeće, nakon što na 7. sjednici nije usvojen Proračun za 2022. godinu.

Osim toga, gradonačelnik je od Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave zatražio proglašenje sjednice Gradskog vijeća Grada Trilja od 30. prosinca 2021. godine nezakonitom i proglašenje ništavnom Odluke o privremenom financiranju Grada Trilja, koja je donesena na navedenoj sjednici, što je sredinom siječnja potvrđeno iz Ministarstva, piše Ferata.hr.

U međuvremenu je gradonačelnik Bugarin donio Odluku o financiranju redovitih i nužnih rashoda i izdataka grada Trilja za razdoblje od 01. siječnja do 31. ožujka 2022. godine ‘tešku’ oko 12 milijuna kuna.

Kako je od zahtjeva gradonačelnika Bugarina prošlo više od mjesec dana, Ministarstvu pravosuđe i uprave ponovno je upućen upit o tijeku postupka.

‘Ističemo kako je postupak nadzora zakonitosti rada Gradskog vijeća Grada Trija u tijeku. Po okončanju nadzora i utvrđenju svih činjenica, tijela Grada Trilja bit će o utvrđenome pravovremeno obaviještena’, odgovorili su za Feratu.hr iz Ministarstva.

Dodajmo kako je Ministarstvo pravosuđa i uprave o svemu zatražilo i očitovanje predsjednice Gradskog vijeća Grada Trilja Žane Majić. Predsjednica Vijeća očitovala se na gradonačelnikove predstavke te je Ministarstvu priložila sve dokaze vezane za sazivanje i održavanje sjednice održane 30. prosinca prošle godine koji, kako navodi, demantiraju gradonačelnikove tvrdnje.

Hoće li Triljani uskoro na prijevremene izbore za Gradsko vijeće, trebali bismo saznati uskoro.

Hoće li stanovnici Trilja uskoro na prijevremene izbore? Ministarstvo uprave provjerava zakonitost rada Gradskog vijeća

U Ministarstvu pravosuđa i uprave još uvijek se vodi postupak nadzora zakonitosti rada Gradskog vijeća Grada Trija.

Podsjetimo, gradonačelnik Ivan Bugarin 7. siječnja 2022. godine donio je Odluku o obustavi Odluke o privremenom financiranju Grada Trilja, koju je na 8. sjednici održanoj 30. prosinca 2021. godine usvojilo Gradsko vijeće, nakon što na 7. sjednici nije usvojen Proračun za 2022. godinu.

Osim toga, gradonačelnik je od Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave zatražio proglašenje sjednice Gradskog vijeća Grada Trilja od 30. prosinca 2021. godine nezakonitom i proglašenje ništavnom Odluke o privremenom financiranju Grada Trilja, koja je donesena na navedenoj sjednici, što je sredinom siječnja potvrđeno iz Ministarstva, piše Ferata.hr.
