Gradski odbor HDZ-a Ploče osvrnuo se na nevrijeme koje je zahvatilo ovaj grad u petak te pritom iznio brojne kritike na račun tamošnje gradske uprave odnosno gradonačelnika Miša Krstičevića.   

- Jutro nakon jučerašnjeg nevremena pokazalo nam je pravu sliku stanja i kvalitete provedbe projekata na području Grada. S obzirom na posljedice nevremena vrlo vjerojatno će se proglasiti elementarna nepogoda ali do tada će proći vrijeme, a stanovnici neće moći normalno funkcionirati u vlastitim domovima. Zadnjih mjeseci konstantno upozoravamo na neodgovorno vođenje projekata koji se odvijaju, a iznimno su važni za daljnji razvoj Grada. Međutim, od strane vladajućih uvijek se dobije isti odgovor kako je sve uredu, izvođači poštuju rokove, ništa ne kasni i slično.

Također, prilikom nedavnog podizanja cijene komunalnog doprinosa i komunalne naknade nonšalantno su to objasnili kao dobru stvar za građane budući da će isto koristiti za održavanje standarda komunalnih usluga. Jedna od komunalnih usluga je i odvodnja slivnih voda, a sada vidimo kako izgleda taj veći standard usluge. Kao što smo i tada naglasili, riječ je o priči za javnost a stvarni cilj je smanjenje minusa od 7 milijuna kuna koji se nakupio u gradskog blagajni za prošlu godinu.

U prilog tvrdnjama kako se važni projekti ne vode odgovorno govori i situacija da je sasvim normalno da odgovorne osobe gradskih tvrtki ne sudjeluju na koordinacijskim sastancima s izvođačima radova na projektu aglomeracije Grada Ploča. Pri tome, dolazimo do toga da kvaliteta radova ovisi o pojedinom podizvođaču i njihovim kapacitetima bez kontrole i nadzora predstavnika gradskih tvrtki odgovornih za pojedine dijelove projekta, iako se redovito potpisuju situacije i troši novac na navedene radove. Možda se radi o još jednom nalogu Gradonačelnika budući da je i sam na Gradskom vijeću izjavio kako "uloga Grada u projektu ne bi trebala niti postojati". Nažalost, rezultat takvog načina rada i odnosa prema Gradu je jučerašnja situacija gdje su novoasfaltirane prometnice poplavljene budući da nije planirana izrada slivnika za vode. Osim toga, šahtovi su neoodržavani iako je prikupljen novac od komunalne naknade za održavanje istih, a nedovršeni dijelovi projekta aglomeracije pokazuju nekvalitetnu izvedbu istih.

Sreća u nesreći je da se operativne razine Grada, gradskih službi i tvrtki u vlasništvu Grada ne ponašaju kao njihovi direktori te su brzim djelovanjem tijekom dana sanirali veći dio štete i omogućili koliko toliko neometan svakodnevan život. Nadamo se da će jučerašnji događaj osvijestiti vladajuću većinu i Gradonačelnika kako nije bitna samo ‘šminka‘ već odgovoran odnos prema preuzetim obvezama i projektima, napisali su pločanski ‘hadezeovci‘.

Gradski odbor HDZ-a Ploče osvrnuo se na nevrijeme koje je zahvatilo ovaj grad u petak te pritom iznio brojne kritike na račun tamošnje gradske uprave odnosno gradonačelnika Miša Krstičevića.   

- Jutro nakon jučerašnjeg nevremena pokazalo nam je pravu sliku stanja i kvalitete provedbe projekata na području Grada. S obzirom na posljedice nevremena vrlo vjerojatno će se proglasiti elementarna nepogoda ali do tada će proći vrijeme, a stanovnici neće moći normalno funkcionirati u vlastitim domovima. Zadnjih mjeseci konstantno upozoravamo na neodgovorno vođenje projekata koji se odvijaju, a iznimno su važni za daljnji razvoj Grada. Međutim, od strane vladajućih uvijek se dobije isti odgovor kako je sve uredu, izvođači poštuju rokove, ništa ne kasni i slično.

Također, prilikom nedavnog podizanja cijene komunalnog doprinosa i komunalne naknade nonšalantno su to objasnili kao dobru stvar za građane budući da će isto koristiti za održavanje standarda komunalnih usluga. Jedna od komunalnih usluga je i odvodnja slivnih voda, a sada vidimo kako izgleda taj veći standard usluge. Kao što smo i tada naglasili, riječ je o priči za javnost a stvarni cilj je smanjenje minusa od 7 milijuna kuna koji se nakupio u gradskog blagajni za prošlu godinu.

U prilog tvrdnjama kako se važni projekti ne vode odgovorno govori i situacija da je sasvim normalno da odgovorne osobe gradskih tvrtki ne sudjeluju na koordinacijskim sastancima s izvođačima radova na projektu aglomeracije Grada Ploča. Pri tome, dolazimo do toga da kvaliteta radova ovisi o pojedinom podizvođaču i njihovim kapacitetima bez kontrole i nadzora predstavnika gradskih tvrtki odgovornih za pojedine dijelove projekta, iako se redovito potpisuju situacije i troši novac na navedene radove. Možda se radi o još jednom nalogu Gradonačelnika budući da je i sam na Gradskom vijeću izjavio kako "uloga Grada u projektu ne bi trebala niti postojati". Nažalost, rezultat takvog načina rada i odnosa prema Gradu je jučerašnja situacija gdje su novoasfaltirane prometnice poplavljene budući da nije planirana izrada slivnika za vode. Osim toga, šahtovi su neoodržavani iako je prikupljen novac od komunalne naknade za održavanje istih, a nedovršeni dijelovi projekta aglomeracije pokazuju nekvalitetnu izvedbu istih.

Sreća u nesreći je da se operativne razine Grada, gradskih službi i tvrtki u vlasništvu Grada ne ponašaju kao njihovi direktori te su brzim djelovanjem tijekom dana sanirali veći dio štete i omogućili koliko toliko neometan svakodnevan život. Nadamo se da će jučerašnji događaj osvijestiti vladajuću većinu i Gradonačelnika kako nije bitna samo ‘šminka‘ već odgovoran odnos prema preuzetim obvezama i projektima, napisali su pločanski ‘hadezeovci‘.

Gradski odbor HDZ-a Ploče osvrnuo se na nevrijeme koje je zahvatilo ovaj grad u petak te pritom iznio brojne kritike na račun tamošnje gradske uprave odnosno gradonačelnika Miša Krstičevića.   

- Jutro nakon jučerašnjeg nevremena pokazalo nam je pravu sliku stanja i kvalitete provedbe projekata na području Grada.
