Vlada Republike Hrvatske je na sjednici održanoj 16. prosinca imenovala Marina Čavića za povjerenika za obavljanje poslova iz nadležnosti Općine Starigrad. 

Za svoj rad odgovarat će Vladi Republike Hrvatske kojoj će podnijeti izvješće putem Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave.

HDZ-ov načelnik Krste Ramić (50) nakon 18 godina upravljanja i 14 godina sudskog postupka, od utorka, 15. studenog, prestao je i službeno obnašati dužnost ‘prvog čovjeka‘ Općine Starigrad.

Ramić je s HDZ-ovim općinskim vijećnikom Tomislavom Ramićem pravomoćno osuđen na uvjetnu zatvorsku kaznu od šest mjeseci s rokom kušnje od tri godine zbog davanja lažnog iskaza.

Optužnicom se teretio da je 10. svibnja 2010. godine u parničnom postupku Višeslava Dokoze neistinito iskazao da je Milorad Jović kao sindikalni povjerenik i ujedno član predsjedništva HDZ-a bio na sjednici HDZ-a koja je održana 18. prosinca 2008. godine, tj. istoga dana prije sjednice Općinskog vijeća na kojoj je donesena odluka o izvanrednom otkazu, te da je glasovao o otkazu Višeslavu Dokozi.

Pri tome je Ramić znao da ta sjednica HDZ-a toga dana nije uopće održana, a učinio je to, kako se navodi u presudi, s ciljem kako bi opravdao osnovanost izvanrednog ugovora o radu. Općinski vijećnik I član općinskog odbora HDZ-a Tomislav Ramić svojim je potpisom ovjerio ispravu u kojoj su unijeti neistiniti podaci, te je dao lažni iskaz.

Vlada Republike Hrvatske je na sjednici održanoj 16. prosinca imenovala Marina Čavića za povjerenika za obavljanje poslova iz nadležnosti Općine Starigrad. 

Za svoj rad odgovarat će Vladi Republike Hrvatske kojoj će podnijeti izvješće putem Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave.

HDZ-ov načelnik Krste Ramić (50) nakon 18 godina upravljanja i 14 godina sudskog postupka, od utorka, 15. studenog, prestao je i službeno obnašati dužnost ‘prvog čovjeka‘ Općine Starigrad.

Ramić je s HDZ-ovim općinskim vijećnikom Tomislavom Ramićem pravomoćno osuđen na uvjetnu zatvorsku kaznu od šest mjeseci s rokom kušnje od tri godine zbog davanja lažnog iskaza.

Optužnicom se teretio da je 10. svibnja 2010. godine u parničnom postupku Višeslava Dokoze neistinito iskazao da je Milorad Jović kao sindikalni povjerenik i ujedno član predsjedništva HDZ-a bio na sjednici HDZ-a koja je održana 18. prosinca 2008. godine, tj. istoga dana prije sjednice Općinskog vijeća na kojoj je donesena odluka o izvanrednom otkazu, te da je glasovao o otkazu Višeslavu Dokozi.

Pri tome je Ramić znao da ta sjednica HDZ-a toga dana nije uopće održana, a učinio je to, kako se navodi u presudi, s ciljem kako bi opravdao osnovanost izvanrednog ugovora o radu. Općinski vijećnik I član općinskog odbora HDZ-a Tomislav Ramić svojim je potpisom ovjerio ispravu u kojoj su unijeti neistiniti podaci, te je dao lažni iskaz.

Nakon 18 godina Ramićeva mandata Vlada imenovala povjerenika za načelnika Općine Starigrad

Vlada Republike Hrvatske je na sjednici održanoj 16. prosinca imenovala Marina Čavića za povjerenika za obavljanje poslova iz nadležnosti Općine Starigrad. 

Za svoj rad odgovarat će Vladi Republike Hrvatske kojoj će podnijeti izvješće putem Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave.

HDZ-ov načelnik Krste Ramić (50) nakon 18 godina upravljanja i 14 godina sudskog postupka, od utorka, 15. studenog, prestao je i službeno obnašati dužnost ‘prvog čovjeka‘ Općine Starigrad.

Ramić je s HDZ-ovim općinskim vijećnikom Tomislavom Ramićem pravomoćno osuđen na uvjetnu zatvorsku kaznu od šest mjeseci s rokom kušnje od tri godine zbog davanja lažnog iskaza.

Optužnicom se teretio da je 10. svibnja 2010. godine u parničnom postupku Višeslava Dokoze neistinito iskazao da je Milorad Jović kao sindikalni povjerenik i ujedno član predsjedništva HDZ-a bio na sjednici HDZ-a koja je održana 18. prosinca 2008. godine, tj. istoga dana prije sjednice Općinskog vijeća na kojoj je donesena odluka o izvanrednom otkazu, te da je glasovao o otkazu Višeslavu Dokozi.

Pri tome je Ramić znao da ta sjednica HDZ-a toga dana nije uopće održana, a učinio je to, kako se navodi u presudi, s ciljem kako bi opravdao osnovanost izvanrednog ugovora o radu. Općinski vijećnik I član općinskog odbora HDZ-a Tomislav Ramić svojim je potpisom ovjerio ispravu u kojoj su unijeti neistiniti podaci, te je dao lažni iskaz.
