Grad Dubrovnik u posljednjih šest i pol godina donio je brojne odluke i inicirao niz aktivnosti s ciljem dugoročnog održivog turizma čija je središnja figura stanovnik grada.

Jedna od posljednjih inicijativa gradske uprave, usmjerena prema Ministarstvu turizma jest zahtjev za nužnom izmjenom Pravilnika o razvrstavanju i kategorizaciji objekata u kojima se pružaju ugostiteljske usluge u domaćinstvu - priopćili u jutros iz lokalne vlasti i objavili kako je pročelnica Ivana Brnin imenovana u radnu skupinu izrade novog pravilnika.

Postojeća pravila ne priječe registriranje stambenih prostora u višestambenim zgradama za kratkoročno iznajmljivanje, a u gradskoj upravi smatraju da se time narušava kvaliteta života zajednice i smanjuje mogućnost mladim ljudima dugoročno unajmljivanje stanova. Nadalje, u priopćenju navode kako se kroz prodaju svih stanova na tržištu mladi ljudi stavljaju u nepovoljan položaj, jer tako kapital pobjeđuje demografiju.

Evo što predlažu:

"Prijedlog izmjena navedenog Pravilnika, koji će članica predstaviti kroz radnu skupinu, jest da se u članku 28. Pravilnika dodaju stavci 3. i 4. i 5. koji glase:

• Za stan u višestambenoj zgradi namijenjenoj stanovanju ne može se ishoditi rješenje o pružanju ugostiteljskih usluga u domaćinstvu

• Višestambena zgrada iz stavka 3. ovog članka je zgrada namijenjena stanovanju, a sastoji se od najmanje četiri stana

• Odredbe stavka 3. ne odnose se na postojeće objekte iz članka 4. stavka 2. ovog Pravilnika".

- Uvjereni smo kako ćemo kroz otvoreni dijalog postići izradu novog nacrta prijedloga Pravilnika o razvrstavanju i kategorizaciji objekata u kojima se pružaju ugostiteljske usluge u domaćinstvu. Ono što je svakako važno napomenuti jest da se stečena prava svih dosadašnjih iznajmljivača ne mogu oduzeti, niti je to namjera ovog pravilnika.

Novim pravilnikom regulirat će se buduće dodjeljivanje dozvola za iznajmljivanje i, sigurni smo, onemogućiti da višestambene zone postanu apartmanska naselja, a da mladi ljudi, korak po korak, napuste područja naših gradova i općina - naglašavaju iz Dubrovnika.

Grad Dubrovnik u posljednjih šest i pol godina donio je brojne odluke i inicirao niz aktivnosti s ciljem dugoročnog održivog turizma čija je središnja figura stanovnik grada.

Jedna od posljednjih inicijativa gradske uprave, usmjerena prema Ministarstvu turizma jest zahtjev za nužnom izmjenom Pravilnika o razvrstavanju i kategorizaciji objekata u kojima se pružaju ugostiteljske usluge u domaćinstvu - priopćili u jutros iz lokalne vlasti i objavili kako je pročelnica Ivana Brnin imenovana u radnu skupinu izrade novog pravilnika.

Postojeća pravila ne priječe registriranje stambenih prostora u višestambenim zgradama za kratkoročno iznajmljivanje, a u gradskoj upravi smatraju da se time narušava kvaliteta života zajednice i smanjuje mogućnost mladim ljudima dugoročno unajmljivanje stanova. Nadalje, u priopćenju navode kako se kroz prodaju svih stanova na tržištu mladi ljudi stavljaju u nepovoljan položaj, jer tako kapital pobjeđuje demografiju.

Evo što predlažu:

"Prijedlog izmjena navedenog Pravilnika, koji će članica predstaviti kroz radnu skupinu, jest da se u članku 28. Pravilnika dodaju stavci 3. i 4. i 5. koji glase:

• Za stan u višestambenoj zgradi namijenjenoj stanovanju ne može se ishoditi rješenje o pružanju ugostiteljskih usluga u domaćinstvu

• Višestambena zgrada iz stavka 3. ovog članka je zgrada namijenjena stanovanju, a sastoji se od najmanje četiri stana

• Odredbe stavka 3. ne odnose se na postojeće objekte iz članka 4. stavka 2. ovog Pravilnika".

- Uvjereni smo kako ćemo kroz otvoreni dijalog postići izradu novog nacrta prijedloga Pravilnika o razvrstavanju i kategorizaciji objekata u kojima se pružaju ugostiteljske usluge u domaćinstvu. Ono što je svakako važno napomenuti jest da se stečena prava svih dosadašnjih iznajmljivača ne mogu oduzeti, niti je to namjera ovog pravilnika.

Novim pravilnikom regulirat će se buduće dodjeljivanje dozvola za iznajmljivanje i, sigurni smo, onemogućiti da višestambene zone postanu apartmanska naselja, a da mladi ljudi, korak po korak, napuste područja naših gradova i općina - naglašavaju iz Dubrovnika.
