Pisati o krempitama?! Ma, daj, o paštama mogu roman ispisati - takva je bila reakcija reporterke na samu najavu dnevnog zadatka. Jer, kada bi se poredale sve pašte koje je dosad pojela i pritom uživala, nastao bi sigurno sladak put od Splita do Omiša. Bez pretjerivanja. Ljubav prema paštama, i to onim Bobisovim, traje od najranijeg djetinjstva. Tata bi se vratio s posla točno deset minuta nakon tri sata, a u ruci bi bio bijeli paketić.

Za vas koji možda, iako sumnjamo, ne znate ništa o paštama - važno je kazati da je ovdje riječ o proizvodu koji je ono baš za svakog ljubitelja kremastih kolača

Tada su se na kartonskom tanjuriću slagale pašte i umotavale su se u bijeli papir, ta slika će nadvladati i Alzheimera jedan dan, uvjerenja sam. Obid bi se pojeo u rekordnom roku, pa čak i juha, da prostite, jer dok su mama i tata pili svoju popodnevnu, zajedničku kavu - sestra i ja smo jele krempite. Jednom prilikom je sestra nazvala tatu "škrticom" jer nam donosi "samo" po jednu krempitu, a on je onda svečano obećao kako će nas odvest u Bobisa, ispod Ure, i da možemo naručiti pašta koliko nas god volja! Obećano - učinjeno.

Uzbuđene smo sjedile na onim visokim, barskim stolicama, lamatale nožicama i čekale svoje blago. Prva - pojedena u trenu. Teta iz Bobisa donijela nam je drugu, svakoj svoju. Na staklenim tanjurićima u obliku cvijeta. I to smo pojele slasno. Ja sam odustala, seka je zatražila treću. I stala na pola puta. Nije, naravno, dozvolila da "polovica" propadne, dobra teta je zamotala tu čudesnu slasticu "za ponit doma". S odlaskom iz roditeljske kuće nije prestala veza s paštama, dapače, u prvoj se trudnoći toliko razmahala da su prijatelji unaprijed prvorođenog nazivali Krempita.

Radio je Bobis cijelu noć, a zakoniti se supružnik nerijetko našao pred njegovim vratima u dva, tri u noći.

Za vas koji možda, premda sumnjamo, ne znate ništa o paštama - važno je kazati da je ovdje riječ o proizvodu koji je ono baš "taman" za svakog ljubitelja kremastih kolača. Bjelanjak se tuče istovremeno dok se kuha žuta krema, tako da moraju biti gotovi u isti tren. Žutoj kremi se tada dodaje tučeni bjelanjak, te se miješaju dok zajedno ne tvore najukusniju kremu ikad

Iako se mogu konzumirati tople, krempite su najbolje ohlađene sljedeći dan. Lisnato tijesto je unaprijed pripremljeno, ispečeno, narezano, a krema se na njih samo "ulije". Nama, strasnim obožavateljima pašta - niti jedna promjena nije važna, nama je krempita konstanta, ali isto vam moramo reći da se u planu razvoja splitske pašticerije stavlja naglasak na nove slastice i stare vrijednosti. Tako, premda ne samo u Hrvatskoj već ni u svijetu više nitko to ne radi -  Bobisovi pašticjeri će uvesti revoluciju u proizvodnju lisnatoga tijesta, radit će ga s maslacem, da bude ljepše, rahlije, puno arome. Moramo reći - jedva čekamo!

Pisati o krempitama?! Ma, daj, o paštama mogu roman ispisati - takva je bila reakcija reporterke na samu najavu dnevnog zadatka. Jer, kada bi se poredale sve pašte koje je dosad pojela i pritom uživala, nastao bi sigurno sladak put od Splita do Omiša. Bez pretjerivanja. Ljubav prema paštama, i to onim Bobisovim, traje od najranijeg djetinjstva. Tata bi se vratio s posla točno deset minuta nakon tri sata, a u ruci bi bio bijeli paketić.

Za vas koji možda, iako sumnjamo, ne znate ništa o paštama - važno je kazati da je ovdje riječ o proizvodu koji je ono baš za svakog ljubitelja kremastih kolača

Tada su se na kartonskom tanjuriću slagale pašte i umotavale su se u bijeli papir, ta slika će nadvladati i Alzheimera jedan dan, uvjerenja sam. Obid bi se pojeo u rekordnom roku, pa čak i juha, da prostite, jer dok su mama i tata pili svoju popodnevnu, zajedničku kavu - sestra i ja smo jele krempite. Jednom prilikom je sestra nazvala tatu "škrticom" jer nam donosi "samo" po jednu krempitu, a on je onda svečano obećao kako će nas odvest u Bobisa, ispod Ure, i da možemo naručiti pašta koliko nas god volja! Obećano - učinjeno.

Uzbuđene smo sjedile na onim visokim, barskim stolicama, lamatale nožicama i čekale svoje blago. Prva - pojedena u trenu. Teta iz Bobisa donijela nam je drugu, svakoj svoju. Na staklenim tanjurićima u obliku cvijeta. I to smo pojele slasno. Ja sam odustala, seka je zatražila treću. I stala na pola puta. Nije, naravno, dozvolila da "polovica" propadne, dobra teta je zamotala tu čudesnu slasticu "za ponit doma". S odlaskom iz roditeljske kuće nije prestala veza s paštama, dapače, u prvoj se trudnoći toliko razmahala da su prijatelji unaprijed prvorođenog nazivali Krempita.

Žutoj kremi se tada dodaje tučeni bjelanjak, te se miješaju dok zajedno ne tvore najukusniju kremu ikad

Iako se mogu konzumirati tople, krempite su najbolje ohlađene sljedeći dan. Lisnato tijesto je unaprijed pripremljeno, ispečeno, narezano, a krema se na njih samo "ulije". Nama, strasnim obožavateljima pašta - niti jedna promjena nije važna, nama je krempita konstanta, ali isto vam moramo reći da se u planu razvoja splitske pašticerije stavlja naglasak na nove slastice i stare vrijednosti. Tako, premda ne samo u Hrvatskoj već ni u svijetu više nitko to ne radi -  Bobisovi pašticjeri će uvesti revoluciju u proizvodnju lisnatoga tijesta, radit će ga s maslacem, da bude ljepše, rahlije, puno arome. Moramo reći - jedva čekamo!
