Pred početak izgradnje stambeno-poslovnog kompleksa kod Karingtonke, investitori su danas na budućem gradilištu izvjesili obavijest da svi korisnici parkinga do 1. prosinca moraju iseliti svoja vozila. Ali neće se svi odazvati pozivu. Tomislav Demarin, jedan od predstavnika stanara Karingtonke poručuje kako će auto ostaviti na parkiralištu, pa što bude:

-  Evo vidim da su počeli obilježavati onaj dio parkinga, ali koliko znam, a znam dosta, ovo što rade izgleda da rade po staroj građevinskoj dozvoli i starom projektu, jer novu još nisu dobili. Ali sve mi se čini da sam ja u svemu ovome ostao sam protiv svega." - kaže Demarin koji i sam govori kako ne zna je li više uopće predstavnik svojih sustanara ili samo sebe.

- Svi su se nešto povukli, evo ne znam, nitko se ne želi nikome zamjeriti valjda, kakve su to veze zaista ne znam, ja ostajem pri svome - dodaje.

Radovi kraj Karingtonke

Do nas je došla informacija da bi, nakon označavanja, radovi mogli početi oko 1. prosinca, što je za nekoliko dana, o čemu Demarin nije čuo, no pretpostavlja o čemu se radi.

Gradilište kraj Karingtonke već je označeno za radove, a stanari izgleda ne namjeravaju maknuti svoje automobile: neslužbeno doznajemo kad bi trebali početi radovi

-  Budući da građevinsku dozvolu projekt još nije dobio, znači da će, što god budu radili, raditi po staroj građevinskoj dozvoli i starom projektu. A na tom dijelu po projektu je zaštita pokosa i stavljanje ankera ispod ulice Andrije Hebranga. Budući je to javna prometnica, pretpostavljam da će za to trebati odobrenje Gradskog vijeća. - zaključuje Demarin, o čemu smo pitali i Grad Dubrovnik. Čim dobijemo odgovor, objavit ćemo ga.

Unatoč obavijesti da se svi automobili moraju pomaknuti s parkinga još do kraja listopada, kako smo jučer snimili, parking je još uvijek pun. Otpor ili...?

- Kad su najavili da moramo pomaknuti aute s parkinga, ja i još četvero-petero ljudi je automobile ostavilo. Rekao sam, neću micati, neka mi ga odnesu pa ćemo u spor, pa ćemo vidjeti. I svi su ostali izmjestili aute osim nas. Kad su malo pričekali i vidjeli da se od radova ne događa ništa, malo pomalo, svi su aute vratili i sad je parking opet pun." 

Dodaje Demarin da da je predlagao i prosvjed, da svi iziđu na ulicu, ali kaže da se nitko nije htio odazvati pa je prosvjed  zaboravljen.

Podsjetimo, gradonačelnik Mato Franković im je obećao da će moći kupiti parkirno mjesto po komercijalnim uvjetima, a prema prethodnom dogovoru s investitorom. Gradila bi se dodatna etaža za parking isključivo za potrebe stanara Karingtonke. Prioritet imaju obitelji poginulih i nestalih branitelja, hrvatski ratni vojni invalidi i civilne žrtve Domovinskog rata te osobe koje su prethodno imale sklopljen ugovorni odnos s tvrtkom Leno za parkiranje na toj čestici.

Pred početak izgradnje stambeno-poslovnog kompleksa kod Karingtonke, investitori su danas na budućem gradilištu izvjesili obavijest da svi korisnici parkinga do 1. prosinca moraju iseliti svoja vozila. Ali neće se svi odazvati pozivu. Tomislav Demarin, jedan od predstavnika stanara Karingtonke poručuje kako će auto ostaviti na parkiralištu, pa što bude:

-  Evo vidim da su počeli obilježavati onaj dio parkinga, ali koliko znam, a znam dosta, ovo što rade izgleda da rade po staroj građevinskoj dozvoli i starom projektu, jer novu još nisu dobili. Ali sve mi se čini da sam ja u svemu ovome ostao sam protiv svega." - kaže Demarin koji i sam govori kako ne zna je li više uopće predstavnik svojih sustanara ili samo sebe.

- Svi su se nešto povukli, evo ne znam, nitko se ne želi nikome zamjeriti valjda, kakve su to veze zaista ne znam, ja ostajem pri svome - dodaje.

Do nas je došla informacija da bi, nakon označavanja, radovi mogli početi oko 1. prosinca, što je za nekoliko dana, o čemu Demarin nije čuo, no pretpostavlja o čemu se radi.

Gradilište kraj Karingtonke već je označeno za radove, a stanari izgleda ne namjeravaju maknuti svoje automobile: neslužbeno doznajemo kad bi trebali početi radovi

-  Budući da građevinsku dozvolu projekt još nije dobio, znači da će, što god budu radili, raditi po staroj građevinskoj dozvoli i starom projektu. A na tom dijelu po projektu je zaštita pokosa i stavljanje ankera ispod ulice Andrije Hebranga. Budući je to javna prometnica, pretpostavljam da će za to trebati odobrenje Gradskog vijeća. - zaključuje Demarin, o čemu smo pitali i Grad Dubrovnik. Čim dobijemo odgovor, objavit ćemo ga.

Unatoč obavijesti da se svi automobili moraju pomaknuti s parkinga još do kraja listopada, kako smo jučer snimili, parking je još uvijek pun. Otpor ili...?

- Kad su najavili da moramo pomaknuti aute s parkinga, ja i još četvero-petero ljudi je automobile ostavilo. Rekao sam, neću micati, neka mi ga odnesu pa ćemo u spor, pa ćemo vidjeti. I svi su ostali izmjestili aute osim nas. Kad su malo pričekali i vidjeli da se od radova ne događa ništa, malo pomalo, svi su aute vratili i sad je parking opet pun." 

Dodaje Demarin da da je predlagao i prosvjed, da svi iziđu na ulicu, ali kaže da se nitko nije htio odazvati pa je prosvjed  zaboravljen.

Podsjetimo, gradonačelnik Mato Franković im je obećao da će moći kupiti parkirno mjesto po komercijalnim uvjetima, a prema prethodnom dogovoru s investitorom. Gradila bi se dodatna etaža za parking isključivo za potrebe stanara Karingtonke. Prioritet imaju obitelji poginulih i nestalih branitelja, hrvatski ratni vojni invalidi i civilne žrtve Domovinskog rata te osobe koje su prethodno imale sklopljen ugovorni odnos s tvrtkom Leno za parkiranje na toj čestici.
