Već gotovo dva desetljeća od resornih ministara i političara slušamo obećanja i najava rokova u kojima će biti izgrađena brza cesta Split-Omiš.

Najnoviji podatak govori da bi se to moglo dogoditi za pet godina, odnosno 2027., što bi u odnosu na 2008. godinu, za kada je Božidar Kalmeta (HDZ), tadašnji ministar prometa, mrtav-hladan pred novinarima u Splitu najavio dovršetak istočnog kraka obilaznice najvećeg dalmatinskoga grada. Ako se to i ostvari u novoj "prognozi", dogodit će se gotovo 20 godina nakon te izjave.

Sada situaciju spašava novac iz fondova Europske unije, pa bi se planirano napokon moglo i ostvariti.

- Sve ide zadanim ritmom. Ne bi trebalo biti problema za ovaj značajan projekt čija je procijenjena vrijednost 358 milijuna eura (2,7 milijardi kuna prema trenutnom tečaju, što je za oko 600 milijuna kuna ili gotovo trećinu skuplje od ugovorene cijene izgradnje Pelješkog mosta, op.a.) – kaže nam Josip Škorić, predsjednik Uprave "Hrvatskih cesta" (HC), najavljujući i planirano okončanje radova na omiškoj obilaznici:

- U ožujku je planirano postavljanje, odnosno podizanje mosta na lokaciju preko kanjona rijeke Cetine, te spajanje dvaju tunela, čime bi se taj dio obilaznice završio.

Na naše pitanje hoće li biti izmjene trase brze ceste od Splita prema Omišu, prvi čovjek državne infrastrukturne tvrtke precizira detalje svih etapa ulaganja.

- Projekt je podijeljen na tri glavne faze i šest funkcionalnih etapa odnosno dionica. U prvoj fazi rade se dvije dionice.

Prva je od pozicije Omiš istok do Dugog Rata sa spojnom cestom do Jadransku magistralu u Dugom Ratu, takozvana obilaznica Omiša. S omiške strane u tijeku je izgradnja dijela obilaznice, pa most Cetina te lokacija Omiš Istok.

Realizacija ugovora započela je u rujnu 2019., radovi su ugovoreni za iznos od 174,5 milijuna kuna, a izvođač radova je zajednica ponuditelja koju čine austrijski i zagrebački "Strabag". Obilaznica će se privremeno priključiti na državnu cestu prema Naklicama i Gatima kroz tunel "Komorjak-sjever", do dovršetka izgradnje spoja do Dugog Rata – ističe Škorić.

Što se tiče spojne ceste od budućeg čvora Dugi Rat do Magistrale, izrađeni su idejni projekti, ishođeni svi posebni uvjeti građenja, još tijekom 2020. godine, osim onih od Općine Dugi Rat, pojašnjavaju iz "Hrvatskih cesta", uz naglasak kako je kompletiran zahtjev predan za ishođenje lokacijske dozvole u 2021. godini, i to u rujnu. Trenutno se radi na dopunama, prema zahtjevu nadležnog Ministarstva prometa.

Dok druga dionica ceste obuhvaća izgradnju čvora kod splitskog TTTS-a sa spojnom cestom do Magistrale u Stobreču, inače najfrekventnijom prometnom točkom u cijeloj državi.

- Trenutni status to dijela je gotova lokacijska dozvola, koja je inače podijeljena u šest podfaza izgradnje. Za prvu, drugu i treću podfazu izrađena je cjelokupna projektna dokumentacija i elaborati parcelacije koji su ovjereni od katastra.

Građevinska dozvola još nije ishođena, budući da nisu prikupljeni dokazi pravnog interesa – preciziraju nam iz Hrvatskih cesta sve ono što treba napraviti prije prvih bagera na terenu, te nastavljaju:

- Ugovor o javnoj nabavi radova za tri podfaze je sklopljen na iznos od 54,3 milijuna kuna, bez PDV-a (oko 68 milijuna kuna s PDV-om, op.a.). Ugovor je sklopljen s izvođačem "Strabag", a rok dovršetka radova je 24 mjeseca. U ovom trenutku izvođač radova još nije uveden u posao.

Doznajemo i vrijednost radova izgradnje za četvrtu, petu i šestu podfazu koje su procijenjene na ukupno 210 milijuna kuna:

- Za nabava radova izgradnje za četvrtu i petu podfazu je provedeno prethodno savjetovanje sa zainteresiranim gospodarskim subjektima, te je 28. prosinca 2021. godine objavljeno i prateće izvješće. Cjelokupna dokumentacija o nabavi proslijeđena je Središnja agencija za financiranje i ugovaranje EU projekata na provedbu ex-ante kontrole.

Što se druge glavne faze ove važne investicije tiče, ona se sastoji od tri etape i to redom gledano iz smjera Splita: čvor TTTS-čvor Stara Podstrana sa spojnom cestom. Zatim čvor Stara Podstrana-čvor Krilo Jesenice sa spojnom cestom, te zadnja čvor Krilo Jesenice-čvor Dugi Rat.

- Dionice su u projektiranju. U tijeku je ugovor za izradu izmjene glavne projektne dokumentacije, te ishođenje lokacijske i građevinske dozvole za dionicu TTTS-Dugi Rat sa spojnim cestama. Planirani rok za ishođenje lokacijske dozvole je travanj 2022. godine – izvještavaju iz HC-a.

I zadnja, treća glavna faza, odnosno šesta etapa ovog projekta, kojem bi se anulirale gužve na dionici od Splita do Omiša, ali i rasteretilo prometno najopterećenija točka u Hrvatskoj ona kod skretanja za Stobreč i TTTS, je "šminkanje" Magistrale. Znači, na kraju svega bi se radilo na poboljšanja postojeće državne ceste, izgrađene prije 57 godina, na potetu od Stobreča do Omiša.

I to kada se izgradi i pusti u promet kompletna glavna trasa nove brze ceste od Mravinaca, preko TTTS-a i Donjih Poljica, do Omiša vrijedna preko 2,6 milijarde kuna. Tek se nadamo kako će to konačno biti za obećanih pet godina, sad i ne tako daleke 2027. godine...

Već gotovo dva desetljeća od resornih ministara i političara slušamo obećanja i najava rokova u kojima će biti izgrađena brza cesta Split-Omiš.

Najnoviji podatak govori da bi se to moglo dogoditi za pet godina, odnosno 2027., što bi u odnosu na 2008. godinu, za kada je Božidar Kalmeta (HDZ), tadašnji ministar prometa, mrtav-hladan pred novinarima u Splitu najavio dovršetak istočnog kraka obilaznice najvećeg dalmatinskoga grada. Ako se to i ostvari u novoj "prognozi", dogodit će se gotovo 20 godina nakon te izjave.

Sada situaciju spašava novac iz fondova Europske unije, pa bi se planirano napokon moglo i ostvariti.

- Sve ide zadanim ritmom. Ne bi trebalo biti problema za ovaj značajan projekt čija je procijenjena vrijednost 358 milijuna eura (2,7 milijardi kuna prema trenutnom tečaju, što je za oko 600 milijuna kuna ili gotovo trećinu skuplje od ugovorene cijene izgradnje Pelješkog mosta, op.a.) – kaže nam Josip Škorić, predsjednik Uprave "Hrvatskih cesta" (HC), najavljujući i planirano okončanje radova na omiškoj obilaznici:

- U ožujku je planirano postavljanje, odnosno podizanje mosta na lokaciju preko kanjona rijeke Cetine, te spajanje dvaju tunela, čime bi se taj dio obilaznice završio.

Na naše pitanje hoće li biti izmjene trase brze ceste od Splita prema Omišu, prvi čovjek državne infrastrukturne tvrtke precizira detalje svih etapa ulaganja.

- Projekt je podijeljen na tri glavne faze i šest funkcionalnih etapa odnosno dionica. U prvoj fazi rade se dvije dionice.

Prva je od pozicije Omiš istok do Dugog Rata sa spojnom cestom do Jadransku magistralu u Dugom Ratu, takozvana obilaznica Omiša. S omiške strane u tijeku je izgradnja dijela obilaznice, pa most Cetina te lokacija Omiš Istok.

Realizacija ugovora započela je u rujnu 2019., radovi su ugovoreni za iznos od 174,5 milijuna kuna, a izvođač radova je zajednica ponuditelja koju čine austrijski i zagrebački "Strabag". Obilaznica će se privremeno priključiti na državnu cestu prema Naklicama i Gatima kroz tunel "Komorjak-sjever", do dovršetka izgradnje spoja do Dugog Rata – ističe Škorić.

Što se tiče spojne ceste od budućeg čvora Dugi Rat do Magistrale, izrađeni su idejni projekti, ishođeni svi posebni uvjeti građenja, još tijekom 2020. godine, osim onih od Općine Dugi Rat, pojašnjavaju iz "Hrvatskih cesta", uz naglasak kako je kompletiran zahtjev predan za ishođenje lokacijske dozvole u 2021. godini, i to u rujnu. Trenutno se radi na dopunama, prema zahtjevu nadležnog Ministarstva prometa.

Dok druga dionica ceste obuhvaća izgradnju čvora kod splitskog TTTS-a sa spojnom cestom do Magistrale u Stobreču, inače najfrekventnijom prometnom točkom u cijeloj državi.

- Trenutni status to dijela je gotova lokacijska dozvola, koja je inače podijeljena u šest podfaza izgradnje. Za prvu, drugu i treću podfazu izrađena je cjelokupna projektna dokumentacija i elaborati parcelacije koji su ovjereni od katastra.

Građevinska dozvola još nije ishođena, budući da nisu prikupljeni dokazi pravnog interesa – preciziraju nam iz Hrvatskih cesta sve ono što treba napraviti prije prvih bagera na terenu, te nastavljaju:

- Ugovor o javnoj nabavi radova za tri podfaze je sklopljen na iznos od 54,3 milijuna kuna, bez PDV-a (oko 68 milijuna kuna s PDV-om, op.a.). Ugovor je sklopljen s izvođačem "Strabag", a rok dovršetka radova je 24 mjeseca. U ovom trenutku izvođač radova još nije uveden u posao.

Doznajemo i vrijednost radova izgradnje za četvrtu, petu i šestu podfazu koje su procijenjene na ukupno 210 milijuna kuna:

- Za nabava radova izgradnje za četvrtu i petu podfazu je provedeno prethodno savjetovanje sa zainteresiranim gospodarskim subjektima, te je 28. prosinca 2021. godine objavljeno i prateće izvješće. Cjelokupna dokumentacija o nabavi proslijeđena je Središnja agencija za financiranje i ugovaranje EU projekata na provedbu ex-ante kontrole.

Što se druge glavne faze ove važne investicije tiče, ona se sastoji od tri etape i to redom gledano iz smjera Splita: čvor TTTS-čvor Stara Podstrana sa spojnom cestom. Zatim čvor Stara Podstrana-čvor Krilo Jesenice sa spojnom cestom, te zadnja čvor Krilo Jesenice-čvor Dugi Rat.

- Dionice su u projektiranju. U tijeku je ugovor za izradu izmjene glavne projektne dokumentacije, te ishođenje lokacijske i građevinske dozvole za dionicu TTTS-Dugi Rat sa spojnim cestama. Planirani rok za ishođenje lokacijske dozvole je travanj 2022. godine – izvještavaju iz HC-a.

I zadnja, treća glavna faza, odnosno šesta etapa ovog projekta, kojem bi se anulirale gužve na dionici od Splita do Omiša, ali i rasteretilo prometno najopterećenija točka u Hrvatskoj ona kod skretanja za Stobreč i TTTS, je "šminkanje" Magistrale. Znači, na kraju svega bi se radilo na poboljšanja postojeće državne ceste, izgrađene prije 57 godina, na potetu od Stobreča do Omiša.

I to kada se izgradi i pusti u promet kompletna glavna trasa nove brze ceste od Mravinaca, preko TTTS-a i Donjih Poljica, do Omiša vrijedna preko 2,6 milijarde kuna. Tek se nadamo kako će to konačno biti za obećanih pet godina, sad i ne tako daleke 2027. godine...
