U okviru urbanističkog plana uređenja stambeno-poslovne zone Pržine 2 graditi će se i nerazvrstana cesta od Trga Franje Tuđmana (sportska dvorana) pa do Ulice Petra Zoranića. Tako je grad Metković javno pozvao sve vlasnike zemljišta na sklapanje kupoprodajnih ugovora ili nagodbi radi sporazumnog rješavanja pitanja vlasništva na trasi buduće ceste.

Na temelju procijene sudskih vještaka grad vlasnicima zemljišta nudi 674 kune po metru kvadratnom uz dodatno plaćanje građevinskih i poljoprivrednih poboljšica (objekata i nasada koji se nalaze na zemljištu).

Rok za prihvaćanje ponude i sklapanje nagodbe je rok od petnaest dana, koji teče od prošle subote kada je oglas objavljen u dnevnom tisku a novac će se vlasnicima isplatiti u roku od trideset dana.

Ukoliko vlasnici zemljišta ne odgovore na ponudu grad Metković će pokrenuti postupak izvlaštenja sukladno Zakonu o izvlaštenju koji se primjenjuje u ovakvim situacijama.

Otkup zemljišta za infrastrukturne projekte u proračunu grada Metkovića planirana je u iznosu od 4 milijuna kuna, a odnosi se najvećim dijelom upravo za otkup zemljišta za izgradnju prometnice od Ulice Petra Zoranića do Trga Franje Tuđmana. Tijekom 2019. godine izrađen je idejni projekt, te ishođena lokacijska dozvola za ovaj projekt. Do kraja ove godine planiraju se završiti imovinsko-pravni zahtjevi na trasi buduće ceste.

Ukupna površina stambeno-poslovne zone Pržine 2 je 61,04 hektara. Zona Pržine 2 je Prostornim planom uređenja Grada Metkovića planirana kao građevinsko područje naselja mješovite namjene. Uz stambene i stambeno –poslovne građevine, moći će se razvijati i gospodarske djelatnosti koje ne ometaju stanovanje i ne onečišćuju okoliš te poslovne – uslužne djelatnosti kao i djelatnosti javne i društvene namjene (predškolske ustanove, ustanove zdravstvene zaštite i socijalne skrbi).

U okviru urbanističkog plana uređenja stambeno-poslovne zone Pržine 2 graditi će se i nerazvrstana cesta od Trga Franje Tuđmana (sportska dvorana) pa do Ulice Petra Zoranića. Tako je grad Metković javno pozvao sve vlasnike zemljišta na sklapanje kupoprodajnih ugovora ili nagodbi radi sporazumnog rješavanja pitanja vlasništva na trasi buduće ceste.

Na temelju procijene sudskih vještaka grad vlasnicima zemljišta nudi 674 kune po metru kvadratnom uz dodatno plaćanje građevinskih i poljoprivrednih poboljšica (objekata i nasada koji se nalaze na zemljištu).

Rok za prihvaćanje ponude i sklapanje nagodbe je rok od petnaest dana, koji teče od prošle subote kada je oglas objavljen u dnevnom tisku a novac će se vlasnicima isplatiti u roku od trideset dana.

Ukoliko vlasnici zemljišta ne odgovore na ponudu grad Metković će pokrenuti postupak izvlaštenja sukladno Zakonu o izvlaštenju koji se primjenjuje u ovakvim situacijama.

Otkup zemljišta za infrastrukturne projekte u proračunu grada Metkovića planirana je u iznosu od 4 milijuna kuna, a odnosi se najvećim dijelom upravo za otkup zemljišta za izgradnju prometnice od Ulice Petra Zoranića do Trga Franje Tuđmana. Tijekom 2019. godine izrađen je idejni projekt, te ishođena lokacijska dozvola za ovaj projekt. Do kraja ove godine planiraju se završiti imovinsko-pravni zahtjevi na trasi buduće ceste.

Ukupna površina stambeno-poslovne zone Pržine 2 je 61,04 hektara. Zona Pržine 2 je Prostornim planom uređenja Grada Metkovića planirana kao građevinsko područje naselja mješovite namjene. Uz stambene i stambeno –poslovne građevine, moći će se razvijati i gospodarske djelatnosti koje ne ometaju stanovanje i ne onečišćuju okoliš te poslovne – uslužne djelatnosti kao i djelatnosti javne i društvene namjene (predškolske ustanove, ustanove zdravstvene zaštite i socijalne skrbi).

Otkup zemljišta za novu cestu u Pržinama. Vlasnicima 674 kune za kvadrat plus nadoknada za stabla mandarina ili druge poljoprivredne kulture

U okviru urbanističkog plana uređenja stambeno-poslovne zone Pržine 2 graditi će se i nerazvrstana cesta od Trga Franje Tuđmana (sportska dvorana) pa do Ulice Petra Zoranića. Tako je grad Metković javno pozvao sve vlasnike zemljišta na sklapanje kupoprodajnih ugovora ili nagodbi radi sporazumnog rješavanja pitanja vlasništva na trasi buduće ceste.

Na temelju procijene sudskih vještaka grad vlasnicima zemljišta nudi 674 kune po metru kvadratnom uz dodatno plaćanje građevinskih i poljoprivrednih poboljšica (objekata i nasada koji se nalaze na zemljištu).

Rok za prihvaćanje ponude i sklapanje nagodbe je rok od petnaest dana, koji teče od prošle subote kada je oglas objavljen u dnevnom tisku a novac će se vlasnicima isplatiti u roku od trideset dana.

Ukoliko vlasnici zemljišta ne odgovore na ponudu grad Metković će pokrenuti postupak izvlaštenja sukladno Zakonu o izvlaštenju koji se primjenjuje u ovakvim situacijama.

Otkup zemljišta za infrastrukturne projekte u proračunu grada Metkovića planirana je u iznosu od 4 milijuna kuna, a odnosi se najvećim dijelom upravo za otkup zemljišta za izgradnju prometnice od Ulice Petra Zoranića do Trga Franje Tuđmana. Tijekom 2019. godine izrađen je idejni projekt, te ishođena lokacijska dozvola za ovaj projekt. Do kraja ove godine planiraju se završiti imovinsko-pravni zahtjevi na trasi buduće ceste.

Ukupna površina stambeno-poslovne zone Pržine 2 je 61,04 hektara. Zona Pržine 2 je Prostornim planom uređenja Grada Metkovića planirana kao građevinsko područje naselja mješovite namjene. Uz stambene i stambeno –poslovne građevine, moći će se razvijati i gospodarske djelatnosti koje ne ometaju stanovanje i ne onečišćuju okoliš te poslovne – uslužne djelatnosti kao i djelatnosti javne i društvene namjene (predškolske ustanove, ustanove zdravstvene zaštite i socijalne skrbi).
