Domaću je javnost nedavno dobro p(r)otresla vijest da austrijski investitor gradi objekt uz samu obalu kvarnerske uvale Scott, gotovo ispod samog Krčkog mosta, u zoni koja bi svugdje drugdje na Jadranu trebala biti pomorsko (javno) dobro.

Kažemo, trebala, jer to nije. Dakle, cjelokupno zemljište, sve do mora, nekim je čudom ili bolje rečeno pravnim manevrima postalo privatno vlasništvo inozemnog državljanina, makar on dolazio i iz kruga članica EU-a, što je privilegij kakav nemaju ni puno jači igrači od dotičnog Austrijanca.

"Spuštajući" se niže niz našu (?!) obalu, dolazimo do lijepe nam Dalmacije i Orašca na njezinu jugu. Tu se još iz doba bivše Jugoslavije nalazi turistički kompleks "Dubrovački vrtovi sunca" koji je godinama nakon privatizacije držao lokalni političar i vječni nogometni "šerif" Pero Vićan, utemeljitelj Dubrovačkog demokratskog sabora koji njeguje suradnju s vladajućim HDZ-om.

Prije osam godina, "Dubrovačke vrtove sunca" preuzeo je mješoviti kinesko-njemački fond "ADC" koji je za tu svrhu utemeljio tvrtku "Sunčani vrtovi". Nisu bili ni ludi, reklo bi se u narodu, jer je riječ o smještajnom kompleksu na 220 tisuća četvornih metara, koji se reklamira kao "luksuzan resort s pet zvjezdica, udaljen 11 kilometara od Dubrovnika".

Kapacitet mu je 201 soba unutar hotela te 207 rezidencija. A pod njima i gotovo 8000 kvadrata pomorskog dobra i još oko 8500 četvornih metara akvatorija u obuhvatu.

Upravo je tvrtka "Dubrovački vrtovi sunca", a time i njezini kineski vlasnici, dobila koncesiju Županije dubrovačko-neretvanske u kojoj vlast drži HDZ, za upravljanje spomenutim prostorom, i to na idućih 10 godina.

Hotelska kompanija bila je jedini natjecatelj za koncesiju u tom dijelu Orašca, a za to će državi, Županiji i Gradu Dubrovniku uplaćivati stalnu godišnju naknadu od 40 tisuća eura i promjenjivi dio od tri posto prihoda ostvarenog na koncesijskom području.

Domaću je javnost nedavno dobro p(r)otresla vijest da austrijski investitor gradi objekt uz samu obalu kvarnerske uvale Scott, gotovo ispod samog Krčkog mosta, u zoni koja bi svugdje drugdje na Jadranu trebala biti pomorsko (javno) dobro.

Kažemo, trebala, jer to nije. Dakle, cjelokupno zemljište, sve do mora, nekim je čudom ili bolje rečeno pravnim manevrima postalo privatno vlasništvo inozemnog državljanina, makar on dolazio i iz kruga članica EU-a, što je privilegij kakav nemaju ni puno jači igrači od dotičnog Austrijanca.

"Spuštajući" se niže niz našu (?!) obalu, dolazimo do lijepe nam Dalmacije i Orašca na njezinu jugu. Tu se još iz doba bivše Jugoslavije nalazi turistički kompleks "Dubrovački vrtovi sunca" koji je godinama nakon privatizacije držao lokalni političar i vječni nogometni "šerif" Pero Vićan, utemeljitelj Dubrovačkog demokratskog sabora koji njeguje suradnju s vladajućim HDZ-om.

Prije osam godina, "Dubrovačke vrtove sunca" preuzeo je mješoviti kinesko-njemački fond "ADC" koji je za tu svrhu utemeljio tvrtku "Sunčani vrtovi". Nisu bili ni ludi, reklo bi se u narodu, jer je riječ o smještajnom kompleksu na 220 tisuća četvornih metara, koji se reklamira kao "luksuzan resort s pet zvjezdica, udaljen 11 kilometara od Dubrovnika".

Kapacitet mu je 201 soba unutar hotela te 207 rezidencija. A pod njima i gotovo 8000 kvadrata pomorskog dobra i još oko 8500 četvornih metara akvatorija u obuhvatu.

Upravo je tvrtka "Dubrovački vrtovi sunca", a time i njezini kineski vlasnici, dobila koncesiju Županije dubrovačko-neretvanske u kojoj vlast drži HDZ, za upravljanje spomenutim prostorom, i to na idućih 10 godina.

Hotelska kompanija bila je jedini natjecatelj za koncesiju u tom dijelu Orašca, a za to će državi, Županiji i Gradu Dubrovniku uplaćivati stalnu godišnju naknadu od 40 tisuća eura i promjenjivi dio od tri posto prihoda ostvarenog na koncesijskom području.
