Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš pohvalio se silaznim trendom lista čekanja na dijagnostičke preglede za nehitne pacijente. Uočili su to i predstavnici Europske komisije, rekao je ministar, a to je važno želi li Hrvatska ispuniti indikatore Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti.

Tako su iz Ministarstva zdravstva objavili da se na dijagnostičke preglede magnetske rezonance za nehitne pacijente prosječno čeka 86 dana, na CT 54, a UZV dojke 132 dana.

Da bi se ispunili uvjeti Europske komisije, potpisani su ugovori s raznim zdravstvenim ustanovama, mahom s privatnicima, koji su na sebe preuzeli preko 47 tisuća dijagnostičko-terapijskih postupaka po cijeni od ukupno dva milijuna eura. Ova se vijest još nije ohladila, a već se dogodio obrat.

Na području Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije radi smanjenja lista čekanja, Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje potpisao je ugovore s Domom zdravlja Metković i Poliklinikom Marin Med za 1.550 postupka na koje se najduže čeka u Općoj bolnici Dubrovnik. Pregledi su trebali biti obavljeni u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine.

- Ukupna ugovorena vrijednost sklopljenih ugovora je 48.790 eura. Vrijednost ugovora s Domom zdravlja Metković je 5.464 eura, dok je vrijednost ugovora s Poliklinikom Marin Med Dubrovnik 43.326 eura. Ugovori su potpisani za postupke: UZV/dopler arterija ili vena donjih ili gornjih ekstremiteta, UZV dojki, te za postupak EMNG gornjih i/ili donjih ekstremiteta za odraslu osobu – odgovorili su u ponedjeljak, 29. siječnja, iz HZZO-a na novinarski upit.

No, od ravnatelja tih ustanova se doznaje kako im je već ranije javljeno da nakon siječnja neće biti potrebe za svim tim ugovorenim uslugama.

Prema podacima HZZO-a, u Domu zdravlja Metković trebalo je biti obavljeno 60 postupaka za ultrazvuk i za dopler arterija ili vena gornjih ili donjih ekstremiteta te 120 postupaka UZV dojki. Ugovorena cijena bila je 5.464 eura.

Vrijednost ugovora s Poliklinikom Marin Med Dubrovnik je 43.326 eura, a ugovoreno je 200 postupaka elektromioneurografije (EMNG) gornjih ili donjih ekstremiteta za odraslu osobu, 290 postupaka za UZV dopler arterija ili vena gornjih i donjih ekstremiteta te 880 postupaka ultrazvuka dojki.

- U siječnju je obavljeno 166 pretraga UZV-a dojke, 39 color dopplera i 70 EMNG-a, ali od veljače nastavljamo naručivati i raditi samo postupke EMNG-a, jer su nam javili da više nema potrebe za ovim drugim postupcima – izjavio je dr. Rikard Lenz, ravnatelj Poliklinike Marin Med.

Ravnatelj Opće bolnice Dubrovnik, prim. dr. Marijo Bekić kaže kako ta ustanova ulaže velike financijske i ljuske napore te da se više ni na jednu pretragu ne čeka dulje od 270 dana. Bolnica iz vlastitih sredstava izdvaja milijun eura za smještaj, putne i ostale troškove gostujućih liječnika kako bi se na jugu Hrvatske održala postojeća razina zdravstvene usluge.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš pohvalio se silaznim trendom lista čekanja na dijagnostičke preglede za nehitne pacijente. Uočili su to i predstavnici Europske komisije, rekao je ministar, a to je važno želi li Hrvatska ispuniti indikatore Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti.

Tako su iz Ministarstva zdravstva objavili da se na dijagnostičke preglede magnetske rezonance za nehitne pacijente prosječno čeka 86 dana, na CT 54, a UZV dojke 132 dana.

Da bi se ispunili uvjeti Europske komisije, potpisani su ugovori s raznim zdravstvenim ustanovama, mahom s privatnicima, koji su na sebe preuzeli preko 47 tisuća dijagnostičko-terapijskih postupaka po cijeni od ukupno dva milijuna eura. Ova se vijest još nije ohladila, a već se dogodio obrat.

Na području Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije radi smanjenja lista čekanja, Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje potpisao je ugovore s Domom zdravlja Metković i Poliklinikom Marin Med za 1.550 postupka na koje se najduže čeka u Općoj bolnici Dubrovnik. Pregledi su trebali biti obavljeni u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine.

- Ukupna ugovorena vrijednost sklopljenih ugovora je 48.790 eura. Vrijednost ugovora s Domom zdravlja Metković je 5.464 eura, dok je vrijednost ugovora s Poliklinikom Marin Med Dubrovnik 43.326 eura. Ugovori su potpisani za postupke: UZV/dopler arterija ili vena donjih ili gornjih ekstremiteta, UZV dojki, te za postupak EMNG gornjih i/ili donjih ekstremiteta za odraslu osobu – odgovorili su u ponedjeljak, 29. siječnja, iz HZZO-a na novinarski upit.

No, od ravnatelja tih ustanova se doznaje kako im je već ranije javljeno da nakon siječnja neće biti potrebe za svim tim ugovorenim uslugama.

Prema podacima HZZO-a, u Domu zdravlja Metković trebalo je biti obavljeno 60 postupaka za ultrazvuk i za dopler arterija ili vena gornjih ili donjih ekstremiteta te 120 postupaka UZV dojki. Ugovorena cijena bila je 5.464 eura.

Vrijednost ugovora s Poliklinikom Marin Med Dubrovnik je 43.326 eura, a ugovoreno je 200 postupaka elektromioneurografije (EMNG) gornjih ili donjih ekstremiteta za odraslu osobu, 290 postupaka za UZV dopler arterija ili vena gornjih i donjih ekstremiteta te 880 postupaka ultrazvuka dojki.

- U siječnju je obavljeno 166 pretraga UZV-a dojke, 39 color dopplera i 70 EMNG-a, ali od veljače nastavljamo naručivati i raditi samo postupke EMNG-a, jer su nam javili da više nema potrebe za ovim drugim postupcima – izjavio je dr. Rikard Lenz, ravnatelj Poliklinike Marin Med.

Ravnatelj Opće bolnice Dubrovnik, prim. dr. Marijo Bekić kaže kako ta ustanova ulaže velike financijske i ljuske napore te da se više ni na jednu pretragu ne čeka dulje od 270 dana. Bolnica iz vlastitih sredstava izdvaja milijun eura za smještaj, putne i ostale troškove gostujućih liječnika kako bi se na jugu Hrvatske održala postojeća razina zdravstvene usluge.
