Unatoč obećanjima tadašnjeg ministra prometa Božidara Kalmete (HDZ) koja su se tijekom protekla gotovo dva desetljeća pokazala ludom radovanje kao i ona svih njegovih sljednika u toj fotelji, pa i aktualnog resornog čelnika Olega Butkovića (HDZ) o izgradnji nove ceste od Splita do Omiša, vozači su toliko otupjeli na gužve koje se svakodnevno stvaraju na istočnom prilazu gradu da ih nova prekopavanja asfalta ne mogu iznenaditi.

Ili ipak mogu? Najnovije gradilište, ali ne ono koje bi donijelo spasonosnu obilaznicu, jest ono na Jadranskoj magistrali između Mutograsa i Svetog Martina.

Promet se na tom dijelu Podstrane sada odvija jednim kolničkim trakom, pa je ta općina dobila novi čep na državnoj cesti koja je poodavno postala - glavna gradska ulica.

Gužve se tako stvaraju na dva mjesta, a putovanje prema Splitu i izlazak iz grada u smjeru Omiša postaje sve više nemoguća misija.

Unatoč obećanjima tadašnjeg ministra prometa Božidara Kalmete (HDZ) koja su se tijekom protekla gotovo dva desetljeća pokazala ludom radovanje kao i ona svih njegovih sljednika u toj fotelji, pa i aktualnog resornog čelnika Olega Butkovića (HDZ) o izgradnji nove ceste od Splita do Omiša, vozači su toliko otupjeli na gužve koje se svakodnevno stvaraju na istočnom prilazu gradu da ih nova prekopavanja asfalta ne mogu iznenaditi.

Ili ipak mogu? Najnovije gradilište, ali ne ono koje bi donijelo spasonosnu obilaznicu, jest ono na Jadranskoj magistrali između Mutograsa i Svetog Martina.

Promet se na tom dijelu Podstrane sada odvija jednim kolničkim trakom, pa je ta općina dobila novi čep na državnoj cesti koja je poodavno postala - glavna gradska ulica.

Gužve se tako stvaraju na dva mjesta, a putovanje prema Splitu i izlazak iz grada u smjeru Omiša postaje sve više nemoguća misija.

Unatoč obećanjima tadašnjeg ministra prometa Božidara Kalmete (HDZ) koja su se tijekom protekla gotovo dva desetljeća pokazala ludom radovanje kao i ona svih njegovih sljednika u toj fotelji, pa i aktualnog resornog čelnika Olega Butkovića (HDZ) o izgradnji nove ceste od Splita do Omiša, vozači su toliko otupjeli na gužve koje se svakodnevno stvaraju na istočnom prilazu gradu da ih nova prekopavanja asfalta ne mogu iznenaditi.

Ili ipak mogu? Najnovije gradilište, ali ne ono koje bi donijelo spasonosnu obilaznicu, jest ono na Jadranskoj magistrali između Mutograsa i Svetog Martina.

Promet se na tom dijelu Podstrane sada odvija jednim kolničkim trakom, pa je ta općina dobila novi čep na državnoj cesti koja je poodavno postala - glavna gradska ulica.

Gužve se tako stvaraju na dva mjesta, a putovanje prema Splitu i izlazak iz grada u smjeru Omiša postaje sve više nemoguća misija.
