U nedjelju počinje ljetno računanje vremena pa će ljudi morati pomaknuti kazaljke na satovima, što nekima remeti dnevni ritam i osjećaj za vrijeme. S obzirom na to da se države članice EU nisu dogovorile oko predloženog ukidanja pomicanja sata taj režim na snazi ostaje i dalje.

Ljetno računanje počinje u noći na nedjelju, 27. ožujka u dva sata tako što se pomicanjem za jedan sat unaprijed vrijeme u dva sata računa kao tri sata.

Prelaskom na ljetno vrijeme struja utrošena od 8 do 22 sata obračunavat će se prema višoj tarifi, a u razdoblju od 22 do 8 sati prema nižoj, napominje Hrvatska elektroprivreda.

Vozači će na automobilima još neko vrijeme trebati danju paliti svjetla jer se prema Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama dnevna svijetla trebaju koristiti od 1. studenoga do 31. ožujka.

Ljetno računanje vremena ljudima će omogućiti više danjeg svjetla i smanjiti izdatke za struju, no stručnjaci već odavno upozoravaju da gubitak sata sna kod nekih ljudi može izazvati poremećaje vezane uz spavanje barem u prvim danima kao i neke druge zdravstvene tegobe.

Iako je Europska komisija prije nekoliko godina predložila da se ukine sezonsko pomicanje sata, države članice o tome se još nisu dogovorile, a čini se da u dogledno vrijeme ni neće.

Odluka o tome hoće li neka država uzeti kao trajno ljetno ili zimsko vrijeme ovisi o njezinu zemljopisnom položaju pa sezonsko pomicanje sata, uz sve nedostatke, čini se ostaje najbolji kompromis.

Kad bi, primjerice sve zemlje iz srednjoeuropske vremenske zone uzele trajno ljetno vrijeme, u Španjolskoj, Belgiji, Nizozemskoj, Danskoj zimi bi sunce izlazilo tek sredinom prijepodneva, a na sjeverozapadu Španjolske oko 10 sati.

U slučaju da uzmu zimsko kao trajno vrijeme, sunce bi na istoku Poljske ljeti izlazilo u tri sata ujutro.

Ako to pitanje ponovno dođe na dnevni red EU, Hrvatska će prema ranijoj izjavi čelnika nadležnog Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture Olega Butkovića iznijeti stav da se zalaže za ljetno računanje vremena.

Prijedlog direktive kojom se predlaže trajno ukidanje pomicanja sata uvjetovanog izmjenom godišnjih razdoblja istovremeno u svim državama članicama Europska komisija uputila je Europskom parlamentu i Vijeću Europske unije u rujnu 2018., napominje u odgovoru Hini Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Prijedlog je bio da države članice samostalno odlučuju o daljnjem trajnom izboru svojeg standardnog vremena, odnosno hoće li trajno zadržati zimsko ili ljetno vrijeme ali bi o svom izboru bile obvezne obavijestiti Komisiju, najmanje šest mjeseci prije nego se navedena promjena počne primjenjivati.

Ministarstvo vezano za plan EK da se ukine pomicanje sata dvaput godišnje pojašnjava da je riječ o početnom prijedlogu podložnom promjenama od strane zakonodavaca EU pa tek konačna verzija obvezuje države članice, građane i zakonodavce.

U raspravi koja je počela u jesen 2018. države članice posebno su istaknule da će primjena usklađenog i dobro koordiniranog pristupa u cijeloj EU, vezano za izbor standardnog vremena biti ključna kako bi se izbjegla fragmentacija i neujednačenost vremenskih zona te tako bi se zaštitilo ispravno funkcioniranje unutarnjeg tržišta EU.

U Vijeću je postalo jasno da će biti teško postići dogovor oko ujednačavanja standardnog vremena među susjednim državama, kažu u Ministarstvu, napominjući da su prvi puta kada se direktiva donosila trebale četiri godine iako je tada bilo samo devet država članica.

Situaciju je, kažu, otežala i činjenica da Europska komisija nije popratila izradu prijedloga standardnom procjenom učinka.

U nedjelju počinje ljetno računanje vremena pa će ljudi morati pomaknuti kazaljke na satovima, što nekima remeti dnevni ritam i osjećaj za vrijeme. S obzirom na to da se države članice EU nisu dogovorile oko predloženog ukidanja pomicanja sata taj režim na snazi ostaje i dalje.

Ljetno računanje počinje u noći na nedjelju, 27. ožujka u dva sata tako što se pomicanjem za jedan sat unaprijed vrijeme u dva sata računa kao tri sata.

Prelaskom na ljetno vrijeme struja utrošena od 8 do 22 sata obračunavat će se prema višoj tarifi, a u razdoblju od 22 do 8 sati prema nižoj, napominje Hrvatska elektroprivreda.

Vozači će na automobilima još neko vrijeme trebati danju paliti svjetla jer se prema Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama dnevna svijetla trebaju koristiti od 1. studenoga do 31. ožujka.

Ljetno računanje vremena ljudima će omogućiti više danjeg svjetla i smanjiti izdatke za struju, no stručnjaci već odavno upozoravaju da gubitak sata sna kod nekih ljudi može izazvati poremećaje vezane uz spavanje barem u prvim danima kao i neke druge zdravstvene tegobe.

Iako je Europska komisija prije nekoliko godina predložila da se ukine sezonsko pomicanje sata, države članice o tome se još nisu dogovorile, a čini se da u dogledno vrijeme ni neće.

Odluka o tome hoće li neka država uzeti kao trajno ljetno ili zimsko vrijeme ovisi o njezinu zemljopisnom položaju pa sezonsko pomicanje sata, uz sve nedostatke, čini se ostaje najbolji kompromis.

Kad bi, primjerice sve zemlje iz srednjoeuropske vremenske zone uzele trajno ljetno vrijeme, u Španjolskoj, Belgiji, Nizozemskoj, Danskoj zimi bi sunce izlazilo tek sredinom prijepodneva, a na sjeverozapadu Španjolske oko 10 sati.

U slučaju da uzmu zimsko kao trajno vrijeme, sunce bi na istoku Poljske ljeti izlazilo u tri sata ujutro.

Ako to pitanje ponovno dođe na dnevni red EU, Hrvatska će prema ranijoj izjavi čelnika nadležnog Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture Olega Butkovića iznijeti stav da se zalaže za ljetno računanje vremena.

Prijedlog direktive kojom se predlaže trajno ukidanje pomicanja sata uvjetovanog izmjenom godišnjih razdoblja istovremeno u svim državama članicama Europska komisija uputila je Europskom parlamentu i Vijeću Europske unije u rujnu 2018., napominje u odgovoru Hini Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Prijedlog je bio da države članice samostalno odlučuju o daljnjem trajnom izboru svojeg standardnog vremena, odnosno hoće li trajno zadržati zimsko ili ljetno vrijeme ali bi o svom izboru bile obvezne obavijestiti Komisiju, najmanje šest mjeseci prije nego se navedena promjena počne primjenjivati.

Ministarstvo vezano za plan EK da se ukine pomicanje sata dvaput godišnje pojašnjava da je riječ o početnom prijedlogu podložnom promjenama od strane zakonodavaca EU pa tek konačna verzija obvezuje države članice, građane i zakonodavce.

U raspravi koja je počela u jesen 2018. države članice posebno su istaknule da će primjena usklađenog i dobro koordiniranog pristupa u cijeloj EU, vezano za izbor standardnog vremena biti ključna kako bi se izbjegla fragmentacija i neujednačenost vremenskih zona te tako bi se zaštitilo ispravno funkcioniranje unutarnjeg tržišta EU.

U Vijeću je postalo jasno da će biti teško postići dogovor oko ujednačavanja standardnog vremena među susjednim državama, kažu u Ministarstvu, napominjući da su prvi puta kada se direktiva donosila trebale četiri godine iako je tada bilo samo devet država članica.

Situaciju je, kažu, otežala i činjenica da Europska komisija nije popratila izradu prijedloga standardnom procjenom učinka.

Države EU-a nisu se uspjele dogovoriti: noćas ćemo spavati sat kraće, podsjećamo i što se još mijenja prelaskom na ljetno računanje vremena

U nedjelju počinje ljetno računanje vremena pa će ljudi morati pomaknuti kazaljke na satovima, što nekima remeti dnevni ritam i osjećaj za vrijeme. S obzirom na to da se države članice EU nisu dogovorile oko predloženog ukidanja pomicanja sata taj režim na snazi ostaje i dalje.

Ljetno računanje počinje u noći na nedjelju, 27. ožujka u dva sata tako što se pomicanjem za jedan sat unaprijed vrijeme u dva sata računa kao tri sata.

Prelaskom na ljetno vrijeme struja utrošena od 8 do 22 sata obračunavat će se prema višoj tarifi, a u razdoblju od 22 do 8 sati prema nižoj, napominje Hrvatska elektroprivreda.

Vozači će na automobilima još neko vrijeme trebati danju paliti svjetla jer se prema Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama dnevna svijetla trebaju koristiti od 1. studenoga do 31. ožujka.

Ljetno računanje vremena ljudima će omogućiti više danjeg svjetla i smanjiti izdatke za struju, no stručnjaci već odavno upozoravaju da gubitak sata sna kod nekih ljudi može izazvati poremećaje vezane uz spavanje barem u prvim danima kao i neke druge zdravstvene tegobe.

Iako je Europska komisija prije nekoliko godina predložila da se ukine sezonsko pomicanje sata, države članice o tome se još nisu dogovorile, a čini se da u dogledno vrijeme ni neće.

Odluka o tome hoće li neka država uzeti kao trajno ljetno ili zimsko vrijeme ovisi o njezinu zemljopisnom položaju pa sezonsko pomicanje sata, uz sve nedostatke, čini se ostaje najbolji kompromis.

Kad bi, primjerice sve zemlje iz srednjoeuropske vremenske zone uzele trajno ljetno vrijeme, u Španjolskoj, Belgiji, Nizozemskoj, Danskoj zimi bi sunce izlazilo tek sredinom prijepodneva, a na sjeverozapadu Španjolske oko 10 sati.

U slučaju da uzmu zimsko kao trajno vrijeme, sunce bi na istoku Poljske ljeti izlazilo u tri sata ujutro.
