Kako je deficit proračuna za 2014. projiciran na 15,6 milijardi kuna, može se dogoditi da ministri, u namjeri da ispune proračunske planove, naprave u jednom mjesecu deficit od čak 6,3 miljarde kuna.

Zbog toga je Lalovac još više „podebljao“ svoje izjave o nužnosti štednje u prosincu, tvrdeći kako je nedopustivo da se u zadnjem mjesecu naprave troškovi mimo redovnog poslovanja i plaćanja zaostalih računa.

Neslužbeno se moglo doznati kako je premijer mislio i na ministre kada je nedavno govorio o bespotrebnom asfaltiranju svoje lice. Dakle, ministri će moći plaćati „hladni pogon“, račune koje su možda prolongirali, ili finalizirati neke natječaje, ali neće smjeti raspisati nove natječaje ili ugovarati bespotrebnu takozvanu bagatelnu kupnju usluga i roba, za koje nije potreban natječaj.

Odnosno, za sve to će morati polagati račun premijeru i ministru financija.

Zbog toga je Lalovac još više „podebljao“ svoje izjave o nužnosti štednje u prosincu, tvrdeći kako je nedopustivo da se u zadnjem mjesecu naprave troškovi mimo redovnog poslovanja i plaćanja zaostalih računa.

Neslužbeno se moglo doznati kako je premijer mislio i na ministre kada je nedavno govorio o bespotrebnom asfaltiranju svoje lice. Dakle, ministri će moći plaćati „hladni pogon“, račune koje su možda prolongirali, ili finalizirati neke natječaje, ali neće smjeti raspisati nove natječaje ili ugovarati bespotrebnu takozvanu bagatelnu kupnju usluga i roba, za koje nije potreban natječaj.

Odnosno, za sve to će morati polagati račun premijeru i ministru financija.

Boris Lalovac ima punu podršku premijera Milanovića u namjeri da ministre u što većoj mjeri disciplinira u trošenju u prosincu.
