Zadarska tvrtka "Business park" uplatila je preostali iznos od 22 milijuna kuna za kupnju nekretnina "Dalmatinke nove" u stečaju.
Trgovački sud u Splitu, pred kojim se vodi stečajni postupak nad nekadašnjom sinjskom tvornicom, jučer je na svojoj mrežnoj stranici objavio zaključak u kojemu se navodu da je "Business park" 30. ožujka u cijelosti uplatio 24,5 milijuna kuna za kupnju objekata tvrtke.

Podsjetimo, sredinom studenoga prošle godine na osmoj po redu javnoj dražbi Trgovački sud prihvatio je spomenutu zadarsku kompaniju kao najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja i prodao joj imovinu "Dalmatinke nove". Uoči dražbe Zadrani su uplatili 2,5 milijuna kuna kao jamčevinu. Preostali iznos trebali su uplatiti do 11. siječnja.

Prije isteka toga roka "Business park" je od suda zatražio dodatni rok od 60 dana koji im je odobren, a po sudskom rješenju istjecao je 4. travnja. Zadrani su ispunili obvezu prije isteka roka. Uplatom razlike do 24,5 milijuna kuna "Business park" je, po objavljenom sudskom zaključku, stekao pravo preuzeti kupljene nekretnine i u zemljišnim knjigama upisati se kao njihov vlasnik.

Ovim se priča o predionici i tvornici konca u Sinju, čija su se vretena počela okretati davne 1952. godine, privodi konačnom kraju.

Formalno će se okončati stečajni postupak, a onda još slijedi likvidacija same tvrtke. Ostaje još pitanje hoće li od utrženih 24,5 milijuna kuna išta od toga dobiti bivši radnici kojima su posljednji vlasnici ostali dužni plaće i otpremnine u ukupnom iznosu većem od 10 milijuna kuna. Kako su se do sada stvari razvijale, bivši radnici neće dobiti ni jedne lipe.

Zadarska tvrtka "Business park" uplatila je preostali iznos od 22 milijuna kuna za kupnju nekretnina "Dalmatinke nove" u stečaju.
Trgovački sud u Splitu, pred kojim se vodi stečajni postupak nad nekadašnjom sinjskom tvornicom, jučer je na svojoj mrežnoj stranici objavio zaključak u kojemu se navodu da je "Business park" 30. ožujka u cijelosti uplatio 24,5 milijuna kuna za kupnju objekata tvrtke.

Podsjetimo, sredinom studenoga prošle godine na osmoj po redu javnoj dražbi Trgovački sud prihvatio je spomenutu zadarsku kompaniju kao najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja i prodao joj imovinu "Dalmatinke nove". Uoči dražbe Zadrani su uplatili 2,5 milijuna kuna kao jamčevinu. Preostali iznos trebali su uplatiti do 11. siječnja.

Prije isteka toga roka "Business park" je od suda zatražio dodatni rok od 60 dana koji im je odobren, a po sudskom rješenju istjecao je 4. travnja. Zadrani su ispunili obvezu prije isteka roka. Uplatom razlike do 24,5 milijuna kuna "Business park" je, po objavljenom sudskom zaključku, stekao pravo preuzeti kupljene nekretnine i u zemljišnim knjigama upisati se kao njihov vlasnik.

Ovim se priča o predionici i tvornici konca u Sinju, čija su se vretena počela okretati davne 1952. godine, privodi konačnom kraju.

Formalno će se okončati stečajni postupak, a onda još slijedi likvidacija same tvrtke. Ostaje još pitanje hoće li od utrženih 24,5 milijuna kuna išta od toga dobiti bivši radnici kojima su posljednji vlasnici ostali dužni plaće i otpremnine u ukupnom iznosu većem od 10 milijuna kuna. Kako su se do sada stvari razvijale, bivši radnici neće dobiti ni jedne lipe.

Zadrani uplatili 22 milijuna kuna za 'Dalmatinku novu'

Zadarska tvrtka "Business park" uplatila je preostali iznos od 22 milijuna kuna za kupnju nekretnina "Dalmatinke nove" u stečaju.
