"Secret Resort" naziv je turističkog projekta koji će se uskoro realizirati u ozračju divlje ljepote uvale Šipkova kod Maslinice na otoku Šolti.

U toj, kako joj i turističko ime govori, tajnovitoj i skrovitoj oazi uživat će gosti željni mira i tišine, uz apsolutno očuvanje veličanstvenog krajolika na koji je prije nekoliko godina bacila oko tvrtka iz Mauricijusa koja u luksuzni kompleks planira uložiti 80 milijuna eura.

Svoju radost ne krije Nikola Cecić Karuzić, načelnik Općine Šolta, koji u prvom redu vidi mogućnost zapošljavanja dvjestotinjak djelatnika koliko će trebati kada projekt luksuznih vila s bazenima bude u punom zamahu. Budući da se radi o kapitalnoj investiciji započetoj suradnjom između hrvatskih i međunarodnih arhitekata, produbili su i spojili svoju stručnost kako bi projektirali novi sadržaj.

Od prekrasnih pogleda, do uslužnih objekata po mjeri unutar resorta gdje nijedan kamen nije preokrenut kako bi budućim zajedničkim klijentima pružili jedinstven koncept na otoku Šolti koji nudi brojne sadržaje kao što su vrhunski restorani, wellness centar & spa i mala marina.

U Općini se nadaju da će dizajneri prilagoditi interijer kako bi odgovarao ‘‘karakteru otoka Šolte‘‘.

- Vjerujemo u skoru realizaciju projekta, jer su se investitori u dosadašnjem pokazali vrlo ozbiljnim na način da su financijski pomogli izgradnju prometnice od Maslinice do uvale Šipkova, a vlastitim sredstvima iskazali su se i oko uređenja stare vijećnice - tvrdi Cecić Karuzić.

Predsjednik ulagačke grupacije Norbert Couvreur i njegov tim arhitekata došli su na ideju izgradnje pet različitih tipova vila. Bit će to redom - tajne vile s po jednom ili dvije spavaće sobe, zatim luksuzne vile s po dvije i tri spavaće sobe, te kuće u nizu s po dvije i tri spavaće sobe, ali privatnim bazenom s pogledom na Šipkovu.

U uvali na zapadnoj obali Šolte nalazit će se i penthousei s bazenima bez ruba i punim panoramskim pogledom na Jadran, zatim su planirana tri restorana, studio za maslinovo ulje i marina. U sklopu namjenske rekreacijske zone izgradit će se različiti mali skriveni otvoreni i natkriveni prostori za sportske aktivnosti.

- Blizina prirode - aktivnosti opuštanja, poput prostora za meditaciju i jogu, bit će ponuđene međunarodnoj klijenteli koja sve više izražava potrebu za pronalaskom mjesta gdje će biti potpuno odsječeni od gužve i prometa. Kako bi zadovoljio njihove potrebe, resort će gostima osigurati punu uslugu, uključujući i vozače na otoku.

Ideja nije zadržati pažnju klijenata u Šipkovoj, već im omogućiti da dožive sve što je dostupno na otoku, kušaju sve prekrasne proizvode koje Šolta ima za ponuditi, kao i da dožive lokalne restorane, barove i velike umjetnike - naglašavaju investitori.

Najvažnije pitanje ovih dana kada se radi o upravljanju kompleksom je zadržati što više stalnih i istih zaposlenika, ali i gostima ponuditi sve proizvode sa Šolte što je glavni prioritet za poticanje suradnje s lokalnim proizvođačima.

- To možemo postići na način da mladi ljudi koji danas razmišljaju na odlazak sa Šoltu, mogu početi misliti o stvaranju posla u vrtlarstvu, transportu, kemijskoj čistionicima i praonicama rublja… Naša poljoprivredna zemljišta uz resort trebala bi postati zemlje mogućnosti za mlade šoltanske poduzetnike koji žele nešto pokrenuti kod nas i za dobrobit lokalne zajednice

Sve to su razlozi zašto sam se prije godinu dana odlučio na veliki korak I osobno otići na Šoltu voditi projekt. Usporedno sam otvorio naš drugi ured na Šolti, prvi je bio smješten na rivi s malim lokalnim timom.

Također mi je drago što je prvi zaposlenik tvrtke "Evaco" je tu, sa Šolte. To je mladi otočanin, s "friškom" diplomom koji je sa mnom svakodnevno zadužen za vođenje ureda. On je prvi u nizu, a pri kraju projekta bit će ih dvjestotinjak - tvrdi Couvreur.

Da se misli ozbiljno, tvrtka s Maricijusa je uložila značajan novac u izgradnju ceste od Maslenice do zone Šipkova koju "Evaco" i Općina zajedno realiziraju. Taj je projekt "težak" nešto više od milijun eura.

- Načelnik i cijeli općinski tim uvijek su bili vrlo profesionalni, podržavali nas i pomagali nam u svim aspektima razvoja. Ukupan proračun projekta koji financiraju "Evaco Grupa" i partnerske banke s Mauricijusa i iz Hrvatske, iznosit će 80 milijuna eura. Tako da će puno ljudi u okolici imati izravne koristi od ove prilično velike investicije na Šolti - ističe prvi čovjek projekta.

"Secret Resort" naziv je turističkog projekta koji će se uskoro realizirati u ozračju divlje ljepote uvale Šipkova kod Maslinice na otoku Šolti.

U toj, kako joj i turističko ime govori, tajnovitoj i skrovitoj oazi uživat će gosti željni mira i tišine, uz apsolutno očuvanje veličanstvenog krajolika na koji je prije nekoliko godina bacila oko tvrtka iz Mauricijusa koja u luksuzni kompleks planira uložiti 80 milijuna eura.

Svoju radost ne krije Nikola Cecić Karuzić, načelnik Općine Šolta, koji u prvom redu vidi mogućnost zapošljavanja dvjestotinjak djelatnika koliko će trebati kada projekt luksuznih vila s bazenima bude u punom zamahu. Budući da se radi o kapitalnoj investiciji započetoj suradnjom između hrvatskih i međunarodnih arhitekata, produbili su i spojili svoju stručnost kako bi projektirali novi sadržaj.

Od prekrasnih pogleda, do uslužnih objekata po mjeri unutar resorta gdje nijedan kamen nije preokrenut kako bi budućim zajedničkim klijentima pružili jedinstven koncept na otoku Šolti koji nudi brojne sadržaje kao što su vrhunski restorani, wellness centar & spa i mala marina.

U Općini se nadaju da će dizajneri prilagoditi interijer kako bi odgovarao ‘‘karakteru otoka Šolte‘‘.

- Vjerujemo u skoru realizaciju projekta, jer su se investitori u dosadašnjem pokazali vrlo ozbiljnim na način da su financijski pomogli izgradnju prometnice od Maslinice do uvale Šipkova, a vlastitim sredstvima iskazali su se i oko uređenja stare vijećnice - tvrdi Cecić Karuzić.

Predsjednik ulagačke grupacije Norbert Couvreur i njegov tim arhitekata došli su na ideju izgradnje pet različitih tipova vila. Bit će to redom - tajne vile s po jednom ili dvije spavaće sobe, zatim luksuzne vile s po dvije i tri spavaće sobe, te kuće u nizu s po dvije i tri spavaće sobe, ali privatnim bazenom s pogledom na Šipkovu.

U uvali na zapadnoj obali Šolte nalazit će se i penthousei s bazenima bez ruba i punim panoramskim pogledom na Jadran, zatim su planirana tri restorana, studio za maslinovo ulje i marina. U sklopu namjenske rekreacijske zone izgradit će se različiti mali skriveni otvoreni i natkriveni prostori za sportske aktivnosti.

- Blizina prirode - aktivnosti opuštanja, poput prostora za meditaciju i jogu, bit će ponuđene međunarodnoj klijenteli koja sve više izražava potrebu za pronalaskom mjesta gdje će biti potpuno odsječeni od gužve i prometa. Kako bi zadovoljio njihove potrebe, resort će gostima osigurati punu uslugu, uključujući i vozače na otoku.

Ideja nije zadržati pažnju klijenata u Šipkovoj, već im omogućiti da dožive sve što je dostupno na otoku, kušaju sve prekrasne proizvode koje Šolta ima za ponuditi, kao i da dožive lokalne restorane, barove i velike umjetnike - naglašavaju investitori.

Najvažnije pitanje ovih dana kada se radi o upravljanju kompleksom je zadržati što više stalnih i istih zaposlenika, ali i gostima ponuditi sve proizvode sa Šolte što je glavni prioritet za poticanje suradnje s lokalnim proizvođačima.

- To možemo postići na način da mladi ljudi koji danas razmišljaju na odlazak sa Šoltu, mogu početi misliti o stvaranju posla u vrtlarstvu, transportu, kemijskoj čistionicima i praonicama rublja… Naša poljoprivredna zemljišta uz resort trebala bi postati zemlje mogućnosti za mlade šoltanske poduzetnike koji žele nešto pokrenuti kod nas i za dobrobit lokalne zajednice

Sve to su razlozi zašto sam se prije godinu dana odlučio na veliki korak I osobno otići na Šoltu voditi projekt. Usporedno sam otvorio naš drugi ured na Šolti, prvi je bio smješten na rivi s malim lokalnim timom.

Također mi je drago što je prvi zaposlenik tvrtke "Evaco" je tu, sa Šolte. To je mladi otočanin, s "friškom" diplomom koji je sa mnom svakodnevno zadužen za vođenje ureda. On je prvi u nizu, a pri kraju projekta bit će ih dvjestotinjak - tvrdi Couvreur.

Da se misli ozbiljno, tvrtka s Maricijusa je uložila značajan novac u izgradnju ceste od Maslenice do zone Šipkova koju "Evaco" i Općina zajedno realiziraju. Taj je projekt "težak" nešto više od milijun eura.

- Načelnik i cijeli općinski tim uvijek su bili vrlo profesionalni, podržavali nas i pomagali nam u svim aspektima razvoja. Ukupan proračun projekta koji financiraju "Evaco Grupa" i partnerske banke s Mauricijusa i iz Hrvatske, iznosit će 80 milijuna eura. Tako da će puno ljudi u okolici imati izravne koristi od ove prilično velike investicije na Šolti - ističe prvi čovjek projekta.
