Pred "Jadrankamenom" iz Pučišća, nekadašnjim ponosom i perjanicom bračkog i hrvatskog kamenarstva, stoji novi početak. Nakon osam i pol godina provedenih u stečaju, ta najpoznatija bračka gospodarska tvrtka dobit će novog vlasnika, a radnici svoja potraživanja.

Američki investitor hrvatskih korijena Mile Grbić u ime tvrtke MRC Rock&Sand LLC iz Kalifornije proteklih je dana uplatio na račun "Jadrankamena u stečaju" 2,6 milijuna dolara.

S obzirom na to da je prethodno već uplatio 4,4 milijuna dolara, ispunio je ključnu obvezu stečajnog plana prema kojoj je u dokapitalizaciju tvrtke trebao uložiti 45 milijuna kuna.

Potvrdio nam je to Marino Kaštelan, predsjednik Odbora vjerovnika "Jadrankamena u stečaju" i pučiški općinski načelnik.

– Smatram da je ovo najznačajniji gospodarski događaj u našoj županiji u zadnje vrijeme. Uspjeli smo spasiti jednu od rijetkih proizvodnih tvrtki na otocima, tvrtku sa stoljetnom tradicijom i snažnim brendom koja prije 10 godina ne da je bila na koljenima, nego su je već tada mnogi gledali kao još jednog mrtvog diva poput brojnih drugih u okruženju. Uložili smo puno truda, napora, znanja i rada da se to ne dogodi – s puno zadovoljstva kazao je Kaštelan, čvrsto vjerujući kako će "Jadrankamen" ponovno postati zamašnjak razvoja, novog zapošljavanja i kvalitetnih kamenarskih stručnjaka.

Agonija "Jadrankamena" predugo je trajala, pa je stečajni postupak otvoren nakon višemjesečne blokade računa u ožujku 2012. godine. Suočivši se sa snažnim otporom sindikata, prvi stečajni upravitelj Ivo Bućan dao je ostavku već nakon mjesec i pol dana, a kormilo tonućeg broda preuzela je stečajna upraviteljica Anči Bašić, koja je na toj dužnosti ostala do danas.

Nakon što su svim radnicima uručeni otkazi, njih 130 ponovno je zaposleno i tvrtka je nastavila s poslovanjem kroz stečaj s preustrojem, s teretom od oko 213 milijuna kuna prijavljenih potraživanja.

Za "Jadrankamen" je bilo više zainteresiranih ulagača, ali je stečajni plan predložio samo američkog investitora Grbića, i to na skupštini održanoj u prosincu prošle godine, kad je dobio punu potporu vjerovnika.

Tim planom predviđeno je da se vjerovnicima isplati ukupno nešto više od 103 milijuna kuna, i to na način da radnici dobiju sva preostala potraživanja u iznosu od oko 14,7 milijuna kuna u tri obroka u roku od godinu dana nakon registracije novog vlasnika. Tako će bivšim i sadašnjim radnicima, a ima ih 299, nakon višegodišnjeg čekanja konačno biti isplaćeno ono što im pripada.

Na isti način isplaćuje se dug Agenciji za osiguranje radničkih tražbina u iznosu od 6,4 milijuna kuna, te državi za poreze i doprinose u iznosu od 20,7 milijuna kuna.

Razlučni vjerovnici dobit će 48 posto svojih potraživanja u pet obroka u dvije godine, ukupno 52 milijuna kuna, a mali dobavljači bez osiguranja tražbina dobit će 12,5 posto prijavljenog duga, odnosno oko 8,2 milijuna kuna. Na sve isplate obračunava se kamata od 4,5 posto na obročnu otplatu.

Prije 34 godine otišao je gotovo bez ičega iz Privlake pokraj Zadra u daleku Kaliforniju. Počeo je s građevinskim iskopima, a poslije je posao širio i razgranao na građevni materijal, posebno tehnički kamen. Na kraju je jedna od njegovih tvrtki dobila i kalifornijsku licenciju kao jedan od centara za reciklažu građevnog materijala. Uz puno rada i samoodricanja, učinio je puno, stvorio je imetak, ali i ugled.

Godine 2016. njegova obiteljska tvrtka bila je proglašena najboljom tvrtkom u nekoliko okruga Kalifornije s obzirom na financijski uredno poslovanje i kvalitetu izvedenih radova. Mile Grbić je prije nekoliko godina za vrijeme svojeg boravka u Hrvatskoj doznao da "Jadrankamen" ima problema te da traži ulagače. Otišao je tamo, razgledao je kave i proizvodne pogone te je u SAD ponio uzorke kamena.

Njegovi poslovni partneri i američki građevinari bili su oduševljeni jer je brački vapnenac po svojim karakteristikama jedinstven u svijetu. Mile Grbić u Americi je ostvario svoj američki san, a sada mu je želja s "Jadrankamenom" ostvariti svoj "hrvatski san".

Iako je "Jadrankamen" proteklih godina bio u stečaju, narudžbi i poslova za domaće i inozemno tržište nije manjkalo, a u svojem je poslovanju ostvarivao i profit. Sve to svjedoči kako nije zaslužio sudbinu stečaja.

Kako je i zašto "Jadrankamen" gurnut u poslovnu provaliju i u stečaj, priča je koja još uvijek, i nakon više od osam godina, nije do kraja ispričana.

Od tada u Pučišćima više ništa nije isto, opada i broj zaposlenih i broj stanovnika i broj mladih. Je li tome konačno došao kraj?

Pred "Jadrankamenom" iz Pučišća, nekadašnjim ponosom i perjanicom bračkog i hrvatskog kamenarstva, stoji novi početak. Nakon osam i pol godina provedenih u stečaju, ta najpoznatija bračka gospodarska tvrtka dobit će novog vlasnika, a radnici svoja potraživanja.

Američki investitor hrvatskih korijena Mile Grbić u ime tvrtke MRC Rock&Sand LLC iz Kalifornije proteklih je dana uplatio na račun "Jadrankamena u stečaju" 2,6 milijuna dolara.

S obzirom na to da je prethodno već uplatio 4,4 milijuna dolara, ispunio je ključnu obvezu stečajnog plana prema kojoj je u dokapitalizaciju tvrtke trebao uložiti 45 milijuna kuna.

Potvrdio nam je to Marino Kaštelan, predsjednik Odbora vjerovnika "Jadrankamena u stečaju" i pučiški općinski načelnik.

– Smatram da je ovo najznačajniji gospodarski događaj u našoj županiji u zadnje vrijeme. Uspjeli smo spasiti jednu od rijetkih proizvodnih tvrtki na otocima, tvrtku sa stoljetnom tradicijom i snažnim brendom koja prije 10 godina ne da je bila na koljenima, nego su je već tada mnogi gledali kao još jednog mrtvog diva poput brojnih drugih u okruženju. Uložili smo puno truda, napora, znanja i rada da se to ne dogodi – s puno zadovoljstva kazao je Kaštelan, čvrsto vjerujući kako će "Jadrankamen" ponovno postati zamašnjak razvoja, novog zapošljavanja i kvalitetnih kamenarskih stručnjaka.

Agonija "Jadrankamena" predugo je trajala, pa je stečajni postupak otvoren nakon višemjesečne blokade računa u ožujku 2012. godine. Suočivši se sa snažnim otporom sindikata, prvi stečajni upravitelj Ivo Bućan dao je ostavku već nakon mjesec i pol dana, a kormilo tonućeg broda preuzela je stečajna upraviteljica Anči Bašić, koja je na toj dužnosti ostala do danas.

Nakon što su svim radnicima uručeni otkazi, njih 130 ponovno je zaposleno i tvrtka je nastavila s poslovanjem kroz stečaj s preustrojem, s teretom od oko 213 milijuna kuna prijavljenih potraživanja.

Za "Jadrankamen" je bilo više zainteresiranih ulagača, ali je stečajni plan predložio samo američkog investitora Grbića, i to na skupštini održanoj u prosincu prošle godine, kad je dobio punu potporu vjerovnika.

Tim planom predviđeno je da se vjerovnicima isplati ukupno nešto više od 103 milijuna kuna, i to na način da radnici dobiju sva preostala potraživanja u iznosu od oko 14,7 milijuna kuna u tri obroka u roku od godinu dana nakon registracije novog vlasnika. Tako će bivšim i sadašnjim radnicima, a ima ih 299, nakon višegodišnjeg čekanja konačno biti isplaćeno ono što im pripada.

Na isti način isplaćuje se dug Agenciji za osiguranje radničkih tražbina u iznosu od 6,4 milijuna kuna, te državi za poreze i doprinose u iznosu od 20,7 milijuna kuna.

Razlučni vjerovnici dobit će 48 posto svojih potraživanja u pet obroka u dvije godine, ukupno 52 milijuna kuna, a mali dobavljači bez osiguranja tražbina dobit će 12,5 posto prijavljenog duga, odnosno oko 8,2 milijuna kuna. Na sve isplate obračunava se kamata od 4,5 posto na obročnu otplatu.

Prije 34 godine otišao je gotovo bez ičega iz Privlake pokraj Zadra u daleku Kaliforniju. Počeo je s građevinskim iskopima, a poslije je posao širio i razgranao na građevni materijal, posebno tehnički kamen. Na kraju je jedna od njegovih tvrtki dobila i kalifornijsku licenciju kao jedan od centara za reciklažu građevnog materijala. Uz puno rada i samoodricanja, učinio je puno, stvorio je imetak, ali i ugled.

Godine 2016. njegova obiteljska tvrtka bila je proglašena najboljom tvrtkom u nekoliko okruga Kalifornije s obzirom na financijski uredno poslovanje i kvalitetu izvedenih radova. Mile Grbić je prije nekoliko godina za vrijeme svojeg boravka u Hrvatskoj doznao da "Jadrankamen" ima problema te da traži ulagače. Otišao je tamo, razgledao je kave i proizvodne pogone te je u SAD ponio uzorke kamena.

Njegovi poslovni partneri i američki građevinari bili su oduševljeni jer je brački vapnenac po svojim karakteristikama jedinstven u svijetu. Mile Grbić u Americi je ostvario svoj američki san, a sada mu je želja s "Jadrankamenom" ostvariti svoj "hrvatski san".

Iako je "Jadrankamen" proteklih godina bio u stečaju, narudžbi i poslova za domaće i inozemno tržište nije manjkalo, a u svojem je poslovanju ostvarivao i profit. Sve to svjedoči kako nije zaslužio sudbinu stečaja.

Kako je i zašto "Jadrankamen" gurnut u poslovnu provaliju i u stečaj, priča je koja još uvijek, i nakon više od osam godina, nije do kraja ispričana.

Od tada u Pučišćima više ništa nije isto, opada i broj zaposlenih i broj stanovnika i broj mladih. Je li tome konačno došao kraj?
