Vijećnici solinskog Gradskog vijeća raspravljali su o sve težoj prometnoj zagušenosti na području grada.

Od Mislava Vučkovića, glavnog inženjera "Hrvatskih cesta" (HC) dobili su informacije o stanju prometnica i projekata na području grada Solina iz nadležnosti državne infrastrukturne tvrtke, a od Nina Vele, predstavnika Županijske uprave za ceste (ŽUC), o stanju prometnica i projekata iz njihove nadležnosti.

Najviše pitanja bilo je usmjereno na ključne projekte, na pitanje rekonstrukcije jednog od najfrekventnijih raskrižja u Hrvatskoj, o solinskoj Širini, gdje bi se trebao graditi nadvožnjak, investicija "Hrvatskih cesta" vrijedna oko 25 milijuna eura s rokom izgradnje od 24 mjeseca.

Arheološka istraživanja

Ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture, Oleg Butković službeno je uveo u posao izvođača, samoborsku "DiV Grupu", prije više od dvije godine, pa su vijećnička pitanja bila usmjerena u tom pravcu, odnosno kada će konkretno početi i radovi na terenu.

Predstavnik "Hrvatskih cesta" je kazao kako su se kroz proteklo vrijeme odvijala značajna arheološka istraživanja na terenu i kako su se u tri navrata mijenjali arheološki uvjeti.

Konzervatori su, kako je rekao, prošlog mjeseca dali svoje posljednje uvjete, a riječ je o potrebi preprojektiranja temeljenja, odnosno pilona.

Na upite vijećnika očekuje li se tako početak radova u travnju kako su im iz "Hrvatskih cesta" u izvješću pred sjednicu i najavili, i hoće li "DiV Grupa" početi radove na terenu, rekao je kako će nakon preprojektiranja temeljenja naručitelj radova, odnosno "Hrvatske ceste", dati nalog odabranom izvođaču za početak radova.

U raspravu oko prometne problematike, aktualnih i budućih projekata, s pitanjima i prijedlozima uključili su se brojni vijećnici poput Mirka Roguljića iz MOST-a, HDZ-ovi vijećnici Renato Prkić i Josip Jurić, zatim čelnik "Boljeg Solina" Davor Mikas, kao i članovi Nezavisne liste mladih (NLM), Ivana Bikić Tente, Damir Bekavac i Ivan Andabak.

- Ovo je više nemoguće! - kazao je Bekavac, dodavši kako se Solin guši iz svih pravaca, iz Klisa, Kaštela, iz pravca Splita sa svih strana.

Ivan Andabak je apostrofirao kako će i teretni promet koji će pristizati kroz planirani tunel Kozjak biti dodatno opterećenje za solinsku Širinu, a o njoj je još sve neizvjesno, kako je rekao.

- Stvari se, što se tiče realizacije projekata vezanih za prometnu problematiku, pomiču na bolje, ali njihovom dinamikom ne možemo biti zadovoljni.

Bojimo se što će se dogoditi kad se uskoro počnu kopati ulice Put Majdana i Ulica don Frane Bulića vezano za projekte Aglomeracije Split-Solin, odnosno izgradnju vodovodno-kanalizacijskog sustava - kazao je solinski gradonačelnik Dalibor Ninčević (HDZ), te istaknuo kako mu je drago što će barem, prema najavama, uskoro biti gotova rampa koja se iz smjera Splita gradi kod "Salona Malla", a koja će olakšati pristup za naselje Priko vode i mjesta Mravince i Kučine, za što su se vijećnici i Grad zalagali.

Rampa do 7. lipnja

Kako se ovom prilikom moglo čuti od predstavnika "Hrvatskih cesta", radovi na izgradnji rampe koja spaja Jadransku magistralu (splitsku obilaznicu) i Matoševu ulicu u Solinu sa zapadne strane trgovačkog centra "Salona Mall", trebali bi biti gotovi do 7. lipnja.

- Ovo su bile najvažnije točke danas, predstavnici HC-a i ŽUC-a su nam detaljno prikazali status prometnica iz njihove nadležnosti na području grada Solina i dinamiku radova, kao i neke projekte koji će se tek u budućnosti realizirati.

Mislim da smo dobili potpunu i cjelovitu informaciju, vjerujemo da rade sve što je u njihovoj mogućnosti i nadležnosti kako bi se ovi trenutni problemi, rekao bih skoro i kaos, na području grada Solina što bolje i brže riješili - mišljenja je prof. dr. sc. Zdravko Perko (HDZ), predsjednik solinskog Gradskog vijeća.

Vijećnici solinskog Gradskog vijeća raspravljali su o sve težoj prometnoj zagušenosti na području grada.

Od Mislava Vučkovića, glavnog inženjera "Hrvatskih cesta" (HC) dobili su informacije o stanju prometnica i projekata na području grada Solina iz nadležnosti državne infrastrukturne tvrtke, a od Nina Vele, predstavnika Županijske uprave za ceste (ŽUC), o stanju prometnica i projekata iz njihove nadležnosti.

Najviše pitanja bilo je usmjereno na ključne projekte, na pitanje rekonstrukcije jednog od najfrekventnijih raskrižja u Hrvatskoj, o solinskoj Širini, gdje bi se trebao graditi nadvožnjak, investicija "Hrvatskih cesta" vrijedna oko 25 milijuna eura s rokom izgradnje od 24 mjeseca.

Arheološka istraživanja

Ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture, Oleg Butković službeno je uveo u posao izvođača, samoborsku "DiV Grupu", prije više od dvije godine, pa su vijećnička pitanja bila usmjerena u tom pravcu, odnosno kada će konkretno početi i radovi na terenu.

Predstavnik "Hrvatskih cesta" je kazao kako su se kroz proteklo vrijeme odvijala značajna arheološka istraživanja na terenu i kako su se u tri navrata mijenjali arheološki uvjeti.

Konzervatori su, kako je rekao, prošlog mjeseca dali svoje posljednje uvjete, a riječ je o potrebi preprojektiranja temeljenja, odnosno pilona.

Na upite vijećnika očekuje li se tako početak radova u travnju kako su im iz "Hrvatskih cesta" u izvješću pred sjednicu i najavili, i hoće li "DiV Grupa" početi radove na terenu, rekao je kako će nakon preprojektiranja temeljenja naručitelj radova, odnosno "Hrvatske ceste", dati nalog odabranom izvođaču za početak radova.

U raspravu oko prometne problematike, aktualnih i budućih projekata, s pitanjima i prijedlozima uključili su se brojni vijećnici poput Mirka Roguljića iz MOST-a, HDZ-ovi vijećnici Renato Prkić i Josip Jurić, zatim čelnik "Boljeg Solina" Davor Mikas, kao i članovi Nezavisne liste mladih (NLM), Ivana Bikić Tente, Damir Bekavac i Ivan Andabak.

- Ovo je više nemoguće! - kazao je Bekavac, dodavši kako se Solin guši iz svih pravaca, iz Klisa, Kaštela, iz pravca Splita sa svih strana.

Ivan Andabak je apostrofirao kako će i teretni promet koji će pristizati kroz planirani tunel Kozjak biti dodatno opterećenje za solinsku Širinu, a o njoj je još sve neizvjesno, kako je rekao.

- Stvari se, što se tiče realizacije projekata vezanih za prometnu problematiku, pomiču na bolje, ali njihovom dinamikom ne možemo biti zadovoljni.

Bojimo se što će se dogoditi kad se uskoro počnu kopati ulice Put Majdana i Ulica don Frane Bulića vezano za projekte Aglomeracije Split-Solin, odnosno izgradnju vodovodno-kanalizacijskog sustava - kazao je solinski gradonačelnik Dalibor Ninčević (HDZ), te istaknuo kako mu je drago što će barem, prema najavama, uskoro biti gotova rampa koja se iz smjera Splita gradi kod "Salona Malla", a koja će olakšati pristup za naselje Priko vode i mjesta Mravince i Kučine, za što su se vijećnici i Grad zalagali.

Rampa do 7. lipnja

Kako se ovom prilikom moglo čuti od predstavnika "Hrvatskih cesta", radovi na izgradnji rampe koja spaja Jadransku magistralu (splitsku obilaznicu) i Matoševu ulicu u Solinu sa zapadne strane trgovačkog centra "Salona Mall", trebali bi biti gotovi do 7. lipnja.

- Ovo su bile najvažnije točke danas, predstavnici HC-a i ŽUC-a su nam detaljno prikazali status prometnica iz njihove nadležnosti na području grada Solina i dinamiku radova, kao i neke projekte koji će se tek u budućnosti realizirati.

Mislim da smo dobili potpunu i cjelovitu informaciju, vjerujemo da rade sve što je u njihovoj mogućnosti i nadležnosti kako bi se ovi trenutni problemi, rekao bih skoro i kaos, na području grada Solina što bolje i brže riješili - mišljenja je prof. dr. sc. Zdravko Perko (HDZ), predsjednik solinskog Gradskog vijeća.
