Tvrtka “Hvarski vodovod” iz Jelse kao investitor izgradnje vodnokomunalne infrastrukture na područjima Jelsa-Vrboska i Stari Grad polako, ali sigurno završava drugu godinu od ukupno malo više od tri godine koliki je rok izvođenja ugovoren s izvođačima.

Političari i komunalci se nadaju kako će projektom vrijednim gotovo 474 milijuna kuna potaknuti razvoj toga kraja. Proteklih mjeseci vrlo često se moglo čuti “sve je to dobro i lipo, ali će Luka krepat od posla” (op. a. misli se na direktora “Hvarskog vodovoda”). Naravno, tako su komentirali zimus, ali bliži se ljeto, ceste su mahom raskopane, prašina leti na sve strane, a ljudi očekuju goste.

– Istina je, radimo punom parom, na terenu su nam trenutno 32 ekipe koje izvode radove na kopanju i polaganju vodovodnih i kanalizacijskih cjevovoda, dok je u pripremi ishođenje građevinskih dozvola za izgradnju dva uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda te dva podmorska ispusta. Na te 32 lokacije, strojnim kopanjem kanala se svakodnevno događaju oštećenja postojeće/stare infrastrukture, pa ljudi često ostaju bez struje, vode ili telefona. Stoga smo jednostavno zatrpani njihovim pozivima u kojima pitaju “Kad će doći voda?”, “Kad ćete priključiti?” ili “Kad ćete betonirati moju kalu?” – kaže direktor Bunčuga.

Dakle, kako se približava ona prava turistička sezona, sve je manje strpljenja kod otočana i jedva se čeka asfaltiranje ili betoniranje ulica da bi se moglo nesmetano kretati do obiteljskih kuća i ostalih prostora. Bez obzira na takav pritisak, direktor ističe da je izvođenje radova ugovorom predviđeno do 15. lipnja i nastavak od 15. rujna te je uvođenjem u posao, sukladno pravomoćnoj građevinskoj dozvoli, teren pod tim uvjetima predan u ruke izvođača radova.

– Na tjednoj i mjesečnoj razini odvija se koordinacija “Hvarskog vodovoda”, izvođača radova i nadzora na kojima su često prisutni i predstavnici lokalnih vlasti te se, pogotovo sada prije turističke sezone, nastoji postići kompromis koji s jedne strane omogućava maksimalnu iskoristivost mehanizacije izvođača radova, a s druge nastojanje Grada ili Općine da se radovi što prije maknu iz centra mjesta. Ali to nije baš uvijek lako i svi bismo voljeli da radovi prestanu još prije Uskrsa kad bi to bilo moguće, međutim, treba razumjeti i izvođače radova kojima takvi prekidi stvaraju velike probleme u poslovanju, jer gdje će oni s radnicima i strojevima ta tri ljetna mjeseca – govori Bunčuga.

Ono što je sigurno jest da će područja Staroga Grada i Jelse s pripadajućim okolnim mjestima nakon dovršetka projekta imati izgrađen kanalizacijski sustav te rekonstruirane cjevovode pitke vode. Napokon će imati i čiste luke, jer će fekalna voda koja je do sada u njih utjecala biti pročišćena i transportirana daleko od obale.

– Mogu potvrditi da sudjelujemo na spomenutim koordinacijama i da bi u naseljenim mjestima do 1. lipnja građevinski radovi trebali biti završeni. Čak štoviše mislim da će 80 posto cesta biti asfaltirano već ovih dana, jer je to dogovoreno s izvođačima radova.

Tako će biti i sa zapadnim ulazom u Jelsu te uređenjem rive, a moramo ponovno postaviti i pločnik za pješake ispred mjesne pošte. Konačno, dovršava se i most u Vrboskoj, radovi bi i tamo trebali biti okončani od 20. svibnja do 1. lipnja, pa će cijelo ovo područje u novom ruhu dočekati naše drage turiste – tvrdi Nikša Peronja, načelnik općine Jelsa.

Tvrtka “Hvarski vodovod” iz Jelse kao investitor izgradnje vodnokomunalne infrastrukture na područjima Jelsa-Vrboska i Stari Grad polako, ali sigurno završava drugu godinu od ukupno malo više od tri godine koliki je rok izvođenja ugovoren s izvođačima.

Političari i komunalci se nadaju kako će projektom vrijednim gotovo 474 milijuna kuna potaknuti razvoj toga kraja. Proteklih mjeseci vrlo često se moglo čuti “sve je to dobro i lipo, ali će Luka krepat od posla” (op. a. misli se na direktora “Hvarskog vodovoda”). Naravno, tako su komentirali zimus, ali bliži se ljeto, ceste su mahom raskopane, prašina leti na sve strane, a ljudi očekuju goste.

– Istina je, radimo punom parom, na terenu su nam trenutno 32 ekipe koje izvode radove na kopanju i polaganju vodovodnih i kanalizacijskih cjevovoda, dok je u pripremi ishođenje građevinskih dozvola za izgradnju dva uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda te dva podmorska ispusta. Na te 32 lokacije, strojnim kopanjem kanala se svakodnevno događaju oštećenja postojeće/stare infrastrukture, pa ljudi često ostaju bez struje, vode ili telefona. Stoga smo jednostavno zatrpani njihovim pozivima u kojima pitaju “Kad će doći voda?”, “Kad ćete priključiti?” ili “Kad ćete betonirati moju kalu?” – kaže direktor Bunčuga.

Dakle, kako se približava ona prava turistička sezona, sve je manje strpljenja kod otočana i jedva se čeka asfaltiranje ili betoniranje ulica da bi se moglo nesmetano kretati do obiteljskih kuća i ostalih prostora. Bez obzira na takav pritisak, direktor ističe da je izvođenje radova ugovorom predviđeno do 15. lipnja i nastavak od 15. rujna te je uvođenjem u posao, sukladno pravomoćnoj građevinskoj dozvoli, teren pod tim uvjetima predan u ruke izvođača radova.

– Na tjednoj i mjesečnoj razini odvija se koordinacija “Hvarskog vodovoda”, izvođača radova i nadzora na kojima su često prisutni i predstavnici lokalnih vlasti te se, pogotovo sada prije turističke sezone, nastoji postići kompromis koji s jedne strane omogućava maksimalnu iskoristivost mehanizacije izvođača radova, a s druge nastojanje Grada ili Općine da se radovi što prije maknu iz centra mjesta. Ali to nije baš uvijek lako i svi bismo voljeli da radovi prestanu još prije Uskrsa kad bi to bilo moguće, međutim, treba razumjeti i izvođače radova kojima takvi prekidi stvaraju velike probleme u poslovanju, jer gdje će oni s radnicima i strojevima ta tri ljetna mjeseca – govori Bunčuga.

Ono što je sigurno jest da će područja Staroga Grada i Jelse s pripadajućim okolnim mjestima nakon dovršetka projekta imati izgrađen kanalizacijski sustav te rekonstruirane cjevovode pitke vode. Napokon će imati i čiste luke, jer će fekalna voda koja je do sada u njih utjecala biti pročišćena i transportirana daleko od obale.

– Mogu potvrditi da sudjelujemo na spomenutim koordinacijama i da bi u naseljenim mjestima do 1. lipnja građevinski radovi trebali biti završeni. Čak štoviše mislim da će 80 posto cesta biti asfaltirano već ovih dana, jer je to dogovoreno s izvođačima radova.

Tako će biti i sa zapadnim ulazom u Jelsu te uređenjem rive, a moramo ponovno postaviti i pločnik za pješake ispred mjesne pošte. Konačno, dovršava se i most u Vrboskoj, radovi bi i tamo trebali biti okončani od 20. svibnja do 1. lipnja, pa će cijelo ovo područje u novom ruhu dočekati naše drage turiste – tvrdi Nikša Peronja, načelnik općine Jelsa.
