Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je 24. rujna, nakon provedene istrage, podiglo optužnicu protiv 44-godišnjaka i 28-godišnjakinje zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela protiv osobne slobode protupravnim oduzimanjem slobode iz čl. 136. st. 3. u vezi st. 1., sve u vezi čl. 34. Kaznenog zakona, objavilo je Općinsko Državno odvjetništvo.

Okrivljenicima se stavlja na teret da su 18. srpnja 2021. u jednom mjestu pored Zadra, dok je prvookrivljenik upravljao kombi vozilom, uočili dijete koje je hodalo uz rub kolnika pa su, zajedno i sukladno prethodnom dogovoru s još dvojicom, za sada, nepoznatih muškaraca, postupili u cilju da djetetu protiv njegove volje oduzmu slobodu kretanja, piše zadarski.hr.

Drugookrivljenica je dijete, prema optužnici, upitala treba li mu prijevoz kako bi ga namamila u vozilo, no kad je dijete odmahnulo rukom prvookrivljenik je nastavio vožnju i potom zaustavio vozilo uz rub kolnika te zajedno s drugookrivljenicom pričekao dolazak djeteta. Kada je dijete ponovno odgovorilo drugookrivljenici kako ne treba prijevoz, prvookrivljenik je, zajedno s još dvojicom nepoznatih muškaraca, otvorio stražnja vrata kombi vozila i, s ciljem da uhvate dijete, počeli trčati za njime, no kako se dijete dalo u bijeg i došlo do kafića u kojem su bili ljudi, tako su okrivljenici odustali od svog nauma i udaljili se vozilom.

U optužnici je predloženo produljenje istražnog zatvora protiv dvoje okrivljenika zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja djela.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je 24. rujna, nakon provedene istrage, podiglo optužnicu protiv 44-godišnjaka i 28-godišnjakinje zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela protiv osobne slobode protupravnim oduzimanjem slobode iz čl. 136. st. 3. u vezi st. 1., sve u vezi čl. 34. Kaznenog zakona, objavilo je Općinsko Državno odvjetništvo.

Okrivljenicima se stavlja na teret da su 18. srpnja 2021. u jednom mjestu pored Zadra, dok je prvookrivljenik upravljao kombi vozilom, uočili dijete koje je hodalo uz rub kolnika pa su, zajedno i sukladno prethodnom dogovoru s još dvojicom, za sada, nepoznatih muškaraca, postupili u cilju da djetetu protiv njegove volje oduzmu slobodu kretanja, piše zadarski.hr.

Drugookrivljenica je dijete, prema optužnici, upitala treba li mu prijevoz kako bi ga namamila u vozilo, no kad je dijete odmahnulo rukom prvookrivljenik je nastavio vožnju i potom zaustavio vozilo uz rub kolnika te zajedno s drugookrivljenicom pričekao dolazak djeteta. Kada je dijete ponovno odgovorilo drugookrivljenici kako ne treba prijevoz, prvookrivljenik je, zajedno s još dvojicom nepoznatih muškaraca, otvorio stražnja vrata kombi vozila i, s ciljem da uhvate dijete, počeli trčati za njime, no kako se dijete dalo u bijeg i došlo do kafića u kojem su bili ljudi, tako su okrivljenici odustali od svog nauma i udaljili se vozilom.

U optužnici je predloženo produljenje istražnog zatvora protiv dvoje okrivljenika zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja djela.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je 24. rujna, nakon provedene istrage, podiglo optužnicu protiv 44-godišnjaka i 28-godišnjakinje zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela protiv osobne slobode protupravnim oduzimanjem slobode iz čl. 136. st. 3. u vezi st. 1., sve u vezi čl. 34. Kaznenog zakona, objavilo je Općinsko Državno odvjetništvo.

Okrivljenicima se stavlja na teret da su 18. srpnja 2021. u jednom mjestu pored Zadra, dok je prvookrivljenik upravljao kombi vozilom, uočili dijete koje je hodalo uz rub kolnika pa su, zajedno i sukladno prethodnom dogovoru s još dvojicom, za sada, nepoznatih muškaraca, postupili u cilju da djetetu protiv njegove volje oduzmu slobodu kretanja, piše zadarski.hr.
