Tvrtka "Hoteli Plat" iz Župe dubrovačke prešla je u većinsko vlasništvo međunarodne kompanije "Karisma Resorts International", koja je preuzela i upravljanje te planira revitalizaciju tog hotelskog kompleksa, a planirani projekt vrijedan je više od 100 milijuna eura.

- U potpunosti je dovršena transakcija kojom je tvrtka "Karisma Resorts International" postala jedini vlasnik firme "KHA četiri", većinskog vlasnika "Hotela Plat". Ova transakcija otvorit će i put za revitalizaciju tvrtke i vezanog turističkog kapaciteta u mjestu Plat, za što su već i ranije postojali ambiciozni planovi, no izazovni gospodarski i epidemiološki kontekst u zadnjih nekoliko godina te je planove stavio u drugi plan - kazali su iz "Karisme".

O samoj transakciji i iznosu preuzimanja nisu navodili puno detalja, osim što su na pitanje Hine rekli da su većinski udio preuzeli od investicijskog fonda "Prosperus", koji je imao oko 60 posto udjela. Taj je fond svojedobno preuzeo fond "Nexus", koji je zajedno s "Karismom" i (bivšim) koncernom "Agrokor" bio većinski vlasnik tvrtke "KHA četiri", a time i "Hotela Plat".

Investicija u revitalizaciju župske tvrtke koju sada najavljuju iz Karisme, iznad 100 milijuna eura, znatno je viša od one koju su najavljivali pri privatizaciji 2015. i 2016. godine, kada se spominjalo nešto iznad 400 milijuna kuna i zbog čega su "Hoteli Plat" prije sedam godina uvršteni na listu strateških investicijskih projekata RH.

Na pitanje tko su vlasnici Karisme kažu samo da su to tri fizičke osobe te da su jedna od vodećih grupacija u svijetu u području hotelskog menadžmenta, s više od 8000 zaposlenih u 25 turističkih resorta u svom portfelju.

U strateškom su partnerstvu s kompanijom "Paramount" za obiteljske hotele "Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts" u Meksiku i Dominikanskoj Republici te s kompanijom "Margaritaville" za luksuzne hotele Margaritaville Island Reserve.

"Hoteli Plat" su uz nedaleke Kupare rijetki neobnovljeni turistički kompleks na dubrovačkom području, za koji se dugo godina tražio novi vlasnik i partner koji će ga obnoviti nakon razaranja u Domovinskom ratu, što se i našlo 2015., no od tada, osim promjene vlasništva i upravljačkih funkcija nekoliko puta tijekom zadnjih godina, na lokaciji se nije puno konkretno radilo ni gradilo, što je dodatno usporila pandemija te s time povezan zastoj turizma i investicija.

"Hoteli Plat" su kompleks u istoimenom mjestu u Župi dubrovačkoj, u čijem su sastavu (bila) dva hotela, depandanse, šest vila i dva paviljona, od kojih su jedan hotel i šest vila (sve kategorizirano s tri zvjezdice) bile i jedno vrijeme u uporabi. Udaljeni su 15 kilometara od Dubrovnika te 10 kilometara od zračne luke.

Ukupni smještajni kapacitet u komercijalnoj funkciji je 535 kreveta, dok je znatan kapacitet još uvijek izvan komercijalne funkcije, a to su ratom devastirani i neobnovljeni hotel "Ambasador" te dva paviljona u kojima je ukupno 853 kreveta izvan funkcije.

Tvrtku su u svibnju 2015. od države su za 118 milijuna kuna preuzele tvrtka "KHA četiri", iz sastava KHA, iza koje je stajao koncern "Agrokor" te meksički hotelski lanac "Karisma" i svjetski touroperator "TUI".

Krajem 2017., što je i jedna od zadnjih vijesti o tim hotelima, izvijestili su da se za zastupanje KHA četiri ovlašćuje Irena Weber, današnja čelnica Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca, uz podatak da su osnivači tvrtke "KHA četiri" - "Agrokor", "Karisma Resorts International" i fond "Nexus" (kasnije ga je preuzeo "Prosperus").

Uz Weber, tada su ovlaštene osobe za zastupanje "KHA četiri" bili i Krunoslav Šimatović, Nemanja Kostić (Crna Gora) i Ante Ramljak, kasniji i već bivši izvanredni povjerenik za "Agrokor".

Tada se i neslužbeno govorilo da investicija u "Hotele Plat" čeka razrješenje situacije s "Agrokorom", te da meksički hotelski lanac "Karisma Resorts International" nema namjeru niti je ikada imao izići iz hrvatskog turizma i KHA-a.

Tvrtka "Hoteli Plat" iz Župe dubrovačke prešla je u većinsko vlasništvo međunarodne kompanije "Karisma Resorts International", koja je preuzela i upravljanje te planira revitalizaciju tog hotelskog kompleksa, a planirani projekt vrijedan je više od 100 milijuna eura.

- U potpunosti je dovršena transakcija kojom je tvrtka "Karisma Resorts International" postala jedini vlasnik firme "KHA četiri", većinskog vlasnika "Hotela Plat". Ova transakcija otvorit će i put za revitalizaciju tvrtke i vezanog turističkog kapaciteta u mjestu Plat, za što su već i ranije postojali ambiciozni planovi, no izazovni gospodarski i epidemiološki kontekst u zadnjih nekoliko godina te je planove stavio u drugi plan - kazali su iz "Karisme".

O samoj transakciji i iznosu preuzimanja nisu navodili puno detalja, osim što su na pitanje Hine rekli da su većinski udio preuzeli od investicijskog fonda "Prosperus", koji je imao oko 60 posto udjela. Taj je fond svojedobno preuzeo fond "Nexus", koji je zajedno s "Karismom" i (bivšim) koncernom "Agrokor" bio većinski vlasnik tvrtke "KHA četiri", a time i "Hotela Plat".

Investicija u revitalizaciju župske tvrtke koju sada najavljuju iz Karisme, iznad 100 milijuna eura, znatno je viša od one koju su najavljivali pri privatizaciji 2015. i 2016. godine, kada se spominjalo nešto iznad 400 milijuna kuna i zbog čega su "Hoteli Plat" prije sedam godina uvršteni na listu strateških investicijskih projekata RH.

Na pitanje tko su vlasnici Karisme kažu samo da su to tri fizičke osobe te da su jedna od vodećih grupacija u svijetu u području hotelskog menadžmenta, s više od 8000 zaposlenih u 25 turističkih resorta u svom portfelju.

U strateškom su partnerstvu s kompanijom "Paramount" za obiteljske hotele "Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts" u Meksiku i Dominikanskoj Republici te s kompanijom "Margaritaville" za luksuzne hotele Margaritaville Island Reserve.

"Hoteli Plat" su uz nedaleke Kupare rijetki neobnovljeni turistički kompleks na dubrovačkom području, za koji se dugo godina tražio novi vlasnik i partner koji će ga obnoviti nakon razaranja u Domovinskom ratu, što se i našlo 2015., no od tada, osim promjene vlasništva i upravljačkih funkcija nekoliko puta tijekom zadnjih godina, na lokaciji se nije puno konkretno radilo ni gradilo, što je dodatno usporila pandemija te s time povezan zastoj turizma i investicija.

"Hoteli Plat" su kompleks u istoimenom mjestu u Župi dubrovačkoj, u čijem su sastavu (bila) dva hotela, depandanse, šest vila i dva paviljona, od kojih su jedan hotel i šest vila (sve kategorizirano s tri zvjezdice) bile i jedno vrijeme u uporabi. Udaljeni su 15 kilometara od Dubrovnika te 10 kilometara od zračne luke.

Ukupni smještajni kapacitet u komercijalnoj funkciji je 535 kreveta, dok je znatan kapacitet još uvijek izvan komercijalne funkcije, a to su ratom devastirani i neobnovljeni hotel "Ambasador" te dva paviljona u kojima je ukupno 853 kreveta izvan funkcije.

Tvrtku su u svibnju 2015. od države su za 118 milijuna kuna preuzele tvrtka "KHA četiri", iz sastava KHA, iza koje je stajao koncern "Agrokor" te meksički hotelski lanac "Karisma" i svjetski touroperator "TUI".

Krajem 2017., što je i jedna od zadnjih vijesti o tim hotelima, izvijestili su da se za zastupanje KHA četiri ovlašćuje Irena Weber, današnja čelnica Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca, uz podatak da su osnivači tvrtke "KHA četiri" - "Agrokor", "Karisma Resorts International" i fond "Nexus" (kasnije ga je preuzeo "Prosperus").

Uz Weber, tada su ovlaštene osobe za zastupanje "KHA četiri" bili i Krunoslav Šimatović, Nemanja Kostić (Crna Gora) i Ante Ramljak, kasniji i već bivši izvanredni povjerenik za "Agrokor".

Tada se i neslužbeno govorilo da investicija u "Hotele Plat" čeka razrješenje situacije s "Agrokorom", te da meksički hotelski lanac "Karisma Resorts International" nema namjeru niti je ikada imao izići iz hrvatskog turizma i KHA-a.
