Ovlaštene veterinarske organizacije provodit će veterinarske preglede na gospodarstvima od 1. lipnja do 31. listopada 2022. godine, a previđena sredstva za provedbu mjere tijekom 2022. godine na državnoj razini osigurana su u iznosu od 15 milijuna kuna. Osim navedenog, u svrhu provedbe što kvalitetnijih i učinkovitijih pregleda gospodarstava Ministarstvo poljoprivrede je osiguralo i edukacije ovlaštenih veterinara koji će provoditi preglede.

Zanimljivo je napomenuti da na području Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije aktivno djeluje samo jedna veterinarska ambulanta i to Veterinarska ambulanta Gruda-Konavle d.o.o. koja pokriva područje Dubrovnika, Mljeta, Župa Dubrovačke, Konavlala te Dubrovačkog Primorja. Većinu županije, Janjinu, Lumbardu, Korčulu, Lastovo, Orebić, Ploče, Opuzen, Pojezerje, Smokvicu, Ston, Trpanj, Vela Luku, Zažablje, Blato, Slivno, Metković, veterinarskim uslugama pokriva veterinarska ambulanta Imota d.o.o. iz Imotskog dok je za područje općine Kula Norinska nadležna veterinarska ambulanta Hrvace do.o.o. iz Hrvaca.

Edukacije za veterinare u svrhu što učinkovitijih i obuhvatnijih pregleda na gospodarstvima provodit će se u narednim danima, počevši od četvrtka, 19. svibnja 2020. u Zagrebu, Rijeci, Splitu, Osijeku i Varaždinu. Obuhvaćat će, između ostalog, najvažnije elemente programa zdravlja životinja s ciljem rane detekcije unosa virusa ASK te tuberkulozu goveda i brucelozu ovaca i koza, s obzirom da su programi iskorjenjivanja ovih bolesti odobreni od strane Europske komisije te sadrže određene nove elemente u odnosu na prethodne godine.

Svrha provedbe mjere veterinarskih pregleda na gospodarstvima je educirati posjednike životinja o važnosti provedbe biosigurnosnih mjera u cilju sprječavanja pojave i širenja zaraznih bolesti životinja, informirati ih o sustavima kontrole prometa te o pravima i obvezama, prvenstveno onim koje se odnose na registraciju prometa, označavanje, liječenje i dobrobit životinja te propisima koje moraju ispunjavati za dobivanje državnih potpora.

Također, provedbom mjere prikupit će se dodatni podaci i ažurirati informatička baza Ministarstva poljoprivrede te još čvršće povezati i brže razmjenjivati podaci svih dionika informatičkog sustava u svrhu ciljanog i učinkovitog usmjeravanja administrativnih kapaciteta i materijalnih resursa za kontrolu i poduzimanje korektivnih mjera.

Ovlaštene veterinarske organizacije provodit će veterinarske preglede na gospodarstvima od 1. lipnja do 31. listopada 2022. godine, a previđena sredstva za provedbu mjere tijekom 2022. godine na državnoj razini osigurana su u iznosu od 15 milijuna kuna. Osim navedenog, u svrhu provedbe što kvalitetnijih i učinkovitijih pregleda gospodarstava Ministarstvo poljoprivrede je osiguralo i edukacije ovlaštenih veterinara koji će provoditi preglede.

Zanimljivo je napomenuti da na području Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije aktivno djeluje samo jedna veterinarska ambulanta i to Veterinarska ambulanta Gruda-Konavle d.o.o. koja pokriva područje Dubrovnika, Mljeta, Župa Dubrovačke, Konavlala te Dubrovačkog Primorja. Većinu županije, Janjinu, Lumbardu, Korčulu, Lastovo, Orebić, Ploče, Opuzen, Pojezerje, Smokvicu, Ston, Trpanj, Vela Luku, Zažablje, Blato, Slivno, Metković, veterinarskim uslugama pokriva veterinarska ambulanta Imota d.o.o. iz Imotskog dok je za područje općine Kula Norinska nadležna veterinarska ambulanta Hrvace do.o.o. iz Hrvaca.

Edukacije za veterinare u svrhu što učinkovitijih i obuhvatnijih pregleda na gospodarstvima provodit će se u narednim danima, počevši od četvrtka, 19. svibnja 2020. u Zagrebu, Rijeci, Splitu, Osijeku i Varaždinu. Obuhvaćat će, između ostalog, najvažnije elemente programa zdravlja životinja s ciljem rane detekcije unosa virusa ASK te tuberkulozu goveda i brucelozu ovaca i koza, s obzirom da su programi iskorjenjivanja ovih bolesti odobreni od strane Europske komisije te sadrže određene nove elemente u odnosu na prethodne godine.

Svrha provedbe mjere veterinarskih pregleda na gospodarstvima je educirati posjednike životinja o važnosti provedbe biosigurnosnih mjera u cilju sprječavanja pojave i širenja zaraznih bolesti životinja, informirati ih o sustavima kontrole prometa te o pravima i obvezama, prvenstveno onim koje se odnose na registraciju prometa, označavanje, liječenje i dobrobit životinja te propisima koje moraju ispunjavati za dobivanje državnih potpora.

Također, provedbom mjere prikupit će se dodatni podaci i ažurirati informatička baza Ministarstva poljoprivrede te još čvršće povezati i brže razmjenjivati podaci svih dionika informatičkog sustava u svrhu ciljanog i učinkovitog usmjeravanja administrativnih kapaciteta i materijalnih resursa za kontrolu i poduzimanje korektivnih mjera.
