Zbog takvog zakona možda u Srbiji dožive da netko od ministara u svoj kabinet donese i fotografiju ratnog zločinca Ratka Mladića

Ministar za infrastrukturu Srbije Milutin Mrkonjić i dalje će moći držati fotografiju svoga bivšeg lidera Slobodana Miloševića u kabinetu u zgradi Vlade Srbije, zato što u Srbiji nije kažnjivo reklamirati haaške optuženike.

Zbog takvog zakona možda u Srbiji dožive da netko od ministara u svoj kabinet donese i fotografiju ratnog zločinca Ratka Mladića, koji je, kao i pokojni Milošević, haaški optuženik.

Izbacivanje fotografije Slobodana Miloševića iz kabineta ministra Mrkonjića zatražio je lider DHSS-a Vladan Batić. Međutim, Milutin Mrkonjić kaže da mu ne pada na pamet odreći se fotografije njegova bivšeg partijskog predsjednika.

- Ma, kakav Haag, kakva promocija haaških optuženika! Prvo, ne vidim ništa sporno u tome što držim sliku Slobodana Miloševića, jer jednostavno volim slike! Drugo, nemam samo slike Miloševića u kabinetu, već i sliku predsjednika Srbije Borisa Tadića... - navodi Mrkonjić, a piše beogradski “Press”.

Zamjenik tužitelja za ratne zločine Bruno Vekarić kaže da isticanje slika haaških optuženika u zgradi Vlade Srbije nije nezakonito.

 - Nijednim pravnim aktom ta materija nije uređena, tako da nije predviđena kazna za promociju haaških optuženika. Zakoni obvezuju na suradnju, ali ovaj dio nije zabranjen. Stvar je svakog pojedinca, pa i državnog službenika, kako će se prema tome odnositi - objašnjava Vekarić.

Fotografiju Slobodana Miloševića u zgradi Vlade Srbije nije želio posebno komentirati ni jedini preostali član Akcijskog tima za okončanje suradnje sa Tribunalom, tužitelj Vladimir Vukčević. Na pitanje bi li netko od ministara mogao objesiti na zid i fotografiju Ratka Mladića, tužitelj samo kaže da bilo čije fotografije nemaju nikakve veze s Akcijskim timom”.

Zanimljivo, direktor kancelarije Nacionalnog savjeta za suradnju s Haagom Dušan Ignjatović među onima je koji tvrde da fotografijama haaških optuženika nije mjesto u Vladi Srbije.

 - Zgrada Vlade Srbije nije mjesto za fotografije optuženih pred Tribunalom, bez obzira kako se zovu i osobno ih nikada ne bih držao - tvrdi Ignjatović.

Zanimljivo je da fotografiju haaškog optuženika Slobodana Miloševića nije želio komentirati predsjednik Nacionalnog savjeta za suradnju sa Tribunalom Rasim Ljajić, makar je on među onima koji se deklarativno zalažu da svi zločinci trebaju izići pred sud.

Zbog takvog zakona možda u Srbiji dožive da netko od ministara u svoj kabinet donese i fotografiju ratnog zločinca Ratka Mladića

Ministar za infrastrukturu Srbije Milutin Mrkonjić i dalje će moći držati fotografiju svoga bivšeg lidera Slobodana Miloševića u kabinetu u zgradi Vlade Srbije, zato što u Srbiji nije kažnjivo reklamirati haaške optuženike.

Zbog takvog zakona možda u Srbiji dožive da netko od ministara u svoj kabinet donese i fotografiju ratnog zločinca Ratka Mladića, koji je, kao i pokojni Milošević, haaški optuženik.

Izbacivanje fotografije Slobodana Miloševića iz kabineta ministra Mrkonjića zatražio je lider DHSS-a Vladan Batić. Međutim, Milutin Mrkonjić kaže da mu ne pada na pamet odreći se fotografije njegova bivšeg partijskog predsjednika.

- Ma, kakav Haag, kakva promocija haaških optuženika! Prvo, ne vidim ništa sporno u tome što držim sliku Slobodana Miloševića, jer jednostavno volim slike! Drugo, nemam samo slike Miloševića u kabinetu, već i sliku predsjednika Srbije Borisa Tadića... - navodi Mrkonjić, a piše beogradski “Press”.

Zamjenik tužitelja za ratne zločine Bruno Vekarić kaže da isticanje slika haaških optuženika u zgradi Vlade Srbije nije nezakonito.

 - Nijednim pravnim aktom ta materija nije uređena, tako da nije predviđena kazna za promociju haaških optuženika. Zakoni obvezuju na suradnju, ali ovaj dio nije zabranjen. Stvar je svakog pojedinca, pa i državnog službenika, kako će se prema tome odnositi - objašnjava Vekarić.

Fotografiju Slobodana Miloševića u zgradi Vlade Srbije nije želio posebno komentirati ni jedini preostali član Akcijskog tima za okončanje suradnje sa Tribunalom, tužitelj Vladimir Vukčević. Na pitanje bi li netko od ministara mogao objesiti na zid i fotografiju Ratka Mladića, tužitelj samo kaže da bilo čije fotografije nemaju nikakve veze s Akcijskim timom”.

Zanimljivo, direktor kancelarije Nacionalnog savjeta za suradnju s Haagom Dušan Ignjatović među onima je koji tvrde da fotografijama haaških optuženika nije mjesto u Vladi Srbije.

 - Zgrada Vlade Srbije nije mjesto za fotografije optuženih pred Tribunalom, bez obzira kako se zovu i osobno ih nikada ne bih držao - tvrdi Ignjatović.

Zanimljivo je da fotografiju haaškog optuženika Slobodana Miloševića nije želio komentirati predsjednik Nacionalnog savjeta za suradnju sa Tribunalom Rasim Ljajić, makar je on među onima koji se deklarativno zalažu da svi zločinci trebaju izići pred sud.
