Načelnik općine Jelsa Nikša Peronja rekao je u utorak su vratili u općinski posjed dio zgrade Depandansa koji su prošlog tjedna zaposjeli predstavnici Tvornice čarapa Ključ iz Sarajeva što je izazvalo nezadovoljstvo žitelja Jelse i otoka Hvara.
"Danas smo sa zamjenikom Općinskog državnog odvjetništva Vladom Prkom i predstavnikom mjerodavnog ministarstva, uz nazočnost policije koja je čuvala javni red i mir, vratili u posjed dijelove zgrade Depadanse u Jelsi koju je neovlašteno uzurpirala Tvornica čarapa Ključ iz Sarajeva", rekao je Hini načelnik Peronja.

Po njegovim riječima, ulaskom Državnog odvjetništva u cijeli slučaj zgrada je zaštićena od strane Republike Hrvatske, sukladno zakonu, odnosno Uredbi Vlade RH o zabrani raspolaganja imovinom na teritoriju RH bivšim članicama SFRJ.
U ovome je slučaju, rekao je, primijenjen institut dopuštene samopomoći čime su Općina Jelsa i hotelska kuća Jelsa d.d. vratile neposredan posjed, a RH posredan posjed. Time su se, kaže, otvorili preduvjeti za brzo rješavanje otvorenih pitanja, a u narednim danima po žalbama Općine Jelsa, Jelsa d.d. i Državnog odvjetništva vjerujemo da će se odlukom nadležnog suda na polovicu zgrade vratiti upis na društveno vlasništvo kakav je i bio ranije.

Peronja je podsjetio da je prije 65 godina bio dogovor tadašnje Skupštine općine Hvar i Tvornice čarapa Ključ iz Sarajeva da se u toj zgradi proizvode čarape što nije nikada realizirano, ali ostao je papir u kojem je upisano društveno vlasništvo u korist sarajevske Tvornice čarapa.
"Nakon toga, 1962. godine, u posjed dolazi hotelska kuća koja je i danas u posjedu, a 2009. je rješavala svoje odnose temeljem kojih je Općina Jelsa upisala polovicu zgrade kao svoje vlasništvo, a ostatak koristi hotelska kuća Jelsa d.d.. Dakle, po katastru sve je ispravno, postoji posjed više od 60 godina", kazao je Peronja.
Dodao je da je poduzeo sve kako bi se ta imovina, to jest zgrada zaštitila.

Načelnik općine Jelsa Nikša Peronja rekao je u utorak su vratili u općinski posjed dio zgrade Depandansa koji su prošlog tjedna zaposjeli predstavnici Tvornice čarapa Ključ iz Sarajeva što je izazvalo nezadovoljstvo žitelja Jelse i otoka Hvara.
"Danas smo sa zamjenikom Općinskog državnog odvjetništva Vladom Prkom i predstavnikom mjerodavnog ministarstva, uz nazočnost policije koja je čuvala javni red i mir, vratili u posjed dijelove zgrade Depadanse u Jelsi koju je neovlašteno uzurpirala Tvornica čarapa Ključ iz Sarajeva", rekao je Hini načelnik Peronja.

Po njegovim riječima, ulaskom Državnog odvjetništva u cijeli slučaj zgrada je zaštićena od strane Republike Hrvatske, sukladno zakonu, odnosno Uredbi Vlade RH o zabrani raspolaganja imovinom na teritoriju RH bivšim članicama SFRJ.
U ovome je slučaju, rekao je, primijenjen institut dopuštene samopomoći čime su Općina Jelsa i hotelska kuća Jelsa d.d. vratile neposredan posjed, a RH posredan posjed. Time su se, kaže, otvorili preduvjeti za brzo rješavanje otvorenih pitanja, a u narednim danima po žalbama Općine Jelsa, Jelsa d.d. i Državnog odvjetništva vjerujemo da će se odlukom nadležnog suda na polovicu zgrade vratiti upis na društveno vlasništvo kakav je i bio ranije.

Peronja je podsjetio da je prije 65 godina bio dogovor tadašnje Skupštine općine Hvar i Tvornice čarapa Ključ iz Sarajeva da se u toj zgradi proizvode čarape što nije nikada realizirano, ali ostao je papir u kojem je upisano društveno vlasništvo u korist sarajevske Tvornice čarapa.
"Nakon toga, 1962. godine, u posjed dolazi hotelska kuća koja je i danas u posjedu, a 2009. je rješavala svoje odnose temeljem kojih je Općina Jelsa upisala polovicu zgrade kao svoje vlasništvo, a ostatak koristi hotelska kuća Jelsa d.d.. Dakle, po katastru sve je ispravno, postoji posjed više od 60 godina", kazao je Peronja.
Dodao je da je poduzeo sve kako bi se ta imovina, to jest zgrada zaštitila.
