Svašta će se otkriti ispod zemlje nakon prokopavanja kninskih ulica u okviru rekonstrukcije vodovodne i kanalizacijske mreže grada.

Tako je u utorak u Kninu osim avionske bombe pronađen i kostur iz kasne antike, a vjerojatno je riječ o kosturu pripadnika starog naroda, Istočnih Gota ili Ostrogota, kako su nam pojasnili u Konzervatorskom odjelu.

- Riječ je o kosturu iz kasne antike, odnosno iz vremena velike seobe naroda s početka 6. stoljeća koji je pronađen prilikom kopanja Ulice Braće Radića ispod vodospreme podno brda Spasa. Radovi su na tome mjestu zaustavljeni te će se obaviti zaštitna arheološka istraživanja – kazao nam je viši stručni savjetnik, konzervator dr. Marko Sinobad iz Konervatorskog odjela u Šibeniku.
Mjesto na kojemu je pronađen kostur
Područje oko vodospreme podno brda Spasa koje je sada naseljeno područje i može se smatrati središtem grada jedno je od značajnijih arheoloških nalazišta u ovom dijelu Europe.

- To je najveće istraženo groblje seobe naroda u jugoistočnoj Europi, a osim Istočnih Gota tu se nalaze i grobovi starog naroda, Gepida. Istraživanjem arheologa Zdenka Vinskoga koje je obavljeno 70-ih godina 20. stoljeća tu je pronađeno 230 grobova - otkrio nam je dr. Sinobad.

Cijelo područje oko brda Spasa puno je još neistraženih arheoloških nalaza. Tako je, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, prije dva mjeseca pronađen kostur kojemu je glava bila probodena kopljem. Kostur je pronađen također prilikom radova, i to kod trafostanice u blizini cafe bara 2NM.

Svašta će se otkriti ispod zemlje nakon prokopavanja kninskih ulica u okviru rekonstrukcije vodovodne i kanalizacijske mreže grada.

Tako je u utorak u Kninu osim avionske bombe pronađen i kostur iz kasne antike, a vjerojatno je riječ o kosturu pripadnika starog naroda, Istočnih Gota ili Ostrogota, kako su nam pojasnili u Konzervatorskom odjelu.

- Riječ je o kosturu iz kasne antike, odnosno iz vremena velike seobe naroda s početka 6. stoljeća koji je pronađen prilikom kopanja Ulice Braće Radića ispod vodospreme podno brda Spasa. Radovi su na tome mjestu zaustavljeni te će se obaviti zaštitna arheološka istraživanja – kazao nam je viši stručni savjetnik, konzervator dr. Marko Sinobad iz Konervatorskog odjela u Šibeniku.
Mjesto na kojemu je pronađen kostur
Područje oko vodospreme podno brda Spasa koje je sada naseljeno područje i može se smatrati središtem grada jedno je od značajnijih arheoloških nalazišta u ovom dijelu Europe.

- To je najveće istraženo groblje seobe naroda u jugoistočnoj Europi, a osim Istočnih Gota tu se nalaze i grobovi starog naroda, Gepida. Istraživanjem arheologa Zdenka Vinskoga koje je obavljeno 70-ih godina 20. stoljeća tu je pronađeno 230 grobova - otkrio nam je dr. Sinobad.

Cijelo područje oko brda Spasa puno je još neistraženih arheoloških nalaza. Tako je, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, prije dva mjeseca pronađen kostur kojemu je glava bila probodena kopljem. Kostur je pronađen također prilikom radova, i to kod trafostanice u blizini cafe bara 2NM.
