U Župi dubrovačkoj na Uskrs oživljava stari običaj gađanja uskrsnih jaja. Ovaj običaj u u Župi dubrovačkoj po sjećanju i pričama onih najstarijih počeo je negdje početkom 20. stoljeća u mjestu Čelopeci.

Igra se tako već skoro jedno stoljeće tradicionalno održava ispred "Gostione u Bendiša" (Bendiš - nadimak župske obitelji Beusan) na Rijeci. Tako je blagdan Uskrsa za djecu sela Lazina, Rijeke, Rovanja, Zakule, Mandaljene, Žitkovića i Zagrude imao posebno značenje, kako ono religiozno tako i društveno. A sve je uvijek išlo nekim redom. Nakon upaljene svijeće na trpezi i molitve, dječica bi jedva dočekala da fine uskršnji objed. Uzela bi iste one sparogom i cvijećem okićene košiće s trpeze u kojima je ujutro odnesen blagoslov (jaja, pinica, sol...) u crkvu, a koji su upravo blagovali i - pravac u selo. Skupila bi se tako djeca u grupama svaka u svom selu pa od kuće do kuće čestitala Uskrs.

Radost za najmlađe Župljane

Za uzvrat i zahvalu tratala bi ih domaćica iznijevši slatko, lemunatu, arancina, suhih smokava i bruštulanih mjendula, onda bi svako dijete regalala u lučini omašćenim jajem. A kad bi se košići napunili trčalo se u,,Bendiša", a opet pazeći da se jaja ne slome jer jaje je moralo bit neoštećeno. Na Rijeci bi ih dočekali domaćini spremni za gađanje jaja. Pripremili bi veće kovanicama, naravno u svako su bile druge, pa se oni nešto stariji sjećaju da se gađalo lirama, pa kunama, a od prošle godine eurima.

Dijete bi se odmaknuto oko 2-3 metra od domaćina kojeg bi izabralo, spojilo pete, razmaknuto prste i postavilo jaje. Tada bi domaćin gađao, a svaki promašaj se broji. Kao nekad prije tako i danas, samo danas euro po euro, sve dok se kovanica zabode u jaje ili ga prepolovi (ako je kovanica kojim slučajem pri pogotku ispala iz jaja gađanje istoga se nastavlja). Nakon što domaćin konačno pogodi jaje, dijete dobije onoliko novca koliko je bilo zbrojenih promašaja, a domaćin jaje. Tako bi se djeca izmjenjivala, jaja se gađala, košići se praznili, pa opet punili u drugim selima Čelopeka čestitajući Uskrs po župskim kućama, sve dok ne bi "špazi bili puni para". A domaćini? Oni bi se na kraju dana počastili ukusnom salatom od jaja i luka koju su pošteno platili i zaradili.

U Župi dubrovačkoj na Uskrs oživljava stari običaj gađanja uskrsnih jaja. Ovaj običaj u u Župi dubrovačkoj po sjećanju i pričama onih najstarijih počeo je negdje početkom 20. stoljeća u mjestu Čelopeci.

Igra se tako već skoro jedno stoljeće tradicionalno održava ispred "Gostione u Bendiša" (Bendiš - nadimak župske obitelji Beusan) na Rijeci. Tako je blagdan Uskrsa za djecu sela Lazina, Rijeke, Rovanja, Zakule, Mandaljene, Žitkovića i Zagrude imao posebno značenje, kako ono religiozno tako i društveno. A sve je uvijek išlo nekim redom. Nakon upaljene svijeće na trpezi i molitve, dječica bi jedva dočekala da fine uskršnji objed. Uzela bi iste one sparogom i cvijećem okićene košiće s trpeze u kojima je ujutro odnesen blagoslov (jaja, pinica, sol...) u crkvu, a koji su upravo blagovali i - pravac u selo. Skupila bi se tako djeca u grupama svaka u svom selu pa od kuće do kuće čestitala Uskrs.

Za uzvrat i zahvalu tratala bi ih domaćica iznijevši slatko, lemunatu, arancina, suhih smokava i bruštulanih mjendula, onda bi svako dijete regalala u lučini omašćenim jajem. A kad bi se košići napunili trčalo se u,,Bendiša", a opet pazeći da se jaja ne slome jer jaje je moralo bit neoštećeno. Na Rijeci bi ih dočekali domaćini spremni za gađanje jaja. Pripremili bi veće kovanicama, naravno u svako su bile druge, pa se oni nešto stariji sjećaju da se gađalo lirama, pa kunama, a od prošle godine eurima.

Dijete bi se odmaknuto oko 2-3 metra od domaćina kojeg bi izabralo, spojilo pete, razmaknuto prste i postavilo jaje. Tada bi domaćin gađao, a svaki promašaj se broji. Kao nekad prije tako i danas, samo danas euro po euro, sve dok se kovanica zabode u jaje ili ga prepolovi (ako je kovanica kojim slučajem pri pogotku ispala iz jaja gađanje istoga se nastavlja). Nakon što domaćin konačno pogodi jaje, dijete dobije onoliko novca koliko je bilo zbrojenih promašaja, a domaćin jaje. Tako bi se djeca izmjenjivala, jaja se gađala, košići se praznili, pa opet punili u drugim selima Čelopeka čestitajući Uskrs po župskim kućama, sve dok ne bi "špazi bili puni para". A domaćini? Oni bi se na kraju dana počastili ukusnom salatom od jaja i luka koju su pošteno platili i zaradili.

U Župi dubrovačkoj na Uskrs oživljava stari običaj gađanja uskrsnih jaja. Ovaj običaj u u Župi dubrovačkoj po sjećanju i pričama onih najstarijih počeo je negdje početkom 20. stoljeća u mjestu Čelopeci.
