U Imotskom je još uvijek glavna tema mnogih razgovora uspjeh ekspedicije koja je otkrila konačno kako izgleda dno svjetskog prirodnog fenomena Crvenog jezera.
Vrijedni članovi Speleološke sekcije Hrvatskog planinarskog društva Imotski, kao pokretači i organizatori ekspedicije, uz stručnjake Građevinskog fakulteta iz Splita, te uz pomoć mini ronilice u vlasništvu firme Neptun Sub iz Šibenika, ušli su u povijest.
Po prvi put ljudsko oko je uz pomoć kamera moglo dosegnuti dno jezera. O tome smo već pisali, a u nedjelju smo doznali i još neke detalje istraživanja..
S improvizirane platforme izgrađene na samoj površine jezera, ronilica sa kamerom, rasvjetom, sonarom, i ostalim uređajima zaronila je na tri mjesta u njegovu utrobu. Preciznim mjerenjem sa površine sa trenutačnim vodostajem, do samoga dna jezera točno je izmjereno 255,4 metra.
Podatak od izmjerenih 252 korigiran je iz razloga što se našla još niža točka jezera. Promjer samoga dna ,zapanjujuće je malen, maksimalan 16 puta osam metara, a na mjestima i jedanaest puta sedam metara.
Usporedbe radi, na samom vrhu jezera od najzapadnije do najistočnije točke više je od 400 metara te od sjeverne do južne 350 i nešto više metara.
Konfiguracija Crvenoga jezera, definitivno je jedan ogromni ljevak, koji se od ogromnog kratera, prema dnu spušta na vrlo malen prostor. Ono što je još jedan frapantan podatak, jeste činjenica da je od najviše točke jezera na sjevernim liticama do samoga dna 526 metara ili nešto manje ode pet i pol nogometnih igrališta.
Temperatura vode na površine je 23 stupnja, a od 25-tog metra konstantno do stotinu metara dubine iznosi 9 stupnjeva. Specijalnim sonarom i mjerenjima podvodno okružje Crvenog jezera snimljeno je u 3D formatu. Kamerom su otkrivene brojne podvodne špilje, najvjerojatnije mjesta iz kojih u jezero pristiže voda.
- I kada se sve ovo skupa zbroji,a imajući u vidu da vodostaj u jezeru varira, ovisno o količini oborina, može se zaključiti da u neka doba godine za visokog vodostaja dubina Crvenog jezera premašuje 320 metara, izjavio nam je Ante Fedor Kukavica, pročelnik speleološke sekcije HPD Imotski.

U Imotskom je još uvijek glavna tema mnogih razgovora uspjeh ekspedicije koja je otkrila konačno kako izgleda dno svjetskog prirodnog fenomena Crvenog jezera.
Vrijedni članovi Speleološke sekcije Hrvatskog planinarskog društva Imotski, kao pokretači i organizatori ekspedicije, uz stručnjake Građevinskog fakulteta iz Splita, te uz pomoć mini ronilice u vlasništvu firme Neptun Sub iz Šibenika, ušli su u povijest.
Po prvi put ljudsko oko je uz pomoć kamera moglo dosegnuti dno jezera. O tome smo već pisali, a u nedjelju smo doznali i još neke detalje istraživanja..
S improvizirane platforme izgrađene na samoj površine jezera, ronilica sa kamerom, rasvjetom, sonarom, i ostalim uređajima zaronila je na tri mjesta u njegovu utrobu. Preciznim mjerenjem sa površine sa trenutačnim vodostajem, do samoga dna jezera točno je izmjereno 255,4 metra.
Podatak od izmjerenih 252 korigiran je iz razloga što se našla još niža točka jezera. Promjer samoga dna ,zapanjujuće je malen, maksimalan 16 puta osam metara, a na mjestima i jedanaest puta sedam metara.
Usporedbe radi, na samom vrhu jezera od najzapadnije do najistočnije točke više je od 400 metara te od sjeverne do južne 350 i nešto više metara.
Konfiguracija Crvenoga jezera, definitivno je jedan ogromni ljevak, koji se od ogromnog kratera, prema dnu spušta na vrlo malen prostor. Ono što je još jedan frapantan podatak, jeste činjenica da je od najviše točke jezera na sjevernim liticama do samoga dna 526 metara ili nešto manje ode pet i pol nogometnih igrališta.
Temperatura vode na površine je 23 stupnja, a od 25-tog metra konstantno do stotinu metara dubine iznosi 9 stupnjeva. Specijalnim sonarom i mjerenjima podvodno okružje Crvenog jezera snimljeno je u 3D formatu. Kamerom su otkrivene brojne podvodne špilje, najvjerojatnije mjesta iz kojih u jezero pristiže voda.
- I kada se sve ovo skupa zbroji,a imajući u vidu da vodostaj u jezeru varira, ovisno o količini oborina, može se zaključiti da u neka doba godine za visokog vodostaja dubina Crvenog jezera premašuje 320 metara, izjavio nam je Ante Fedor Kukavica, pročelnik speleološke sekcije HPD Imotski.
