Općina Župa dubrovačka od svog osnivanja provedi socijalni program koji je reguliran Odlukom o socijalnoj skrbi, a u čijem su fokusu osobe izložene siromaštvu i/ili socijalnoj isključenosti kojima se pruža socijalna zaštita ili se u njih ulaže kako bi prevladali nepovoljne životne okolnosti.

Od 1. siječnja na snazi je nova Odluka o socijalnoj skrbi Općine Župa dubrovačka koja je osim usklađivanja sa izmjenama Zakona o socijalnoj skrbi korisnicima donijela niz pogodnosti i povećanja.

Pokazala se i potreba za dodatnom zaštitom  građana s niskim primanjima te se novom Odlukom povećava cenzus prihoda za samca ili kućanstvo prilikom ostvarivanja prava na jednokratnu novčanu pomoć.

Jednoroditeljskim obiteljima/kućanstvima za koje istraživanja pokazuju da je rizik od siromaštva iznadprosječan, naknada je povećana za dodatnih 50%. Pa će tako svako dijete samohranog roditelja dobivati mjesečnu naknadu od 30,00 eura. Pravo na stalnu novčanu naknadu u iznosu od 200,00 eura mjesečno po novoj odluci ostvaruju djeca bez oba roditelja i to svako maloljetno dijete i dijete koje se redovito školuje, a ima prebivalište na području Općine Župa dubrovačka.

S obzirom na to da se u socijalnim politikama skupina osoba starije životne dobi prepoznaju kao jedna od najugroženijih skupina, novom Odlukom povećan je cenzus za priznavanje prava na stalnu novčanu pomoć za svakodnevne troškove umirovljenika.

Svi umirovljenici kojima ukupna primanja ne prelaze 300 eura, ostvarit će mjesečnu naknadu od 30,00 eura.

Osobama preko 65 godina bez ikakvih primanja naknada se povećava na 40 eura mjesečno. Znatno se povećala naknada korisnicima osobne invalidnine na 60,00 eura mjesečno, zajamčene minimalne naknade na 40 eura i tuđe pomoći i njege na 20 eura.

Novom Odlukom povećala se naknada i za opremu novorođenog djeteta. Roditelji iz Župe dubrovačke za svako novorođeno dijete dobit će naknadu: 200 eura za prvo dijete, 300 eura za drugo dijete, 500 eura za treće dijete i 1.000 eura za četvrto i svako sljedeće dijete.

Korisnici koji su lani ostvarivali prava na mjesečne naknade,  u veljači su obnovili dokumentaciju. U tijeku je obrada dostavljenih zahtjeva nakon čega će se u ovom mjesecu izvršit uplata za prva tri mjeseca.

U svakom trenutku tijekom godine, oni korisnici koji ostvare uvjete za bilo koje od navedenih prava mogu podnijeti zahtjev koji se nalazi na službenim stranicama Općine Župa dubrovačka.

Općina Župa dubrovačka od svog osnivanja provedi socijalni program koji je reguliran Odlukom o socijalnoj skrbi, a u čijem su fokusu osobe izložene siromaštvu i/ili socijalnoj isključenosti kojima se pruža socijalna zaštita ili se u njih ulaže kako bi prevladali nepovoljne životne okolnosti.

Od 1. siječnja na snazi je nova Odluka o socijalnoj skrbi Općine Župa dubrovačka koja je osim usklađivanja sa izmjenama Zakona o socijalnoj skrbi korisnicima donijela niz pogodnosti i povećanja.

Pokazala se i potreba za dodatnom zaštitom  građana s niskim primanjima te se novom Odlukom povećava cenzus prihoda za samca ili kućanstvo prilikom ostvarivanja prava na jednokratnu novčanu pomoć.

Jednoroditeljskim obiteljima/kućanstvima za koje istraživanja pokazuju da je rizik od siromaštva iznadprosječan, naknada je povećana za dodatnih 50%. Pa će tako svako dijete samohranog roditelja dobivati mjesečnu naknadu od 30,00 eura. Pravo na stalnu novčanu naknadu u iznosu od 200,00 eura mjesečno po novoj odluci ostvaruju djeca bez oba roditelja i to svako maloljetno dijete i dijete koje se redovito školuje, a ima prebivalište na području Općine Župa dubrovačka.

S obzirom na to da se u socijalnim politikama skupina osoba starije životne dobi prepoznaju kao jedna od najugroženijih skupina, novom Odlukom povećan je cenzus za priznavanje prava na stalnu novčanu pomoć za svakodnevne troškove umirovljenika.

Svi umirovljenici kojima ukupna primanja ne prelaze 300 eura, ostvarit će mjesečnu naknadu od 30,00 eura.

Osobama preko 65 godina bez ikakvih primanja naknada se povećava na 40 eura mjesečno. Znatno se povećala naknada korisnicima osobne invalidnine na 60,00 eura mjesečno, zajamčene minimalne naknade na 40 eura i tuđe pomoći i njege na 20 eura.

Novom Odlukom povećala se naknada i za opremu novorođenog djeteta. Roditelji iz Župe dubrovačke za svako novorođeno dijete dobit će naknadu: 200 eura za prvo dijete, 300 eura za drugo dijete, 500 eura za treće dijete i 1.000 eura za četvrto i svako sljedeće dijete.

Korisnici koji su lani ostvarivali prava na mjesečne naknade,  u veljači su obnovili dokumentaciju. U tijeku je obrada dostavljenih zahtjeva nakon čega će se u ovom mjesecu izvršit uplata za prva tri mjeseca.

U svakom trenutku tijekom godine, oni korisnici koji ostvare uvjete za bilo koje od navedenih prava mogu podnijeti zahtjev koji se nalazi na službenim stranicama Općine Župa dubrovačka.

Općina Župa dubrovačka od svog osnivanja provedi socijalni program koji je reguliran Odlukom o socijalnoj skrbi, a u čijem su fokusu osobe izložene siromaštvu i/ili socijalnoj isključenosti kojima se pruža socijalna zaštita ili se u njih ulaže kako bi prevladali nepovoljne životne okolnosti.

Od 1. siječnja na snazi je nova Odluka o socijalnoj skrbi Općine Župa dubrovačka koja je osim usklađivanja sa izmjenama Zakona o socijalnoj skrbi korisnicima donijela niz pogodnosti i povećanja.

Pokazala se i potreba za dodatnom zaštitom  građana s niskim primanjima te se novom Odlukom povećava cenzus prihoda za samca ili kućanstvo prilikom ostvarivanja prava na jednokratnu novčanu pomoć.

Jednoroditeljskim obiteljima/kućanstvima za koje istraživanja pokazuju da je rizik od siromaštva iznadprosječan, naknada je povećana za dodatnih 50%. Pa će tako svako dijete samohranog roditelja dobivati mjesečnu naknadu od 30,00 eura. Pravo na stalnu novčanu naknadu u iznosu od 200,00 eura mjesečno po novoj odluci ostvaruju djeca bez oba roditelja i to svako maloljetno dijete i dijete koje se redovito školuje, a ima prebivalište na području Općine Župa dubrovačka.

S obzirom na to da se u socijalnim politikama skupina osoba starije životne dobi prepoznaju kao jedna od najugroženijih skupina, novom Odlukom povećan je cenzus za priznavanje prava na stalnu novčanu pomoć za svakodnevne troškove umirovljenika.

Svi umirovljenici kojima ukupna primanja ne prelaze 300 eura, ostvarit će mjesečnu naknadu od 30,00 eura.
