Gotovo da nema turističkog promotivnog materijala na kojem nije obišao cijeli svijet.
Pred njim i u njegovim zidinama su snimani brojni glazbeni spotovi, a prije dvije godine svoje je mjesto zauzeo i u glavnom promotivnom materijalu Hrvatske turističke zajednice.
Danas, povijesni Kaštilac, otočić iz kojeg je nastala današnja Kaštel Gomilica, stoji na klimavim nogama jer su starost, dotrajalost, ali ponajviše utjecaji mora poprilično uzdrmali temelje objekata u kojima stanuje dvadesetak obitelji, pri čemu je nekoliko nekretnina u vlasništvu Grada Kaštela.
Pitanje je dana, alarmiraju stanovnici Kaštilca, kada će se s južne strane potpuno urušiti temelji koji su dobrim dijelom pod morem, što bi uzrokovalo i urušavanje kuća.

- Imamo veliki problem jer se već duže vrijeme urušavaju temelji naših obiteljskih kuća, što je započelo olujnim jugom prije dvije godine. Ovo se svaki dan može urušiti, kako tuku valovi o Kaštilac, tako se čuje kako stine lupaju o zid i doslovno pucaju.
Pogledajte na samom kraju južne strane, cijeli objekt stoji na jednom kamenu koji to sve drži i pitanje je hoće li izdržati sljedeće olujno nevrijeme. Ako ona padne, past će cijela kuća.
Zabrinuti smo i trebamo pomoć. Ne znam što da radimo. Javili smo se Konzervatorskom odjelu u Trogiru koji je nadležan za područje Kaštela i još odgovor nismo dobili – kaže Ante Matas koji živi na adresi Kaštilac 8.
Naš sugovornik je, kako kaže, spreman ulagati u izgradnju i uređenje apartmana, no ne želi se upuštati u tu avanturu. Strah ga je da se sve izgrađeno ne sruši u more, a s tim i uloženi novac.
Naime, dvije godine je prošlo od kad je kompletno preuređena Opatička kuća, povijesni objekt smješten u Kaštilcu koji je u vlasništvu Grada. Budući da je baštinski sklop dio projekta "Perpetuum baštine", očekuje se njegovo buduće oplemenjivanje i sanacija, ali u suradnji s vlasnicima privatnih objekata i to novcem iz europskih fondova.
Da je sanacija temelja obiteljskih kuća u povijesnoj jezgri, koji se nalaze u moru, žurna i neodgodiva, upozoravaju stanari, no alarmantnog stanja svjesni su i nadležni.
Kontaktirali smo nadležne u Konzervatorskom odjelu u Trogiru kako bismo provjerili je li sanacija temelja Kaštilca u planu i po kojim kriterijima će se odraditi.
- Uslijed pandemije je postalo uobičajeno sve upite i zahtjeve slati na adresu moje elektroničke pošte, no rokovi za naše očitovanje nisu se promijenili, pa je stoga naš rok za odgovor građanima na upit o tome što se može poduzeti vezano za neki problem na terenu i dalje 30 dana.

Mi smo 27. siječnja zaprimili upit stranke vezano za ovu problematiku, što znači da će zaineresirani građanin zaprimiti svoj odgovor u zakonski propisanom roku, unatoč tome što je više od pola kolektiva u posljednjih mjesec dana bilo "izvan stroja" da tako kažem, nažalost upravo zbog COVID-a – kazala nam je Jasna Popović iz Konzervatorskog odjela.
Prema njezinim riječima, građanin kao vlasnik kulturnog dobra može ishoditi dozvolu za sanaciju temelja vlastite kuće, te će u očitovanju na upit i dobiti detaljne upute o proceduri i potrebnoj dokumentaciji za ishođenje dozvole. Popović očekuje da će u rješavanju ovog problema pomoći i Grad u skladu s vlastitim mogućnostima, kako je ranije dogovoreno.
- Grad Kaštela je kroz projekt "Perpetuum baštine" za izradu dokumentacije koji uključuju sanaciju navedenih temelja, uložio milijun kuna. Nastojat ćemo ih obnoviti sredstvima europskih fondova – kazali su iz kaštelanske vlasti, premda je riječ o obnovi privatnog vlasništva.

- Ono što bez izlaska na teren mogu reći je to da postoji sveobuhvatan projekt sanacije temelja Kaštilca, koji je financirao Grad sredstvima europskih fondova. Međutim, projekt nije ušao u fazu izvođenja jer se za to nisu otvorile nove linije financiranja, a radi se o iznimno složenim, zahtjevnim i skupim radovima – navela je Popović i zaključila kako je Ministarstvo kulture u više navrata financiralo sanaciju objekata u Kaštilcu, pa nema prepreka da to čini i dalje.
Zaštitni radovi na kulturnim dobrima financiraju se putem natječaja koji je za 2022. godinu zaključen s posljednjim danom siječnja, a na koji se vlasnici kulturnih dobara mogu prijaviti i za izradu dokumentacije i za radove.
Međutim, stručnjaci tvrde da nisu na vrijeme zaprimili nikakve prijave građana s područja Kaštilca, pa je za zaključiti kako će sama obnova temelja Kaštilca i dalje biti na čekanju. Samo da epilog bude ravan onoj narodnoj "strpljen-spašen".

Gotovo da nema turističkog promotivnog materijala na kojem nije obišao cijeli svijet.
Pred njim i u njegovim zidinama su snimani brojni glazbeni spotovi, a prije dvije godine svoje je mjesto zauzeo i u glavnom promotivnom materijalu Hrvatske turističke zajednice.
Danas, povijesni Kaštilac, otočić iz kojeg je nastala današnja Kaštel Gomilica, stoji na klimavim nogama jer su starost, dotrajalost, ali ponajviše utjecaji mora poprilično uzdrmali temelje objekata u kojima stanuje dvadesetak obitelji, pri čemu je nekoliko nekretnina u vlasništvu Grada Kaštela.
Pitanje je dana, alarmiraju stanovnici Kaštilca, kada će se s južne strane potpuno urušiti temelji koji su dobrim dijelom pod morem, što bi uzrokovalo i urušavanje kuća.

- Imamo veliki problem jer se već duže vrijeme urušavaju temelji naših obiteljskih kuća, što je započelo olujnim jugom prije dvije godine. Ovo se svaki dan može urušiti, kako tuku valovi o Kaštilac, tako se čuje kako stine lupaju o zid i doslovno pucaju.
Pogledajte na samom kraju južne strane, cijeli objekt stoji na jednom kamenu koji to sve drži i pitanje je hoće li izdržati sljedeće olujno nevrijeme. Ako ona padne, past će cijela kuća.
Zabrinuti smo i trebamo pomoć. Ne znam što da radimo. Javili smo se Konzervatorskom odjelu u Trogiru koji je nadležan za područje Kaštela i još odgovor nismo dobili – kaže Ante Matas koji živi na adresi Kaštilac 8.
Naš sugovornik je, kako kaže, spreman ulagati u izgradnju i uređenje apartmana, no ne želi se upuštati u tu avanturu. Strah ga je da se sve izgrađeno ne sruši u more, a s tim i uloženi novac.
Naime, dvije godine je prošlo od kad je kompletno preuređena Opatička kuća, povijesni objekt smješten u Kaštilcu koji je u vlasništvu Grada. Budući da je baštinski sklop dio projekta "Perpetuum baštine", očekuje se njegovo buduće oplemenjivanje i sanacija, ali u suradnji s vlasnicima privatnih objekata i to novcem iz europskih fondova.
Da je sanacija temelja obiteljskih kuća u povijesnoj jezgri, koji se nalaze u moru, žurna i neodgodiva, upozoravaju stanari, no alarmantnog stanja svjesni su i nadležni.
Kontaktirali smo nadležne u Konzervatorskom odjelu u Trogiru kako bismo provjerili je li sanacija temelja Kaštilca u planu i po kojim kriterijima će se odraditi.
- Uslijed pandemije je postalo uobičajeno sve upite i zahtjeve slati na adresu moje elektroničke pošte, no rokovi za naše očitovanje nisu se promijenili, pa je stoga naš rok za odgovor građanima na upit o tome što se može poduzeti vezano za neki problem na terenu i dalje 30 dana.

Mi smo 27. siječnja zaprimili upit stranke vezano za ovu problematiku, što znači da će zaineresirani građanin zaprimiti svoj odgovor u zakonski propisanom roku, unatoč tome što je više od pola kolektiva u posljednjih mjesec dana bilo "izvan stroja" da tako kažem, nažalost upravo zbog COVID-a – kazala nam je Jasna Popović iz Konzervatorskog odjela.
Prema njezinim riječima, građanin kao vlasnik kulturnog dobra može ishoditi dozvolu za sanaciju temelja vlastite kuće, te će u očitovanju na upit i dobiti detaljne upute o proceduri i potrebnoj dokumentaciji za ishođenje dozvole. Popović očekuje da će u rješavanju ovog problema pomoći i Grad u skladu s vlastitim mogućnostima, kako je ranije dogovoreno.
- Grad Kaštela je kroz projekt "Perpetuum baštine" za izradu dokumentacije koji uključuju sanaciju navedenih temelja, uložio milijun kuna. Nastojat ćemo ih obnoviti sredstvima europskih fondova – kazali su iz kaštelanske vlasti, premda je riječ o obnovi privatnog vlasništva.

- Ono što bez izlaska na teren mogu reći je to da postoji sveobuhvatan projekt sanacije temelja Kaštilca, koji je financirao Grad sredstvima europskih fondova. Međutim, projekt nije ušao u fazu izvođenja jer se za to nisu otvorile nove linije financiranja, a radi se o iznimno složenim, zahtjevnim i skupim radovima – navela je Popović i zaključila kako je Ministarstvo kulture u više navrata financiralo sanaciju objekata u Kaštilcu, pa nema prepreka da to čini i dalje.
Zaštitni radovi na kulturnim dobrima financiraju se putem natječaja koji je za 2022. godinu zaključen s posljednjim danom siječnja, a na koji se vlasnici kulturnih dobara mogu prijaviti i za izradu dokumentacije i za radove.
Međutim, stručnjaci tvrde da nisu na vrijeme zaprimili nikakve prijave građana s područja Kaštilca, pa je za zaključiti kako će sama obnova temelja Kaštilca i dalje biti na čekanju. Samo da epilog bude ravan onoj narodnoj "strpljen-spašen".
