Prvi put od osnutka ustanove u Park prirode Telašćica stiže električna energija! Da sve bude u skladu s birokratskim procedurama, od podnošenja zahtjeva za elektrifikaciju do dolaska struje proći će gotovo dvadeset godina.

Zahtjev je podnesen još 2007. godine, kada je od zadarske Elektre zatražena izrada projektne dokumentacije, ali ugovori o financiranju sklopljeni su tek 2018. godine. Tada su u cijelosti isplaćena oba ugovora (za Grpašćak 45.530 kuna i 46.520 kuna za uvalu Mir), ali privatni vlasnik ne prihvaća ponudu HEP-a za otkup zemljišta od samo osam eura po kvadratu. Tek nakon što je Park prirode otkupio zemljište, a Vlada dala suglasnost za njegovu prodaju, konačno se prošle godine s mrtve točke pomaknula priča o elektrifikaciji parka.

U listopadu prošle godine Fond za energetsku učinkovitost s Parkom sklapa ugovor o sufinanciranju projekta s 609.287 eura, dok se preostalih 20 posto sufinancira zajedničkim sredstvima Parkova Hrvatske, pa u ožujku ove godine Elektra Zadar i PP Telašćica sklapaju ugovor o priključenju i izvođenju građevinskih radova.

– Direktor zadarske Elektre Tomislav Dražić poslao nam je početkom lipnja poruku da će građevinski radovi na elektrifikaciji parka započeti početkom listopada. Ako bi građevinski radovi počeli sukladno navedenom roku i ako tijekom izvođenja ne bi bilo nikakvih nepredviđenih okolnosti, radovi bi mogli biti dovršeni do veljače 2024. godine – najavljuje Krešimir Rašan, ravnatelj PP-a Telašćica.

Iz zadarske Elektre najavljeno a će građevinski radovi na elektrifikaciji parka započeti početkom listopada

U uskoj koordinaciji Ministarstva prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine i JU-a PP Telašćica, nastavlja direktor Rašan, u tijeku je iznalaženje mogućnosti za dobivanje potrebne suglasnosti kako bi se izgradnjom triju "usputnih" trafostanica osiguralo priključenje za 20-ak vlasnika objekata.

– Budući da svi spomenuti vlasnici, osim solarnih panela za proizvodnju električne energije, koriste i agregate pogonjene fosilnim gorivom, čiji "nusproizvodi" su ispuštanje CO2, kao i zagađenje bukom, izgradnja spomenutih trafostanica od iznimne je važnosti za park jer takvim rješenjem spomenuti agregati bili bi trajno izmješteni iz PP-a Telašćica. Elektrifikacijom parka u najvećoj mjeri smanjit će se ekološki otisak, zaštititi okoliš i očuvati priroda našeg parka od mogućeg zagađenja – kaže Rašan, posebno ističući uvalu Mir, koju tijekom ljetnih mjeseci svakodnevno posjećuju gotovo dvije tisuće posjetitelja.

Tako bi se iz parka zauvijek izmjestili dizelski agregati koje koristi PP Telašćica, ali i agregati koje tri teleoperatera koriste za rad svojih antenskih tornjeva smještenih na lokaciji Grpašćak, tik uz zidine novootvorenog posjetiteljskog centra. Ti agregati neprestano rade i onečišćuju okoliš 24 sata svakoga dana, i to tijekom cijele godine, a s elektrifikacijom parka i oni bi trajno prestali s onečišćavanjem okoliša.

Dakako, ne treba zanemariti ni smanjenje troškova, ali i angažman zaposlenika na dovoženju goriva.

Nisu parkovi krivi za navodni ‘manjak nautičara‘

Ravnatelja Rašana smo pitali i koliko je utemeljena medijski eksploatirana teza da su parkovi podizanjem svojih cijena "rastjerali nautičare".

– Podignuli smo cijene od 10 do 30 posto. Pritom smo cijenu za brodove do sedam metara povećali svega 10 posto, za brodove od 7 do 50 metara povećana je za 20 posto, a 30 posto smo cijenu povećali samo za brodove dulje od 50 metara. I što se dogodilo? Lani smo takvih brodova imali 12, a ove godine ih je 24 – kaže Rašan.

Ne bježeći od činjenice da su cijene ulaska u park skočile, Rašan skreće pažnju na to da je "manjak nautičara" kudikamo više posljedica značajnog podizanja cijena čartera te rasta cijena goriva.

Prvi put od osnutka ustanove u Park prirode Telašćica stiže električna energija! Da sve bude u skladu s birokratskim procedurama, od podnošenja zahtjeva za elektrifikaciju do dolaska struje proći će gotovo dvadeset godina.

Zahtjev je podnesen još 2007. godine, kada je od zadarske Elektre zatražena izrada projektne dokumentacije, ali ugovori o financiranju sklopljeni su tek 2018. godine. Tada su u cijelosti isplaćena oba ugovora (za Grpašćak 45.530 kuna i 46.520 kuna za uvalu Mir), ali privatni vlasnik ne prihvaća ponudu HEP-a za otkup zemljišta od samo osam eura po kvadratu. Tek nakon što je Park prirode otkupio zemljište, a Vlada dala suglasnost za njegovu prodaju, konačno se prošle godine s mrtve točke pomaknula priča o elektrifikaciji parka.

U listopadu prošle godine Fond za energetsku učinkovitost s Parkom sklapa ugovor o sufinanciranju projekta s 609.287 eura, dok se preostalih 20 posto sufinancira zajedničkim sredstvima Parkova Hrvatske, pa u ožujku ove godine Elektra Zadar i PP Telašćica sklapaju ugovor o priključenju i izvođenju građevinskih radova.

– Direktor zadarske Elektre Tomislav Dražić poslao nam je početkom lipnja poruku da će građevinski radovi na elektrifikaciji parka započeti početkom listopada. Ako bi građevinski radovi počeli sukladno navedenom roku i ako tijekom izvođenja ne bi bilo nikakvih nepredviđenih okolnosti, radovi bi mogli biti dovršeni do veljače 2024. godine – najavljuje Krešimir Rašan, ravnatelj PP-a Telašćica.

U uskoj koordinaciji Ministarstva prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine i JU-a PP Telašćica, nastavlja direktor Rašan, u tijeku je iznalaženje mogućnosti za dobivanje potrebne suglasnosti kako bi se izgradnjom triju "usputnih" trafostanica osiguralo priključenje za 20-ak vlasnika objekata.

– Budući da svi spomenuti vlasnici, osim solarnih panela za proizvodnju električne energije, koriste i agregate pogonjene fosilnim gorivom, čiji "nusproizvodi" su ispuštanje CO2, kao i zagađenje bukom, izgradnja spomenutih trafostanica od iznimne je važnosti za park jer takvim rješenjem spomenuti agregati bili bi trajno izmješteni iz PP-a Telašćica. Elektrifikacijom parka u najvećoj mjeri smanjit će se ekološki otisak, zaštititi okoliš i očuvati priroda našeg parka od mogućeg zagađenja – kaže Rašan, posebno ističući uvalu Mir, koju tijekom ljetnih mjeseci svakodnevno posjećuju gotovo dvije tisuće posjetitelja.

Tako bi se iz parka zauvijek izmjestili dizelski agregati koje koristi PP Telašćica, ali i agregati koje tri teleoperatera koriste za rad svojih antenskih tornjeva smještenih na lokaciji Grpašćak, tik uz zidine novootvorenog posjetiteljskog centra. Ti agregati neprestano rade i onečišćuju okoliš 24 sata svakoga dana, i to tijekom cijele godine, a s elektrifikacijom parka i oni bi trajno prestali s onečišćavanjem okoliša.

Dakako, ne treba zanemariti ni smanjenje troškova, ali i angažman zaposlenika na dovoženju goriva.

Nisu parkovi krivi za navodni ‘manjak nautičara‘

Ravnatelja Rašana smo pitali i koliko je utemeljena medijski eksploatirana teza da su parkovi podizanjem svojih cijena "rastjerali nautičare".

– Podignuli smo cijene od 10 do 30 posto. Pritom smo cijenu za brodove do sedam metara povećali svega 10 posto, za brodove od 7 do 50 metara povećana je za 20 posto, a 30 posto smo cijenu povećali samo za brodove dulje od 50 metara. I što se dogodilo? Lani smo takvih brodova imali 12, a ove godine ih je 24 – kaže Rašan.

Ne bježeći od činjenice da su cijene ulaska u park skočile, Rašan skreće pažnju na to da je "manjak nautičara" kudikamo više posljedica značajnog podizanja cijena čartera te rasta cijena goriva.
