Jedini čovjek na svijetu koji uspješno sjedi na dvije geopolitičke stolice je turski lider Recep Tayyip Erdogan. To je dokazao i subotnjom izjavom – izrečenom baš uoči najavljenog puta u Ameriku – da Turska namjerava ući u Šangajski pakt, političku i sigurnosnu organizaciju koju predvode najveći američki neprijatelji: Rusija i Kina.

- Takvim korakom naši će odnosi s tim zemljama biti pomaknuti na puno drugačiju poziciju - rekao je Erdogan za turske medije nakon povratka iz Uzbekistana, gdje je prisustvovao samitu Šangajskog pakta (koji se punim imenom naziva Šangajska organizacija za suradnju – SCO), održanom 15. i 16. rujna u drevnom uzbekistanskom gradu Samarkandu.

Na izravno novinarsko pitanje misli li time na članstvo Turske u SCO-u, Erdogan je uzvratio:

- Naravno, to je cilj.

Turska trenutno unutar Šangajskog pakta ima status „dijaloškog partnera”, a do ovog samita SCO je imao osam članica: četiri nuklearne sile (Rusija, Kina, Indija, Pakistan) i četiri centralnoazijska „stana” (Kazahstan, Kirgistan, Tadžikistan i Uzbekistan).

Deveta članica ovog je tjedna postao još jedan američki arhi-neprijatelj: Iran. Ta je zemlja u Samarkandu potpisala memorandum o pristupanju SCO-u, kojeg sada formalno moraju ratificirati parlamenti zemalja članica, što će biti okončano do kraja godine.

Iako SCO službeno nije vojni savez (premda članice održavaju zajedničke vojne vježbe), mnogi tu organizaciju vide kao jezgru budućeg „Istočnog NATO-a”. U tom smislu, pristupanje Irana SCO-u smatra se „istočnim odgovorom” na pristupanje Švedske i Finske NATO-u, pri čemu je Iran vojno mnogo jači od nordijskih država.

Stvara se Euroazija bez EU

Kako ističu analitičari, Iran ovim potezom izlazi iz međunarodne izolacije - koju su mu još od pobjede Islamske revolucije 1979. nametnuli Amerika i Zapad - te postaje punopravni član najveće svjetske regionalne organizacije, koja (zasad) obuhvaća preko 60 posto euroazijskog kopna, 40 posto svjetske populacije i više od 30 posto globalnog BDP-a.

SCO se planira i dalje širiti. Kako proizlazi iz deklaracije donesene u Samarkandu, deseta članica najvjerojatnije će biti Bjelorusija, a potom su na redu Afganistan i Mongolija, koji sada imaju status promatrača.

Osim Turske, status dijaloških partnera SCO-a imaju i trenutno zaraćene kavkaske države Armenija i Azerbajdžan, kao i niz zemalja jugoistočne Azije (Kambodža, Nepal, Šri Lanka, Mianmar) i Bliskog istoka (Saudijska Arabija, UAE, Katar, Bahrein, Kuvajt), kojima možemo pridružiti i Egipat.

Promatrači naročito zanimljivom drže ovu bliskoistočnu komponentu SCO-a, jer bi formalnim uključenjem tih zemalja u Šangajski pakt u geopolitičkom smislu nastala svojevrsna „velika Azija” ili „mini Euroazija” (Euroazija minus EU), koja bi uključivala europski dio Rusije i najveći dio Azije.

Stručnjaci ističu da se taj koncept „mini Euroazije” spominje u ruskim strateškim planovima, a prihvaćen je i u Kini, jer se uklapa u kinesku inicijativu „Jedan pojas - jedan put”.

Uzajamna odbijanja vode u rat

Jasno je da se ovakve koncepcije istočnih sila direktno sudaraju s američkom strategijom održavanja globalne hegemonije. Interesantno je da se na počecima Šangajskog pakta – koji je osnovan 2001., a Indija i Pakistan su se pridružili 2017. godine – toj organizaciji željela priključiti i Amerika, ali su se tome suprotstavili Moskva i Peking.

Jednako je interesantno da je nešto ranije, na prijelazu milenija, i Rusija željela postati članica NATO-a – kako je to posvjedočio tadašnji i sadašnji ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin, a potvrdio tadašnji predsjednik SAD-a Bill Clinton – ali je Washington to odbio.

Ta uzajamna odbijanja dovela su svijet u današnje predratno stanje. NATO nije htio Rusiju, jer bez Rusije kao protivnika ne bi imao smisao postojanja. SCO nije htio Ameriku jer je i nastao kao antiamerički savez, koliko god to njegovi lideri odbijali javno reći.

I sada imamo novu geopolitičku varijablu: Erdoganova Turska, jedna od ključnih NATO članica, želi biti i članica SCO-a. Jasno je da Amerika to ne može dopustiti (osim ako bi Turska bila njezin „trojanski konj” u SCO-u), pa će biti zanimljivo vidjeti kako će hegemon reagirati na ove sultanove egzibicije

Jedini čovjek na svijetu koji uspješno sjedi na dvije geopolitičke stolice je turski lider Recep Tayyip Erdogan. To je dokazao i subotnjom izjavom – izrečenom baš uoči najavljenog puta u Ameriku – da Turska namjerava ući u Šangajski pakt, političku i sigurnosnu organizaciju koju predvode najveći američki neprijatelji: Rusija i Kina.

- Takvim korakom naši će odnosi s tim zemljama biti pomaknuti na puno drugačiju poziciju - rekao je Erdogan za turske medije nakon povratka iz Uzbekistana, gdje je prisustvovao samitu Šangajskog pakta (koji se punim imenom naziva Šangajska organizacija za suradnju – SCO), održanom 15. i 16. rujna u drevnom uzbekistanskom gradu Samarkandu.

Na izravno novinarsko pitanje misli li time na članstvo Turske u SCO-u, Erdogan je uzvratio:

- Naravno, to je cilj.

Turska trenutno unutar Šangajskog pakta ima status „dijaloškog partnera”, a do ovog samita SCO je imao osam članica: četiri nuklearne sile (Rusija, Kina, Indija, Pakistan) i četiri centralnoazijska „stana” (Kazahstan, Kirgistan, Tadžikistan i Uzbekistan).

Deveta članica ovog je tjedna postao još jedan američki arhi-neprijatelj: Iran. Ta je zemlja u Samarkandu potpisala memorandum o pristupanju SCO-u, kojeg sada formalno moraju ratificirati parlamenti zemalja članica, što će biti okončano do kraja godine.

Iako SCO službeno nije vojni savez (premda članice održavaju zajedničke vojne vježbe), mnogi tu organizaciju vide kao jezgru budućeg „Istočnog NATO-a”. U tom smislu, pristupanje Irana SCO-u smatra se „istočnim odgovorom” na pristupanje Švedske i Finske NATO-u, pri čemu je Iran vojno mnogo jači od nordijskih država.

Stvara se Euroazija bez EU

Kako ističu analitičari, Iran ovim potezom izlazi iz međunarodne izolacije - koju su mu još od pobjede Islamske revolucije 1979. nametnuli Amerika i Zapad - te postaje punopravni član najveće svjetske regionalne organizacije, koja (zasad) obuhvaća preko 60 posto euroazijskog kopna, 40 posto svjetske populacije i više od 30 posto globalnog BDP-a.

SCO se planira i dalje širiti. Kako proizlazi iz deklaracije donesene u Samarkandu, deseta članica najvjerojatnije će biti Bjelorusija, a potom su na redu Afganistan i Mongolija, koji sada imaju status promatrača.

Osim Turske, status dijaloških partnera SCO-a imaju i trenutno zaraćene kavkaske države Armenija i Azerbajdžan, kao i niz zemalja jugoistočne Azije (Kambodža, Nepal, Šri Lanka, Mianmar) i Bliskog istoka (Saudijska Arabija, UAE, Katar, Bahrein, Kuvajt), kojima možemo pridružiti i Egipat.

Promatrači naročito zanimljivom drže ovu bliskoistočnu komponentu SCO-a, jer bi formalnim uključenjem tih zemalja u Šangajski pakt u geopolitičkom smislu nastala svojevrsna „velika Azija” ili „mini Euroazija” (Euroazija minus EU), koja bi uključivala europski dio Rusije i najveći dio Azije.

Stručnjaci ističu da se taj koncept „mini Euroazije” spominje u ruskim strateškim planovima, a prihvaćen je i u Kini, jer se uklapa u kinesku inicijativu „Jedan pojas - jedan put”.

Uzajamna odbijanja vode u rat

Jasno je da se ovakve koncepcije istočnih sila direktno sudaraju s američkom strategijom održavanja globalne hegemonije. Interesantno je da se na počecima Šangajskog pakta – koji je osnovan 2001., a Indija i Pakistan su se pridružili 2017. godine – toj organizaciji željela priključiti i Amerika, ali su se tome suprotstavili Moskva i Peking.

Jednako je interesantno da je nešto ranije, na prijelazu milenija, i Rusija željela postati članica NATO-a – kako je to posvjedočio tadašnji i sadašnji ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin, a potvrdio tadašnji predsjednik SAD-a Bill Clinton – ali je Washington to odbio.

Ta uzajamna odbijanja dovela su svijet u današnje predratno stanje. NATO nije htio Rusiju, jer bez Rusije kao protivnika ne bi imao smisao postojanja. SCO nije htio Ameriku jer je i nastao kao antiamerički savez, koliko god to njegovi lideri odbijali javno reći.

I sada imamo novu geopolitičku varijablu: Erdoganova Turska, jedna od ključnih NATO članica, želi biti i članica SCO-a. Jasno je da Amerika to ne može dopustiti (osim ako bi Turska bila njezin „trojanski konj” u SCO-u), pa će biti zanimljivo vidjeti kako će hegemon reagirati na ove sultanove egzibicije
