Podstranski visokokategornik, hotel “Le Meridien Lav” uskoro bi, možda već i idući tjedan, mogao dobiti novog vlasnika. Iako glasine o kupnji hotela kruže već neko vrijeme, pa čak i ona da je jučer novi vlasnik iz Finske već preuzeo upravljanje hotelom, ipak je sve obavijeno velom tajne.

No, jedan od suvlasnika “Le Meridein Lava” opovrgnuo nam je vijest da je ugovor o prodaji već zaključen.

- Ozbiljno pregovaramo već dva mjeseca, uz jednu finsku grupaciju razgovori se vode s još tri kandidata. Ništa se posebno nije dogodilo sada u odnosu na protekle mjesece - kazao nam je Ivica Kurtović, jedan od suvlasnika “Le Meridien Lava”, potvrđujući želju za prodajom ove hotelske kuće, ne želeći otkriti barem ime zainteresirane grupacije iz Finske, kao ni ostalih partnera koji bi preuzeli vlasnički list hotela.

Podsjetimo, već nekoliko puta je najavljivana prodaja hotela s pet zvjezdica, no do sada još nije došlo do potpisivanja kupoprodajnog ugovora. Možda je to razlog zašto iz službenih krugova nema nikakvih informacija o preuzimanju, sve dok ne bude jasne potvrde na papiru.

Uz to, radnici ovog hotela s pet zvjezdica u prosincu su potpisali ugovore da u siječnju i veljači rade tek pola radnog vremena i za to dobiju pola plaće, no prema posljednjim službenim vijestima stanje se vratilo “u normalu”, iako su vijesti “s terena” govorile drukčije - o kašnjenju isplate ionako već sniženih primanja.

Eduard Andrić, predsjednik Sindikata turizma i usluga Hrvatske, još jednom je iskazao žaljenje što nemaju podružnicu u ovoj posrnuloj hotelskoj kući, iako se u noj problemi gomilaju.

- Pozivamo sve radnike da razbiju strah i priključe nam se. Nemamo nikakve informacije o promjeni vlasničke strukture u “Le Meridien Lavu”, no ako do toga dođe, vjerujemo da ćemo uspjeti u namjeri da zaposlenici postani članovi STUH-a - zaključio je Andrić.

Podstranski visokokategornik, hotel “Le Meridien Lav” uskoro bi, možda već i idući tjedan, mogao dobiti novog vlasnika. Iako glasine o kupnji hotela kruže već neko vrijeme, pa čak i ona da je jučer novi vlasnik iz Finske već preuzeo upravljanje hotelom, ipak je sve obavijeno velom tajne.

No, jedan od suvlasnika “Le Meridein Lava” opovrgnuo nam je vijest da je ugovor o prodaji već zaključen.

- Ozbiljno pregovaramo već dva mjeseca, uz jednu finsku grupaciju razgovori se vode s još tri kandidata. Ništa se posebno nije dogodilo sada u odnosu na protekle mjesece - kazao nam je Ivica Kurtović, jedan od suvlasnika “Le Meridien Lava”, potvrđujući želju za prodajom ove hotelske kuće, ne želeći otkriti barem ime zainteresirane grupacije iz Finske, kao ni ostalih partnera koji bi preuzeli vlasnički list hotela.

Podsjetimo, već nekoliko puta je najavljivana prodaja hotela s pet zvjezdica, no do sada još nije došlo do potpisivanja kupoprodajnog ugovora. Možda je to razlog zašto iz službenih krugova nema nikakvih informacija o preuzimanju, sve dok ne bude jasne potvrde na papiru.

Uz to, radnici ovog hotela s pet zvjezdica u prosincu su potpisali ugovore da u siječnju i veljači rade tek pola radnog vremena i za to dobiju pola plaće, no prema posljednjim službenim vijestima stanje se vratilo “u normalu”, iako su vijesti “s terena” govorile drukčije - o kašnjenju isplate ionako već sniženih primanja.

Eduard Andrić, predsjednik Sindikata turizma i usluga Hrvatske, još jednom je iskazao žaljenje što nemaju podružnicu u ovoj posrnuloj hotelskoj kući, iako se u noj problemi gomilaju.

- Pozivamo sve radnike da razbiju strah i priključe nam se. Nemamo nikakve informacije o promjeni vlasničke strukture u “Le Meridien Lavu”, no ako do toga dođe, vjerujemo da ćemo uspjeti u namjeri da zaposlenici postani članovi STUH-a - zaključio je Andrić.
