Policijski službenici su proteklog vikenda zajedno s vatrogascima obilazili područja na kojima postoji rizik od izbijanja požara i to posebno na području Imotskog, Sinja i Solina, a u cilju prevencije, smanjenje broja požara, a time i štetnih posljedica, ali i sankcioniranje osoba koje se ponašaju suprotno propisima i odlukama koje su na snazi.

Obzirom na trenutačnu zabranu paljenja, policijski službenici su zajedno s vatrogascima intenzivno obilazili teren, a obzirom da smo u protekla dva dana zabilježili značajan pad broja požara na otvorenom, zajednički rad svakako je ostvario željeni cilj.

Policijski službenici su postupajući na terenu, vezano uz požar koji je izbio na području Krušvara, utvrdili da je požar izazvao 25-godišnjak koji je palio korov, a vatra se proširila i zahvatila voćnjak i nisko raslinje. Protiv 25-godišnjaka će biti podneseno izviješće Državnom inspektoratu radi pokretanja prekršajnog postupka sukladno Zakonu o zaštiti od požara.

U proteklih deset dana PP Sinj i PGP Imotski ukupno su za 8 osoba utvrdili da su palili vatru na otvorenom prostoru, te su podnijeli izviješća Državnom inspektoratu radi pokretanja prekršajnog postupka.

Još jednom napominjemo kako je Zakonom o zaštiti od požara normirano kako će se novčanom kaznom u iznosu od 15.000,00 do 150.000,00 kuna ili kaznom zatvora do 60 dana kaznit za prekršaj fizička osoba koja izazove požar, a osoba koja izazove požar iz nehaja kaznit će se za prekršaj novčanom kaznom od 2.000,00 kn do 15.000,00 kuna.

Policijski službenici su proteklog vikenda zajedno s vatrogascima obilazili područja na kojima postoji rizik od izbijanja požara i to posebno na području Imotskog, Sinja i Solina, a u cilju prevencije, smanjenje broja požara, a time i štetnih posljedica, ali i sankcioniranje osoba koje se ponašaju suprotno propisima i odlukama koje su na snazi.

Obzirom na trenutačnu zabranu paljenja, policijski službenici su zajedno s vatrogascima intenzivno obilazili teren, a obzirom da smo u protekla dva dana zabilježili značajan pad broja požara na otvorenom, zajednički rad svakako je ostvario željeni cilj.

Policijski službenici su postupajući na terenu, vezano uz požar koji je izbio na području Krušvara, utvrdili da je požar izazvao 25-godišnjak koji je palio korov, a vatra se proširila i zahvatila voćnjak i nisko raslinje. Protiv 25-godišnjaka će biti podneseno izviješće Državnom inspektoratu radi pokretanja prekršajnog postupka sukladno Zakonu o zaštiti od požara.

U proteklih deset dana PP Sinj i PGP Imotski ukupno su za 8 osoba utvrdili da su palili vatru na otvorenom prostoru, te su podnijeli izviješća Državnom inspektoratu radi pokretanja prekršajnog postupka.

Još jednom napominjemo kako je Zakonom o zaštiti od požara normirano kako će se novčanom kaznom u iznosu od 15.000,00 do 150.000,00 kuna ili kaznom zatvora do 60 dana kaznit za prekršaj fizička osoba koja izazove požar, a osoba koja izazove požar iz nehaja kaznit će se za prekršaj novčanom kaznom od 2.000,00 kn do 15.000,00 kuna.

Unatoč svim upozorenjima, neki nikako da se opamete: policija razotkrila 25-godišnjaka koji je izazvao požar, još jednom uputili apel svim građanima

Policijski službenici su proteklog vikenda zajedno s vatrogascima obilazili područja na kojima postoji rizik od izbijanja požara i to posebno na području Imotskog, Sinja i Solina, a u cilju prevencije, smanjenje broja požara, a time i štetnih posljedica, ali i sankcioniranje osoba koje se ponašaju suprotno propisima i odlukama koje su na snazi.

Obzirom na trenutačnu zabranu paljenja, policijski službenici su zajedno s vatrogascima intenzivno obilazili teren, a obzirom da smo u protekla dva dana zabilježili značajan pad broja požara na otvorenom, zajednički rad svakako je ostvario željeni cilj.

Policijski službenici su postupajući na terenu, vezano uz požar koji je izbio na području Krušvara, utvrdili da je požar izazvao 25-godišnjak koji je palio korov, a vatra se proširila ...
