Grad Opuzen je dobio prethodnu suglasnost od strane Ministarstva poljoprivrede za raspisivanje javnog natječaja za zakup poljoprivrednog zemljišta u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske na području Grada Opuzen. Gradonačelnik, Ivan Mataga će sukladno tome predložiti Gradskom vijeću za sljedeću sjednicu da ide odluka o raspisivanju javnog natječaja za zakup poljoprivrednog zemljišta u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske, objavljeno je na mrežnim stranicama grada Opuzena.

Nakon usvajanje odluke od strane Gradskog vijeća, Grad Opuzen će u kratkom roku raspisati natječaj. Predmet javnog natječaja je zakup poljoprivrednog zemljišta u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske na području Grada Opuzena, koje je Programom raspolaganja poljoprivrednim zemljištem u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske za Grad Opuzen predviđeno za zakup i povrat.

Površine zemljišta koje su Programom raspolaganja poljoprivrednim zemljištem u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske za Grad Opuzen predviđene za zakup, daju se u zakup na rok od dvadeset i pet (25) godina za trajne nasade s mogućnošću produljenja za isto razdoblje, odnosno na rok od petnaest (15) godina za ostale vrste proizvodnje s mogućnošću produljenja za isto razdoblje. Površine zemljišta koje su Programom raspolaganja poljoprivrednim zemljištem u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske za Grad Opuzen predviđene za povrat daju se u zakup na rok do pet (5) godina za ostale vrste poljoprivredne proizvodnje, s mogućnošću produljenja, odnosno do pravomoćnosti rješenja o povratu sukladno posebnom.

Napominjemo da sudionici javnog natječaja za zakup mogu biti fizičke ili pravne osobe koje su do isteka roka za podnošenje ponuda podmirile sve obveze s osnova korištenja poljoprivrednog zemljišta u vlasništvu države, odnosno sve obveze s osnove naknade za gospodarsko korištenje voda i svih javnih davanja, te protiv kojih se ne vodi postupak zbog predaje u posjed poljoprivrednog zemljišta. Sukladno novom Zakonu o poljoprivrednom zemljištu ("Narodne novine", broj 20/2018, 115/2018, 98/2019 i 57/22) pravo prvenstva na javnom natječaju za zakup ima fizička i pravna osoba koja je sudjelovala u javnom natječaju i ostvarila najveći zbroj od ukupno mogućih 100 bodova prema kriterijima, gdje dodatnu prednost na natječaju ima kriterij dosadašnjeg posjednika u odnosu na ostale sudionike, koji je u mirnom posjedu zemljišta na temelju isteklog ugovora sklopljenog nakon provedenog javnog natječaja ili na temelju isteklog ugovora sklopljenog po odredbama zakona o poljoprivrednom zemljištu pod uvjetom da provodi sve obveze po isteklom ugovoru. Zbog toga kriterija Grad Opuzen je čekao stupanje novog Zakona na snagu zbog dodatne zaštite dosadašnjeg posjednika na budućem natječaju koji je u mirnom posjedu zemljišta na temelju isteklog ugovora pod uvjetom da provodi sve obveze po isteklom ugovoru.

Grad Opuzen je dobio prethodnu suglasnost od strane Ministarstva poljoprivrede za raspisivanje javnog natječaja za zakup poljoprivrednog zemljišta u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske na području Grada Opuzen. Gradonačelnik, Ivan Mataga će sukladno tome predložiti Gradskom vijeću za sljedeću sjednicu da ide odluka o raspisivanju javnog natječaja za zakup poljoprivrednog zemljišta u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske, objavljeno je na mrežnim stranicama grada Opuzena.

Nakon usvajanje odluke od strane Gradskog vijeća, Grad Opuzen će u kratkom roku raspisati natječaj. Predmet javnog natječaja je zakup poljoprivrednog zemljišta u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske na području Grada Opuzena, koje je Programom raspolaganja poljoprivrednim zemljištem u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske za Grad Opuzen predviđeno za zakup i povrat.

Površine zemljišta koje su Programom raspolaganja poljoprivrednim zemljištem u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske za Grad Opuzen predviđene za zakup, daju se u zakup na rok od dvadeset i pet (25) godina za trajne nasade s mogućnošću produljenja za isto razdoblje, odnosno na rok od petnaest (15) godina za ostale vrste proizvodnje s mogućnošću produljenja za isto razdoblje. Površine zemljišta koje su Programom raspolaganja poljoprivrednim zemljištem u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske za Grad Opuzen predviđene za povrat daju se u zakup na rok do pet (5) godina za ostale vrste poljoprivredne proizvodnje, s mogućnošću produljenja, odnosno do pravomoćnosti rješenja o povratu sukladno posebnom.

Napominjemo da sudionici javnog natječaja za zakup mogu biti fizičke ili pravne osobe koje su do isteka roka za podnošenje ponuda podmirile sve obveze s osnova korištenja poljoprivrednog zemljišta u vlasništvu države, odnosno sve obveze s osnove naknade za gospodarsko korištenje voda i svih javnih davanja, te protiv kojih se ne vodi postupak zbog predaje u posjed poljoprivrednog zemljišta. Sukladno novom Zakonu o poljoprivrednom zemljištu ("Narodne novine", broj 20/2018, 115/2018, 98/2019 i 57/22) pravo prvenstva na javnom natječaju za zakup ima fizička i pravna osoba koja je sudjelovala u javnom natječaju i ostvarila najveći zbroj od ukupno mogućih 100 bodova prema kriterijima, gdje dodatnu prednost na natječaju ima kriterij dosadašnjeg posjednika u odnosu na ostale sudionike, koji je u mirnom posjedu zemljišta na temelju isteklog ugovora sklopljenog nakon provedenog javnog natječaja ili na temelju isteklog ugovora sklopljenog po odredbama zakona o poljoprivrednom zemljištu pod uvjetom da provodi sve obveze po isteklom ugovoru. Zbog toga kriterija Grad Opuzen je čekao stupanje novog Zakona na snagu zbog dodatne zaštite dosadašnjeg posjednika na budućem natječaju koji je u mirnom posjedu zemljišta na temelju isteklog ugovora pod uvjetom da provodi sve obveze po isteklom ugovoru.

Opuzenu stigla suglasnost za raspisivanje natječaja za zakup državnog zemljišta, na potezu je Gradsko vijeće

Grad Opuzen je dobio prethodnu suglasnost od strane Ministarstva poljoprivrede za raspisivanje javnog natječaja za zakup poljoprivrednog zemljišta u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske na području Grada Opuzen. Gradonačelnik, Ivan Mataga će sukladno tome predložiti Gradskom vijeću za sljedeću sjednicu da ide odluka o raspisivanju javnog natječaja za zakup poljoprivrednog zemljišta u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske, objavljeno je na mrežnim stranicama grada Opuzena.

Nakon usvajanje odluke od strane Gradskog vijeća, Grad Opuzen će u kratkom roku raspisati natječaj. Predmet javnog natječaja je zakup poljoprivrednog zemljišta u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske na području Grada Opuzena, koje je Programom raspolaganja poljoprivrednim zemljištem u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske za Grad Opuzen predviđeno za zakup i povrat.

Površine zemljišta koje su Programom raspolaganja poljoprivrednim zemljištem u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske za Grad Opuzen predviđene za zakup, daju se u zakup na rok od dvadeset i pet (25) godina za trajne nasade s mogućnošću produljenja za isto razdoblje, odnosno na rok od petnaest (15) godina za ostale vrste proizvodnje s mogućnošću produljenja za isto razdoblje. Površine zemljišta koje su Programom raspolaganja poljoprivrednim zemljištem u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske za Grad Opuzen predviđene za povrat daju se u zakup na rok do pet (5) godina za ostale vrste poljoprivredne proizvodnje, s mogućnošću produljenja, odnosno do pravomoćnosti rješenja o povratu sukladno posebnom.
