Tako mlad, a već poduzetan - tim riječima mogao bi se opisati poslovni potez još jednog hrvatskog sportaša, konkretno nogometaša koji je svoj novac odlučio oploditi ulaganjem u nekretnine.

Nakon niza aktualnih i bivših hajdukovaca, poput Slavena Bilića, Igora Štimca, Darija Srne i Milana Mikija Rapaića, u Dalmaciji su sve više prisutni i njihovi nekadašnji rivali s travnjaka. Naravno, riječ je o dinamovcima.

I dok bivši reprezentativac i srebrni iz Rusije Milan Badelj dovršava veliki kompleks uz more u Brodarici kod Šibenika, o čemu smo nedavno pisali, njegov znatno mlađi kolega po klupskom grbu odlučio se za samo srce Dalmacije. Riječ je o Bartolu Franjiću, danas 24-godišnjem igraču njemačkog prvoligaša "Darmstadta", mladiću koji je u dresu zagrebačkih modrih pokrivao niz pozicija.

Premda u Bundesligi nastupa sa znatno manje uspjeha, zauzeo je dobru poziciju za planiranu novogradnju. Riječ je o zemljištu na padini Poljičke kose iznad Malog Rata u općini Dugi Rat poznatoj po velikoj jezgri "Hajdukovih" navijača.

Na parceli površine veće od 1000 četvornih metara, s prekrasnim pogledom na poljičko priobalje, Brački kanal i otoke, nogometaš planira graditi veliki stambeni objekt s bazenom i ljetnom kuhinjom, pa nije teško pretpostaviti da će biti riječ o vili za iznajmljivanje.

Budući da je Franjić samo od transfera iz "Dinama" u Njemačku, ukupno vrijednog oko 7,5 milijuna eura, zaradio pristojan novac, ne računajući dotadašnje i današnje plaće, ugovorne rate i pripadajuće bonuse, vjeruje se da s planiranom investicijom neće biti problema. Tim više što je ciljanu parcelu kupio od dotadašnjih suvlansica prije nešto više od godinu dana, za što je također trebalo odriješiti kesu.

Franjić sada za spomenuti projekt traži građevinsku dozvolu, a budući da je zahtjev upućen omiškoj ispostavi županijskog Upravnog odjela za graditeljstvo već ocijenjen urednim, ako ne bude primjedaba susjeda-međaša, investitor će uskoro imati ključni "papir" u rukama.

Tako mlad, a već poduzetan - tim riječima mogao bi se opisati poslovni potez još jednog hrvatskog sportaša, konkretno nogometaša koji je svoj novac odlučio oploditi ulaganjem u nekretnine.

Nakon niza aktualnih i bivših hajdukovaca, poput Slavena Bilića, Igora Štimca, Darija Srne i Milana Mikija Rapaića, u Dalmaciji su sve više prisutni i njihovi nekadašnji rivali s travnjaka. Naravno, riječ je o dinamovcima.

I dok bivši reprezentativac i srebrni iz Rusije Milan Badelj dovršava veliki kompleks uz more u Brodarici kod Šibenika, o čemu smo nedavno pisali, njegov znatno mlađi kolega po klupskom grbu odlučio se za samo srce Dalmacije. Riječ je o Bartolu Franjiću, danas 24-godišnjem igraču njemačkog prvoligaša "Darmstadta", mladiću koji je u dresu zagrebačkih modrih pokrivao niz pozicija.

Premda u Bundesligi nastupa sa znatno manje uspjeha, zauzeo je dobru poziciju za planiranu novogradnju. Riječ je o zemljištu na padini Poljičke kose iznad Malog Rata u općini Dugi Rat poznatoj po velikoj jezgri "Hajdukovih" navijača.

Na parceli površine veće od 1000 četvornih metara, s prekrasnim pogledom na poljičko priobalje, Brački kanal i otoke, nogometaš planira graditi veliki stambeni objekt s bazenom i ljetnom kuhinjom, pa nije teško pretpostaviti da će biti riječ o vili za iznajmljivanje.

Budući da je Franjić samo od transfera iz "Dinama" u Njemačku, ukupno vrijednog oko 7,5 milijuna eura, zaradio pristojan novac, ne računajući dotadašnje i današnje plaće, ugovorne rate i pripadajuće bonuse, vjeruje se da s planiranom investicijom neće biti problema. Tim više što je ciljanu parcelu kupio od dotadašnjih suvlansica prije nešto više od godinu dana, za što je također trebalo odriješiti kesu.

Franjić sada za spomenuti projekt traži građevinsku dozvolu, a budući da je zahtjev upućen omiškoj ispostavi županijskog Upravnog odjela za graditeljstvo već ocijenjen urednim, ako ne bude primjedaba susjeda-međaša, investitor će uskoro imati ključni "papir" u rukama.
